Church's Chicken general manager mike (muzzafarr) khan

I am filing this complaint on behalf of General Manager Mike (Muzzafarr) Khan of store # 10276 in Killeen, Texas.
I am/was (really not even sure) an emplyoee at this location, shift lead in fact. Anyway, I want something to be done about the fact that this man does not do his job. He does not make sure employees are doing the duties they were hired for, he does not make sure his store is sanitary, he just does not act at all as a general manager should. Him and I had an issue due to the fact that the stress from me picking up his slack when it is not my responsibility nor do I get paid for it. He still has me on the schedule but with 0 hours and claims he hasn't fired me but I have no clock-in so I want something done and I want it done NOW or I will continue calling health departments and BBB until something IS done since the store is filthy and the food is always bad. He claims he has no authority to tell someone they are fired but he is a general manager..? This does not work for me I have a child to support and don't have time to play around with him when it comes to my job.
(any food in the photos was food left out all night and there's bugs in the restaurant.)

Church's Chicken customer service

I've come in on several times always in the afternoon and I have witness the rudeness of one of your managers. The young Hispanic woman was rude to me and the other employees. She speaks to them like they are stupid and dumb. This lady doesn't wear a name tag I guess that's to avoid the complaints but this doesn't make any sense. I don't see how she even became a manager because of her actions and attitude. I will no longer visit this location due to this rude lady. Simply she has no people skills and or leadership skills.

Church's Chicken missing side, extreme wait, rude staff

To Whom It May Concern:

Today was our first trip to Church's Chicken. After being highly recommended by close friends, we decided to change it up from Golden Chick and try something new.

After ordering, we were warned that it would be a 7 minute wait. We proceeded to wait in line for approximately 15-20 minutes. After pulling up to the window, it took at least 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our existence. The workers were literally standing in a circle talking.

When the window finally opened, we were "greeted" with, "You pay yet?". We said no, we hadn't and then the window closed again for a couple more minutes. He returned with a total and promptly handed our food...

... which was missing our paid for okra side. On top of that, the chicken was flavorless- comparable to a McDonald's nugget on a bone.

Church's Chicken service and food

I LOVE Church's Chicken! LOVE IT! The one by home near 4th and Montaño in Albuquerque (5112 4th St NW Albuquerque, NM 87107) is HORRIBLE. EVERY SINGLE TIME that I go, I'm told that they are out of nearly everything and without fail, they are ALWAYS out of spicy chicken. I have gone for months and they tell me that they are out of everything and the spicy chicken so I leave and spend my money elsewhere. This time I went WAY out of my way to Popey's

Church's Chicken customer service

On July27, 2017 i went to to store number 3404 in San Antonio Texas. Ordered the 20 piece regular tender family meal with 4 large sides. Upon arriving home, my family sat down to eat only to discover that instead of regular tenders we got the killer bee tenders. My wife called the store only to be told by the manager on duty that she personally put the meal together and there was no way we got the killer bee tenders. And if it was necessary we could return to the store the next day to get replacement tenders and only the tenders. Sometime within the next couple of days i returned to the store to get the replacement tenders. I then purchased 2 large sides of fries, 1 large side of corn and 1 large mashed potatoes. After waiting for around 20 minutes, i received my order. I then asked for my receipt only to be told that i could not have it. I then asked for a number to the corporate office. I was then given a copy of the original receipt.Upon returning home i found out that my fries were regular instead of the large that i ordered and paid for. I then returned to the store which is around 3 miles from my home only to be given a hard time about getting my correct order. In all this the manager did not once come to the front, even though i asked to speak with her.

Church's Chicken 12 piece chicken tender meal.

Theodore Al Location. My wife went and picked the 12 peice tender meal up she brought it back home. She started making our plate and said there hard as a brick. Her teeth are bad not because she didn't take care of them. Because she was abused as a child by her father. Anyhow we tried to eat could not she went to eat the mash potato and they were soupy and had a very bad taste. So she called them and told them and even told them that on top of that they didn't give her the biscuit . She was rude right away to my wife. But told her to bring it back and she would replace but she wasn't going to refund her money. My wife told that was fine cause wanted the food we were hungry. So we drove back up there gas isn't free by the way and we got there they were rude told her the food had been eaten out of she yes two peice of tenders were she made our plates. She told my wife she wasn't replacing but 7 strips and a small potato my wife how is this our fault that you gave us bad food. Another worker in back said yea she only had teeth she could eat in front of a little over a dozen other Customer's. 4 employees started laughing. My wife was humiliated by church chicken employees. She cried non stop over the afternoon cried her self to sleep. Church's chicken employees should be ashamed this girl was abused locked in a room as a kid only got to come just for school. I hope God sends you straight to hell.

Church's Chicken spoiled chicken

We bought 20 pieces chicken, rice dressing, mash potatoes, and bombers with biscuits.

The chicken was spoil, came back to let a manager know they didn't have one on sight. Spoke to me patty . It's now 6:51 pm and the employees haven't got in touch with a manager. We been waiting in the lobby because we was told a manager would be in at 6:30 pm. Still no manager or ther is no way to get in touch with a manager. All I wanted was a refund . I did bring the chicken back. The piece I did eat had me throwing up.
On vacation and paid 35$ for some spoil chicken.
All we need wanted was our money back.

Church's Chicken spicy chicken breast and burnt chicken

We went to churches on hoover and gettysburg on aug 3 and ordered spicy breast they were out we have been several times to this location and never ever have spicy its only 7 pm why are they always out of chiclen ? Mac n cheese was out last week ! We pay 32$ everytime we go even though never have spicy breast ! But todsy we got regualar breasts and theyre burnt over cooked and two of them isnt even breast its thighs !

Church's Chicken less than acceptable amount of food being served

I am complaining about a large spicy rice I purchased at the Jackson Alabama location on Monday July 31, 2017. I purchased this as a single item (not with a meal). When I got home, I opened the container to find the large container only slightly above half full. This is totally unacceptable to me.
For example, when you purchase a large drink, you expect the drink to be filled to the reasonable mark just below the lid. If you receive a drink filled slightly above half, you will be dissatisfied and will complain.

This should be the same for the large container for sides. As a customer, I choose the size container I want to purchase and expect the amount to be filled to just below the lid, not half full. I felt cheated and was still hungry after I ate my small helping.

I went by the location to talk to the manager. I did not want a refund or another side. I just wanted her to know what I experienced. Her response was, they are cutting back on the amount of food. Which is totally unacceptable. If you cut back on the food for a large, you need to change the size of the container. It is the container size which the customer chooses and expects it to be reasonably full.

Is this really a corporate mandate that the locations are to cut back on serving size? If so, I will not be purchasing a half full large side any more.

Church's Chicken service and food

I went through the drive thru and ordered my meals. I ordered two of the $5 boxes. As well as a half gallon sweet tea and an apple pie. I did not receive my tea or apple pie. I went back in to get the missing items and i was looked and and spoked to rude. They looked at me as if i had done wrong. Then i asked for honey and the lady gave me 3 i explained i needed more and she gave me an attitude and said that they charged 25 cents for each one. I procedded to tell her that was fine. She look at me as if i could not pay. On top of everything i was never told my total and was never given a receipt. And my food was cold.

Church's Chicken spicy chicken strips

I purchased 4 piece spicy strip dinner at 1:58 pm at drive thru. Was told ahead and wait because they were not ready. Employee was clearly irritated that I did not order the regular strips. After 15 minutes, I received my order and drove off. strips were burned and drenched in extreme hot sauce. Not able to eat much Stomach severely upset. Horrible

Church's Chicken manager has horrible attitude towards customers and my food was cold and not fresh

On 7/29/2017 @ 9:35:09 pm i placed a order, the woman manager had thee most rude unwelcome attitude ever, i had questions about my coupons in which she then act like she couldnt answer question. I ask for honey and hot sauce, none put in the bag, i paid extra for okra which was cold biscuits cold. Chicken i ask to make it spicy which was not. My sides were suppose to mashed potatoes and rice which she gave my cold slaw. In which i hate.
I then called 7 times no answer, next day i spoke to the general manager i explained what happen and stated i wanted my food replace, he states that i would need my receipt, which is no problem and he then takes my info down and never called me back like he said.

They are truly unprofessional and rude and i will never spend my money there.

Obviously you are a child. What gives away that you are four years old? Your terrible spelling and grammar for one thing. That and your mistaking being told that I your questions cannot be answered as "rude". Has it ever occurred to you that she could not answer your questions because she could not understand them do to your poor English? You must be the dullest person in the world. Even a four year old would read between the lines and know that to get your refund you would need to take the receipt to the restaurant. I mean hat did you expect them to do, send the food through the mail.

Church's Chicken non payment

My name is gangadaai sharma . I was employed @ churches managed by aziz mohammad .I got my first pay for two days according to pay roll schedule, the following due on july 7th, i sent my husband to pick up my pay . Mr aziz said he forgot to turn in my hours to come back on 11th july, i went back to find out he went to pakistan for two weeks .I went again for the third time still no pay

Church's Chicken service!!!

About the last 12 times I have went to the Thomasville, Alabama location. They have been out / none ready of chicken, biscuits something! This last time was last straw! 7/21/2017 my order of 41.00 was 14 pc mixed /6 strips coleslaw, mashed potatoes/ Mac n cheese. No coleslaw ok, snap beans then no Mac n cheese, ok corn, No corn ! How are you out of slaw, corn, Mac n cheese! Never ever again

Church's Chicken food customer service

I went to store in neworleans LA inside nasty the lady took order didn't ask nothing I had to ask about specials. The time to wait was 5 5 minutes then when I got home my Cajun rice was sour corn missing and the two extra breast I ordered was not in box the chicken tasted old like fried in old burned freeze. I lived in next town so I called lady told me they was about to close and I would have to wait I'm like but my meal is half missing and I can't eat the food. The place is ran down I made many compliments online and threw app no one has contact me back yet

Church's Chicken food

Around 830 pm.. I found bugs in my food at the one on greenwood in Corpus Christi, Tx .. immediately threw the food away and called the manager.. he tells me he doesn't see how that could've happened and to dig the food out the trash can and bring it bk and he would make another order! How rude and unprofessional and you're a manager? Yea right! They must didn't have any other options !

Church's Chicken I am complaining about the cleanliness of your store at long point and gessner rd in houston, tx

The floors were in deplorable conditions with trash and debris all on the tables and floor. The kitchen prep area was the worst I have seen in years. The restroom was such a sight that I was sick to my stomach, and said I would register a complaint. The restaurant should be kept clean all times of the day. My brother made a comment and workers gave drinks

Church's Chicken the cashier at the drive thru stole my debit card.

I was at the Church's Chicken at 3726 Del Sol Blvd San Diego, CA 92154 on 7/07/17 at 7:23 pm at the drive thru. The cashier named Alexandra Nevades was assisting me after I was complaining to her everytime I go they never have the Spicy legs and thighs chicken. I demanded I wanted then to make it and she responded it will be 25 min. I told her I don't mind waiting and I payed with my debit card. She told me to park then I got off to get it. As I was driving home I looked in my wallet to make sure I had my debit card and it was not there. I immediately turned around and went back and her supervisor Carolina said the debit card was no where to be found and that Alexandra was on her brake and did not know when she was coming back. They ignored all my questions and I was treated very badly by the employers there. Finally she came in and I asked and claimed she gave it to me and that was a lie. I told her i was calling the police but to file a report i would have to wait a while the dispatcher told me. So i went home and called a live representative at Wells Fargo to Cancel my debit card and she stated the last time it was used it was at El Picador Market which is right across the street from Church's Chicken for $42.51. The rep said they tried to swipe debit but then used it as credit. When I found this out I immediately drove back to Church's Chicken and Alexandra was already gone for the day. Her supervisor confirmed that As soon as she helped me Alexandra took her brake and went across the street to El Picador MARKET. I left my cell number [protected] with her and she said she will call me tomorrow when her manager is there ad I will be calling the Police to make a report. Please call me I want this matter to be investigated. I will most likely call an attorney because you hire thiefs. Her supervisor did claim she was new but where is the respect for your customers and handing back customers debits cards. This has caused me so much stress. This has been a horrible experience and hurt by your company.My name is Maria Martinez

7/4/2017 Florissant Mo. Drive Thru on Lindbergh

I wasn't able to understand the lady on the speaker and when I got to the window I asked to add a 1/2 gallon iced tea and she refused service she said I would have yo drive back around and try and order it on the speaker with her instead of adding it to my chicken order. Refusing an upcharge is unheard of

Church's Chicken the food/service

On July 4 at 12:49 PM I went into restaurant 7309 and ordered a nine piece mix dinner when I ordered my food they didn't have coleslaw they didn't have okra the service was bad no one in their head on A headcap everyone's pants with saggy They did not ring me up for my sweet tea the customer service was bad When I got into my vehicle and went home I realize that they gave me a nine piece dark my biscuits were a little hard I did not travel back to the store because it was so far from my house I just want to refund or something
