I placed an order(63424) online with Fresh Christians on 9/25/19 I waited three weeks(emailed it would take 5 days), sent 5 emails regarding my order, and have gotten no response! At this point, I just want to be credited with a refund for my bracelet order. Yet, this company continues to send emails regarding discounts for purchases. Very disappointing! I assumed it was a reputable company...never assume!

I am complaining about an order I placed back on May 3, 2019 and I yet have NOT received my order. Yet you company was very happy to take my money from my debit card. If you are not going to fill my order I would like my money placed back into my account. Order # 56190 (10) Star of Bethlehem Cross Necklaces - Silver for the amount of $20.00, has NOT yet been received on my end. Debit Card ending in 0795. I cannot see how your company can call itself CHRISTIAN if you DO NOT fulfill your end of the order. I pray you will do the RIGHT thing and that GOD puts it in your heart to do the right and proper decision of filling my order or place my money back into my account or send me a check for the amount of $21.65, that is with taxes. $20.00 + $1.65 taxes = $21.65. Philippians 4:13 Pendant × 1 was not included and that was The one I really needed for Christmas. I will give her one of the other necklace for now but can you please get this one out to me as quickly as possible..

On October 31, 2018, I placed two orders for bracelets. Order #33717 and Order #33677. I was told I could expect the orders to ship in two days, receive by 11-6. On 11-8 I had not received and sent email to Fresh Christian email address (via [protected]@freshchristian.com via shopify.com ) Was told (in writing) I could expect reply within 24 hours. To date, 11-12-18 I have not received the items. I did receive an email 11/11/18 saying they hoped I was enjoyed my merchandise I had ordered. I called [protected] to inquire about them. Got voice mail, had to leave my number which I did. Then I tried the 1-682 # - it doesn't work either (voicemail not set up) I would like to file a complaint on this company for failing to provide the merchandise I paid for. I would like a refund also.

I placed an order for 4 bracelets on 11/06. It was supposed to ship in a couple of days. It is now 11/28 and order still shows processing. I have emailed 5 times and tried to call the customer service line which only says the mailbox is full. They are crooks. NO one from the company has responded to the 5 emails. Do not place orders with them. They are not a Christian Company and should be shutdown.

I placed an order online of November 5th for a Christian t-shirt. On the 9th, I ordered another t-shirt. The website said both items were in stock and would ship within a few business days. I was charged $4.95 for express shipping on each item as well as the cost of the shirts. So far when I check the order status on either item it says the order is processing. I have emailed the company 4 times and called them once. The woman who answered the phone was rude. She said the items may have been out of stock, and I told her the website said both were in stock. She said, "Oh, you can't go by that. It doesn't get updated." She said the items would ship on the following Monday, which was yesterday. They have not shipped and are still "processing". I told her I was considering filing a complaint but thought I would call first and see if we could work out the issue. She laughed and said that was good, but then made no effort to remedy the problem.
I just want my orders now. The money was taken from my account the days the orders were placed. One items was ordered well in advance of an upcoming birthday, but I am afraid it won't be here in time. The company is in Texas and there is no reason the order should take this long. The company won't respond to any written correspondence. I would warn others against ordering from this company in the future.

These people are crooks. They say their business hrs are from 9-5pm but no one answers the phone like EVER! I have called them over 7 times and also sent an e-mail. Never once have I spoken to a person about my order. They charged me for item and wouldn't return my calls. It took turning them into the Better Business Bureau and disputing the card with our bank for non delivery... After ALL of that, they finally sent my product out. That is unbelievable! You think you are safe ordering online from a Christian company and boy was I wrong. I want to warn others so they do not have to go through the crap these people put us through!
