Unauthorised Transaction
My name is Andreas and i have recently had unauthorised transactions form this website Chrpay.com/ducforceide appear on my credit card. Considering i live in Germany i am concerned how this has happened! I expect the UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS TO STOP!
Below are the amounts and the details:
02/08/2009 Chrpay.com/ducforceide +[protected] GB FOREIGN AMOUNT USD 42.00
I expect a complete refund and i also expect to be contacted regarding this as i did not authorise this transaction.

Triple billing / no service
I was advised that my virus protection was expired. So i ordered a new years contract. But then the warning came again that i had no protection. I checked my bank and the services had been paid throught my checking account.
I again recieved notice that my virus protection was expired. I checked my computer to see if i had protection and i did. Yet several more days went by with the same warning. So i tried to remove the virus protection, and it cause my computer to crash wiping out my entire hardrive. Now 6 weeks later and 189. 00 or repairs, i still have been charched 3 times for this false protection and there is now way to contact this company.
What shall i do now?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Please cancel any account you hold for me , and return my $ 4.95 to my

Pop up on my computer screen said i had 26 viruses and it looked like windows /microsoft . it said i could buy a scan and anti-virus for 49.95 usd. i did and tried to get a receipt immediately to no avail . checked my visa account and then called visa and spoke with a john rene who said he could do nothing about it had already been posted to my account . i got nothing for my 49.95 usd
I downloaded a virus protection program that costs $49.95, and now it cannot be found anywhere on my computer.
i got a pop up from my computer one day that said i was infected with spyware and trojan viruses. i tried to cose out the page but it wouldnt. On my credit card statement it shows a payment of 49.95 to chrpay.com for some avg360 antivirus program that isnt even installed on my computer...I want my money back on my credit card for something i dont even have!

I never ordered this and they charged me twice 49.95 from my visa card!
This happens re frequently, I get my statement online or in the mail ad there are these mystery charges for arount $200 every single mom=nth! I am beginning to feel like a spy!
CHRpay.com staff: For those of you scamming the people, remember that what goes around comes around. Nature takes care of things and sooner than later it will answer your call. It is just a matter of time before you are discovered.
Crime does not pay!
I've received a charge on my credit card of $99.90 plus a foreign transaction fee of $1.99! I guess this company is in Great Britain. Neither were authorized. I live in the U.S., no need to charge anything in Great Britain!
i m a student n when tried to download textbook from download-zzz.com for a 3day membership of $1.95 my card has been charged for $41.oo instead of the $1.95.i demand for the complete refund from this company in to ma account.
For those of you who have asked the contact # for chrpay.com is [protected]. They said they would credit my account for the full amount of their "mistake." At lease my credit card company is aware of the situation and I have not been billed.
recieved message via internet that computer at risk, signed up to anti-virus software. this was total scam have no contact numbers, web address. they took money from my account for nothing
