I am a customer I been going to churches for a long time and at

church's chicken memphisI place my order threw drive threw the young lady took my order and then pulled me up for 5 min and ask can I get some honey mustard when young man brought my food out he stated Nall so I got out and went in and ask can I get some honey mustard the so called manager said $0.27 cent I stated I never paid for honey mustard she stated with a attitude well today u is so I said find ok I paid my $1.08 for the sauce I told her to keep the change she catch another attitude so therefore I was upset and stated in the hell u get a Manager position she call [censor] and hoes and went and picked up some hot grease to throw on me and also the cook came from behind the counter trying to fight me as well I am a woman and a customer and I need justice this happen Oct 14 2017 at 5:30pm my number is [protected] please contact or will report this bbb

Church's Chicken food in drive thru church's chicken

Well I went to churches earlier to get some sides to go with dinner, I paid almost $18.00 And I got 2 small containers of mashed potatoes (supposed to be the largest size) and 2 of the largest orders of corn nuggets (they were barely half full) now I'm home across town, with my kids, father, and family all seated at the table and there isn't even enough for everyone and I can't get back out of the house tonight. I'm so disappointed, I love churches chicken but it seems like they have not once had a good crew at that store. And now dinner is messed up
Please tell me how we can fix this

Church's Chicken store management

Leslie jones is doing payouts at Atlanta hwy store stealing money out of cash registers and asking employees to make it up. When you refuse to steal for her she cuts hours or fires you. She also having sex with Mr. Hanson so nobody can complain because he her superior. Atlanta hwy store is going down and she is the reason why. Leslie let other coworkers steal and be short of money so that she does not get exposed. Just thought you should know

Church's Chicken service complaint

Church's Chicken located 910 S US Highway 31. The voice box wasn't. In the middle of my face to face order in the drive thru, the associate didn't treat me as if i was paying for a service. I was treated with disapproving facial expressions. The associate then walked away before I finished my order. Another associate had to take my order. I didnt get my sides either.

Church's Chicken family

I ordered a family order if okra @ the Church's in Galveston, Texas. There was only myself & 1 other customer @ Church's, so it was not like they were busy & overrun with customers.
In the past, a family order is a full box of okra. When I got home, I opened the box. There was barely a half box of okra. I don't mind paying for what I order. Just tell me that now a family order is a half box NOT A WHOLE BOX, so I can order appropriately.

Church's Chicken food and wait

Hello,

I went to Churchs at lunch time, on October 6, waited in line for 30 minutes. When I finally received my food, my order was totally wrong. I asked for a $5 box with two legs, okra and mashed potatoes. Once I got back to work, I realized they gave me chicken strips, cole slaw, and mashed potatoes without a biscuit. I am very disappointed. Every time I go, my order is always wrong and the line moves very slow on the outside as well as the drive-thru.

Church's Chicken service/hospitality

I came to the local Church’s to get a combo and honestly I’m just baffled as to how I’m suppose to eat m sides without plastic ware or even wipe my hands with no napkins. I did not receive a receipt with my order either and the lady who took my order asked me what I had when it is a single lane drive thru. How do you not know who is in line? She asked me 3 times what my drink was. I’ve had problems previously with this Church’s and the service doesn’t seem to get any better.

Church's Chicken customer service / co-worker gay bashing

I just went through the drive thru in Victorville California. I had a client in the car and we tried to place desperate orders. We were informed that this location didn't do that so I just let my client order.
The employee on the speaker was very rude and acted as if we were wasting her time. We weren't given a total and were just told to drive up to the window.
The window was open and we could see good being packaged, a male employee started taking the next drive thru order and his headset died. He asked the other two workers to use their headset to complete the order. The female said she no, the other male worker said no and told him to go get a battery, meanwhile the customer is saying hello, hello etc. when the guy walked away to get a battery the two employees started laughing and saying "I'm not letting that queer touch my headset and laughing.
Finally the woman clicked her headset on and told the customer he was just going to have to wait until "he" got a battery. She came to window gave my client the bill total, told him they were out of sauce, and took the money. I asked her for corporates number, she told me she didn't have to give it to me.
Wow incredibly unprofessional, and gay bashing is not what this company is supposed to represent.

First of all I love churches chicken. It is the best tasting chicken all around. I love original more then the others. It doesn’t compare to kfc or any others because it’s the best, at least for me and my husband. We resentlyoved to Milton FL from Texas. Went to get some churches chicken in Milton and was terribly disappointed. The flavor is not there. It has no flavor. I do crave the churches we used to get in Texas. I wish the one here would be as good. Anything you can do? Really appreciate it. Thanks 🙏🏻

Church's Chicken original chicken strips

Lately every time i order your chicken strips they have been completely inedible. The texture is rubbery and it basically tastes disgusting. I don't know what is going on but please whatever my local churchs is doing make it stop. Maybe it's the chicken that is the problem i don't know the chicken is just rubbery and inedible and i feel conned out of money that i spent for basically a meal that tastes and feels like fried car tires.

Church's Chicken chicken/customer service

As a follow-up to my September 20th complaint about the bad chicken I received from location (#538) at 920 N. Grand Avenue, St. Louis Mo, I went back to the location and was told their phone had been out of service for about a week - strange for a business. I explained the situation to the manager and presented my receipt. She simply nodded and went back to work. As I continued to stand there awaiting some response, she finally asked what I wanted her to do about it and I asked her to replace the chicken. She asks if I had the product to return - three days later mind you. I told her no and she said there was nothing she could do. I told her that's why they were closing all the St. Louis stores. As I left the store, I heard her ask a customer how I could come back three days later with a complaint. I reminded her that she said herself that the phone wasn't working. I will never go that location again due to the poor response from management.

Church's Chicken not getting receipt or change, not getting correct order.

Thursday September 28th about 4 PM went to the Churches Chicken drive-through on South Federal Boulevard (just north of West Florida Avenue) in Denver, Colorado.

Was informed before placing my order that there was no dark meat available. Only white meat. So I ordered three chicken breasts, three biscuits, one large order of jalapeno poppers.

At the window, was informed that they only could give me two breasts. I asked 'how could that happen?' She said 'because we don't have a cook today'. I said "OK, how much for what I have now?" She said "$9.40" . I gave her $10.00 I waited for change. Nothing. I waited. She opened the window again to see what I wanted. I asked "was that enough money or do you need more?" She said no it's ok and did not offer any change. I drove away filled with questions.

When I got home I discovered that the box contained only one breast and one tender. I looked for the receipt in the bag to file a report on this unsatisfactory experience. NO RECEIPT! I have no idea what I was "really" charged per item. Plus, the chicken was very dry, not crispy outside and not juicy inside as usual... the poppers were dried out, shrunken inside.
What's up with this?

Church's Chicken church's chicken beeville texas 78102

I am very unsatisfied with my visit at Church's. I understand you get busy but you can atleast greet the customer and acknowledge that you see them. And atleast tell the customer you will be right with them. When I got there a lady and her 2 kids were sitting down waiting for their order. And i was waiting at the counter. When I drove up there wasnt a long line at the drive thru. There was a red truck waiting he was asked to pull up then here was a customer waiting at the window. It took atleast 5 or more minutes before I got waited on. I made 2 seperate orders. And presented a 10.00 coupon and got charged 11.00 and to make matters worse i got home with just half my order. So i drove all the way back. Explained i got no apologies nothing just oh yeah ok. Then i kept saying dont forget my apple pie please. I was told once again it was in the bag. Nope. Then i called and spoke to the manager and explained then i asked if I had a 10.00 coupon why was i charged 11.00 his response was i dont know some stores do that. Well if I bring a 10.00 coupon thats what im expecting to be charged. If you see its ringing up 11.00 then dont you think someone should fix it to honor what is being advertised. That was the whole point of me bringing in the coupon. If i wanted to pay 11.00 I wouldve never presented my coupon. I know its just 1.00 but its just the principal of it all. All the way around I wasnt satified at all. I sent my 12 year old back in the store to get some honey for my biscuits the cashier gave my son some Honey Mustard Sauce. By then I just threw my hands up and went home very very disappointed and I was too frustrated to even eat. I stopped eating to find the home office thats how upset and bothered I was. And the first time and the 2nd time i went back the dining area was filthy. Crumbs all over the tables floor couldve used a good sweep and a mopping. Ladies restroom wasnt clean at all. And there was atleast 4 maybe 5 associates. Someone couldve taken the time to clean the dining area and the restrooms. Out of 1-10. I cant even give it a 1. Thats how unsatisfied I was today.🙁😔

Church's Chicken the service I received today 😡

I was in the drive Thur at churches chicken on 68th & western Chicago IL around 12:30pm. First the girl seem like she had a attitude while I was giving her my order. Next I pull around and she snatched my debit card out my hand! As I was receiving my food she basically threw it at me 😡😡 I will never do business with this churches again if you don't like your job maybe you should find a different career.

Church's Chicken the service was absolutely appalling

The manager should not be manager at all. Rodrick of a Corpus Christi location at Ruth st. The chicken was salty and we asked for it to be replaced. He went completely off on me and my wife telling her next time she should come alone because she was the one to make the complaint. I tried telling him we couldn't eat that chicken because we have two people with high blood pressure. He told me to shut up and continued on to put down his own employee. You don't speak to customers that way or people that way in general. I will be letting other people know that this one location has horrible service.

Church's Chicken church's chicken/food/

I stop by any and every church's chicken I pass by. It says they close at 11pm but when I drive up to the window on drive thru it's always closed. Or when I get there before they close and finally get their attention by banging on the window they never have anything ready. They're too busy gossiping to even acknowledge that I'm trying to get their attention to place an order. They're rude. And they never give me a receipt so that I know who took my order. I'm very disappointed in the lack of professionalism they have. I am a very loyal customer when it comes to church' chicken but not if I'm not gonna get what I order and if the food is cold.

Church's Chicken chicken and service

Chicken is never ready. Drive up speaker they tell you drive up then you have to wait forever instead of placing order at mic and javing it ready. This is a normal occurence and jas happened to me over a dozen times. Service is slow and no chicken is ever ready. 14 piece special has now taken 25 minutes. I am sitting in the restaraint typinh this. Unbelievable are the only words that come to mind. I like your chicken but this is the word restaraint ever. Wait mow my order is ready and they substituted spicy for original nexauae they were to lazy to cook some original WOW! 10 more minute wait so now has taken me 40 minites between driving up, then having to get out my car and cone inside, mo chicken ready, wrong order, and firther wait and aggravation. Church's Chicken i'm complaining about poor customer care service

I went to churches on Cleveland Avenue and 5th in Columbus Ohio I went to get my father some food there were three young woman and a man they were talking about drugs the manager went outside and bought some drugs getting smart with customers not wearing gloves or proper uniform for preparing customers food I work at a fast food restaurant so I know all what is expected to present food to customers

Church's Chicken food/bad chicken

Purchased a 9 piece mix regular chicken last night, September 19, 2017 from the location (#538) at 920 N. Grand Avenue, St. Louis Mo. The chicken was soft and mushy and seemed to have been recooked. I eat Church's often and know this is not the norm. I've been attempting to call all day (Wednesday Sept. 20, 2017) with no answer. A search online says the store is permanently closed. Since last night? I would to either be reimbursed or receive an order of fresh chicken. How can I do this if the store is closed?

By the way, why are so many Church's locations in St. Louis closing?

Church's Chicken ants all over the counter

I am not one to usually complain but I was disgusted today when I went to the Church's at 7502 W Waters Ave. in Tampa, Fl. As I was getting my food, I saw a line of ants. When I told them they have ants, they just brushed it off as if it was something normal and sat my order in the ants. I will not be going back to this location again because of it.

Church's Chicken chicken and biscuits

I frequently go to 3 locations for dinner and last night at, 09/15/2017 @ 7:31p.m check out time. I ordered a 15 piece dark and 9 biscuits. Sat down at home to eat and nothing was completely cooked. Needless to say I just wasted 22.16 because no-one was eating that. Very disappointed. The cashier was stressed because no-one was working but I never thought I would receive raw food. I would appreciate if this matter is taken care of.
