Chrysler chrysler 200 brake maintenance

I called Monday to set up an appointment to have my car serviced for the brakes. I asked the person to check of my car qualified for guarantee. She said if the car was under 12, 000 miles or under 12 months. I told her that the car is 11, 000 miles and I've had the car for 7 months. She said I was covered and proceeded to make my appointment. I brought my car for service this morning of July 6, 2018 at 7:30 am. It's now 9:20 am and the guy says I dont qualify because the car is over 12 months from the first time It was serviced, even though I've had it for only seven months. I wasted my morning here and missed work. Somebody contact me asap and make this right! My name is Cynthia Sayles and my cell phone number is [protected].

Chrysler service department

I made an appointment for my Chrysler 200 at the Viva Chrysler Dodge and Jeep Dealership at 1513 Gateway Blvd, El Paso Texas 79907 for 745 a.m.Monday July 2. Which i was on time for. My car was never looked at the entire day because they were busy. What's the point of the appointment then? It finally was looked at today july 3 and I am currently sitting in their lobby still waiting. I never received any update calls. I called today and they told me it should be ready around 1 and 2pm. It is 226pm and they just told me they got the wrong battery and it will be another 2 hours. I've been without a car for 2 days now. I'm so upset that I will never be coming back. Not even sure if the actual problem is the battery. I won't recommend this dealership either. I have owned dodge/chrysler for many years now and was thinking of purchasing a truck but I'm so upset with this customer service that I won't be back. No one even cares that they are taking their time and no communication is happening. I should have at least had my oil change paid for but I will also be paying for that today.

Chrysler service and wrong information on offers

I received an offer stating free alignment I called them and asked about the offer and she said lianne customer advisor on brampton chrysler, bovaird, its for free she asked for an appointment and I said ok. I went there for the offer just to find out that I have to pay for it.?. I asked to do the change oil as well and guess what? I stayed for an hour and half only for a change oil. How poor there service are. And by the way lianne the customer advisor is very rude and unfriendly. Never shed a smile over you. When you ask her she got mad and angry. This is not providing an excellence customer service. I had a very bad experience in this brampton chysler. Hope it will address.

Chrysler back bumper

I bought a brand new dodge ram on Sept 13 2017 and my back bumper is rusting, the truck is only 8 months old with 14590 km on it. Took it to the dealer ship where I bought it to show them, they took pictures and gave me a number to call so I did. I get a phone call a week later saying my bumper won't be replaced because it was rusting from rock chips. I had mud guards put on Sept 25 2017 I travel on dirt road for about 2 km before I hit pavement and the dirt road itself is like driving on pavement so how could rocks fly up and hit the bumper. I'm not impressed at all. I traded my 2011 car in on this 50, 000.00 truck and it didn't have a speck of rust on it. I'm hoping my bumper gets replaced. I even bought extra warranty when I bought the truck. Not a happy camper.

Chrysler 2012 chrysler 200

Since the purchase of my 2012 Chysler 200 touring world I-4 2.4L I've experienced several heating/cooling issues. Radiator flushes and no passenger heat has simply become the normal for this vehicle. Each mechanic including the dealership has told me the entire system would have to be changed to repair this, a cost of $1, 000+ although the dealership as well indicated the cause is from an additive during production of this vehicle and getting hundreds in with the same issue; Chysler would not recall these vehicles. As of last week this system issue has now caused my head gasket, an expense of $1500+ not to mention the cost of renting a vehicle during repair -another out of pocket expense. It's enough that the consumer has to remove the front of the vehicle to simply change a headlamp but for a known & issue created during manufacturing with this vehicle, why is the consumer being hit with cost? I've always owned and supported Chysler but this is just not an acceptable situation. You'll easily see from online forums with this model how so many consumers are effected by the problem. Disappointed consumer.

Chrysler dealer advertising/promotion

Louie Herron Chrysler, 1860 Eatonton Rd., Madison, GA ran a Promotion on May 9 through May 14, 2018. Pictures of the flyer We received are attached. When I opened the tabs, I had 3 vehicles shown with the word "Winner" which matched the prize category of a $1, 000 Target Gift Card. My wife took the flyer to Madison, which is a 35 mike round trip, only to be told all that meant was she was "qualified" to win that prize. She was told to push a button on a lap top and slot machine type wheels turned revealing her prize was Georgia lottery ticket. The whole flyer promotion is misleading and nothing more than a scam! We are long time Chrysler custoners and we do not appreciate receiving this type of misleading advertising.

Chrysler wrong tires size and wheels

I purchased a used 2014 dodge ram 1500 ecodiesel from your local Chrysler dealer. I notice that the rims and tire on the truck are the wrong size LT 265/70R/17 . After verification for the serial number and the labels information on the front door it should have P275/60r/20. The dealer do not want to replaced them with the proper size. Would this affect my extended warranty ? I known that this those affect the speed meter by 5 to 6 km. per hr. when I check with my gps. Could some body help me out on this issue .

Chrysler seatbelts on town and country minivan

I have a 2013 Town and Country Mini Van. The later part of last year the passenger seatbelt would not connect and I had to take it to a Chrysler dealer to get repaired which cost me $385.00+. Now in April 2018 the drivers side seatbelt is doing the same thing. I have to keep pushing the orange button to get it to connect and even then it doesn't always work.
This should not be happening. I bought this vehicle brand new so it is not quite five years old to me yet. I have been a Chrysler customer for over thirty years.

I should not have had to put out money to get the seatbelt repaired in the first place on a 2013 vehicle. And now this other seatbelt has to be repaired because it is not safe.

I would appreciate all that you can do to take care of this problem for me.
Your loyal Customer
Mildred Vanterpool

Chrysler 2014 dodge ram

Terrible dealership! I bought a new 2014 dodge ram and the engine is not functioning properly and will need to be replaced. I had the diagnosis done and they stated that the cam shift needs to be replaced and the timing chain. The solenoids also need to be replaced due to metallic contamination. Cylinder #2 is misfiring. My truck is not accelorating properly and is shaking and rumbling when idle. There is also a fluid issue as I can hear water swooshing around which is probably the water pump which has been a problem with some of these vehicles catching on fire. There is also water collecting under the right back seat. Other repair shops have stated that the engine needs to be replaced due to all the issues involved. There is only 125000 km on my vehicle and it should definately not be having these issues after 4 years. A 5000 dollar or more repair is ridiculous for a new vehicle. The dealership should be responsible for all costs associated with fixing this!

Chrysler 2018 jeep wrangler unlimited jk altitude

This has been my first Jeep purchased in my life and I will never buy another vehicle from Chrysler in my life. This has been the worst overall experience I have ever had. I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK Altitude on January 31st of this year fully loaded for $44, 000 roughly. Within the first week it started having issues. When I would drive it for more than 15 minutes and turned it off, it would not turn on until the engine cooled down. I have taken it in 5+ times now since January 31st. It's been in the shop for 37 days now since January 31st trying to get the same issue fixed. Nobody knows what is wrong with it. I have opened a case with the attorney general office, I have an open case with Chrysler - case number [protected]. So out of the roughly 75 days I have owned it, it's been in the shop half of the time and broken down the other 32 out of 37 days. I have been trying to just get a new Jeep but NOBODY will help me out. Everyone just keeps giving me the run around. The Customer service has been the worst I have ever had in my life. I had been talking to a lady named Megan - [protected] ext 81146 and she just went MIA - I have left 10 Voicemails for her in the past 2 weeks with no responses. I have been trying to get a hold of a supervisor. About 2 weeks ago she said her supervisor would be reaching out to me in 1-2 days and I never heard from anyone. I cannot get anything accomplished with this place whatsoever. I have already contacted an attorney and filled out the complaint form for NCDS. This is absolutely ridiculous and customers should not be treated this way. I want a new Jeep or just terminate my lease at this point and give the Jeep back. This Jeep is 100% a Lemon and Chrysler should have done something about it a long time ago for me.

My brother has been going through the same thing with his new Jeep Wrangler JK. He got it in March, had it for three weeks and it's been at the dealer since then. Same thing won't start after its been driven for awhile. The dealer is no help. They pretty much said it's not their problem. Chrysler has been no help. They can't fix it and don't know what to do. They should take it back and replace the vehicle. I will never buy a Jeep.

Chrysler 2011 dodge durango power liftgate

The power liftgate on my 2011 Dodge Durango will not open all the way after installing the power lift strut and support strut. It will open half way and close immediately. I have read and done some research concerning this matter and it looks like a software update should fix the problem. There was a TSB issued Number: [protected] concerning this matter. I have called dealership and have been told nothing can be done and technician would have to look at it with a minimum charge of $100 / hr to just diagnose the problem and then additional cost to fix it.
All I would like it the software updated so that the power liftgate will work properly.

Chrysler power wagon

I bought a 2017 power wagon and the dealer told me it would be a perfect truck to put a snow plow on. After buying the truck I took it to three different snow plow dealers and they refused to install plow.
Before all of this my wife and I went to the dealer to find out if I put a plow on, would it void my warranty. Went to 3 different people and wound up with the guy in charge of warranties. He said I can put a plow on as long as I have vehicle aligned once a year. Then I went to snow plow dealers. After that went back to the dealer ship to tell them what they said. No one in there including management could believe what they said. One of the managers said they would find out from Chrysler why not. No one got back with an answer . They want me to buy a bighorn truck which is half the truck I have and add $15 per month for it. After paying $60, 000 for it on 09/03/17 I feel like this was unfair & deceptive treatment.

Chrysler repairs & poor customer service from chrysler customer assistance center

After becoming exasperated with my local Chrysler dealership in repairing my Town and Country van, I contacted the Michigan Customer Assistance Center only to get even poorer Customer Service. After three full days of repeated calls I can not get anyone to even discuss my van issues, let alone act on anything. Today's excuse is "the person handling your case is out sick today" she will call you when she gets back. No, they won't assign it to anyone else; no, there isn't anyone who will step in; no, there isn't any other things that can happen, I just wait until day 4 with no contact.

This is my third Chrysler, and my last. My son has a Jeep, and we won't go that direction again either.

Chrysler car service

I have never written any reviews before and this is my first one ever because I can't describe or tell how highly disappointed and pissed I am. The WORST experience I have ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE. I brought my Chrysler crossfire to McGovern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, 777 Washington St, Newton, MA 02460 because one day I sat into my car and couldn't start it. It was identified by as I though "professionals" as SKREEM (Sentry Key Remote Entry Module) module failure. I was happy with that since Chrysler dealership told me that replacing this module will fix the issue with the car. In a couple of days, I got a call from Eddie (one of the workers) and was told that it is fixed, fully tested and fully functional. I was so happy and came to pick it up the same day in the evening paying ~$950 for this repair (which I think way too much). But my happiness was very very short. I was able to start my car and was so happy to be on the road again. However, when I drove the car to my garage I found out so MANY failures of the car systems once Chrysler "professionals" touched it. I discovered that my key fob doesn't lock the doors anymore (it means I can't park it anywhere since I can't close my car anymore). The switch that controls tailgate was not working anymore and some other functions like rear window defroster option and etc. I brought my car back to the dealership the same day (Wednesday) hoping they will fix all the mess they caused. Here where my nightmare began. On Friday Eddie called me asking in a rude way to come and pick up my car and bring it back on Monday because a little bit of snow was coming on the weekend and they don't have space for my car on the WHOLE dealership property. I was like WHAT? I didn't speak to Eddie after that because I truly believe it's not the way you should treat any customer anywhere. Here what happened next. In the middle of the week I received a call from Assistant Service Manger Anthony Tibbet (he is a nice guy btw) saying that key fob issue is now a BCM (body control module) related and this module cost is $1400 that I have to pay if I want my car working properly again. Regarding tailgate I was told it's a motor failure that moves it up and down and the price for this motor is $2500 (If we sum up everything it could be a decent down payment for a new car 😊). However, I discovered that tailgate is actually goes up automatically once the car reaches speed of 65mph that puts a big question on the motor issue. The end of the story is that I paid $950 and my car starts but I got so many other issues after Chrysler "professionals" that I will end up paying the price of the whole car. It is obvious to me and anybody else that McGovern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram cause all this but they are telling me it's completely unrelated to what they did. I really believe that they are not professionals very irresponsible and I don't trust them anymore. Customer service is really really bad and I will never trust them to work on my car anymore. On top of all this once I came to pick up my still "broken" car I found they scratched bumper on my car probably moving it around. I don't want to see that place again and will avoid driving nearby once I fix my car somewhere else. PLEASE STAY AWAY from that place because the situation I am in now is not fun at all. P.S. and of course they refused to give me the money I paid back.

Chrysler gps with my 2013 town and country

On 12/20/17 I called Chrysler at [protected] about my GPS not working at all. They replaced my radio and GPS on 04/09/2014 as it was faulty. Since that time the GPS would periodically not work. It would come up with "Guidance by Garmin." this would happen about every 4-6 weeks. I called the dealership and the lady said it was probably because garmin was updating it. I assumed she asked a tech as she put me on hold and came back. I assumed this was true. It did do this every so often as mentioned above. About one yr ago it became more frequent but would come back the next day. then it got to the problem where it continually said Guidance by Garmin. I took it back and he said he fixed it and updated it. As soon as I got back in the car it came up guidance by garmin. He drove it around the lot and came back and said it was working. Then I left and the next time I got in the car it wasn't working again. Then it would work off and on and would seem to keep doing this but much more frequent. Then it quit working all together and the screen was blank. After taking it back to Riverside Chrysler they said the radio was bad and would cost $1665.80 to replace it. They gave me Chyrsler's customer care number and I called. I was told because the car had 57, 000 miles on it there was nothing they would do. She then asked it I had any receipts that I paid for anything. I didn't as I assumed it was as they had originally told me that garmin was updating. I guess I should have done something but I assumed this is what was going on until it got much more frequent and then quit altogether. I feel the thing that bothers me the most is that the lady was more or less saying I was lying. She was very nice about it though. I was in business for 42 yrs and would never have done this but you are big business and don't give the benefit of doubt that the person is telling you the whole truth. The two girls that were there originally were very beneficial but I don't remember which one it was and they are no longer there and they may not remember anyways. I have always bought new cars and were GM vehicles. My wife's dad had a town and country yrs ago and said he liked it so I thought I would try. After this I don't think I will again. If you are interested the vehicle number is-2C4RC1CG3DR691789. The lady I talked to at Chrysler also said I should ask the dealership if they had any goodwill and I don't know why but they had already told me they didn't have any. The sad this is the gentleman we bought the car from was very good and didn't try to high pressure us as we had gone up there before and left due to high pressure. Have a great Christmas

Chrysler navigation ready system

Bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude with the Navigation ready radio and had the software installed. Was told it was the same as the factory installed navigation. It's not. It has a 5 step address input system that takes up to 3 minutes instead of a one step, longer routes, missing roads, no traffic alert, not accurate with destination time, so zoomed in you cannot see the next turn, is black and white with poor graphics, landmarks not updated, cost $600 for software that cannot be removed. It does not WORK. To make matters worse, unless you disconnect your phone from the car blue tooth, you can't use your phone navigation either. Chrysler customer service will not listen or return calls to me or the Dealer. The navigation system in my 2007 Infiniti functioned better.

Chrysler customer service [protected]

We bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 today and had some technical trouble while driving the car home. All at once, the automation technology (lane assist, cruise assist etc) went offline and the vehicle displayed about a half dozen maintainence warnings.

We called [protected], the Chrysler customer service line, to determine if these warnings necessitated stopping the vehicle but we were told by Jamie that "They are not mechanics and that we would have to call the dealership."

I'm not really sure what function a Chrysler customer service line serves, if not to field technical questions about the newest whiz bang technology in a newly purchased Chrysler.

The dealer is closed now, and we have several hundred more miles to drive. This is less than ideal.

Chrysler unethical behavior

I purchased a vehicle or so i thought on Sept 28th 2017 and signed all the papers and after taking the car home and driving it for 5 weeks i get a message saying the contract got returned due to missing paperwork to which i had been in contact with the dealership and also Chrysler Capital who was funding my deal ...so needless to say i went in to try and get my deposit back and was told by Iron Gastelum that per Jody Sedillo the car needed to be returned by 6 pm or they were reporting it stolen .I gave the dealership a check for and additional 700 dollars and they said they can hold it for 3 weeks well after a week and a half they put that check through and made me almost 850 dollars negative due to all the 35 dollar fees for overdraft ...So then today 11/7/17 i got a text from one of the managers named Brian Pashia and it said I talked to Jody she said because they didnt charge me restocking fees or mileage which they could have that they refunded my full 1000 dollar deposit that they would not refund the additional fees ..oh also the Finance guy named Pedro had the nerve to say to me its not my fault your credit is screwed up ...

Per your complaint, they told you that they could hold the check for up to three weeks. Did you ask them specifically not to cash it until then? Did you post-date the check? They may have meant that it could take up to three weeks, not necessarily that it would. Either way, most businesses would not credit you for any bank fees assessed as they themselves do not charge them. It doesn't hurt to try and talk to your bank about the situation to see if they can help you a little bit.
