Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings / payout

I submitted a payout for $150 on 7/6, then I requested my account be deactivated. I already underwent the new payout procedure of verifying my bank account, etc. I had approximately 7 payouts in the weeks prior to this without issue. I also never had an issue using my atm card to play. So after I sent in to deactivate, I had an email saying since this was a joint account, was I permitted to use it. I responded that yes I am permitted to use said account. It is a joint account, which Chumba was also aware of from beginning and said that was no problem. I have not any any response from anyone since I responded, I have asked several times for an update as to the status of my payout and not a work back. I would like this resolved asap.
