Hypnotic poison dior 150 ml
I bought this perfume from Morhipo in Turkey. The perfume was not real. no same smell, no same lasting. The seller company checked and told us it is real. However, no one recognize its smell after few minutes. We used this perfume for long years. This is not the same one. The barcode code of product is added. I tried to write to dior several times. However, their contact site does not work.
Defact Suit
To whom it may concern,
I bought a suit around $5000 Singapore Dollar from Christian Dior ION in Singapore on the 3rd of February this year. After trying the suit, I pass the suit to the staff and the packing of the suit was not done in front of us but it was done at the back somewhere. On that night, I took a plane back to Adelaide and trusted their reputation in good faith that everything was alright. When I un-wrap the package, I discovered they have given me a default suit with a hole on the bottom left of the suit. I immediately call up Christian Dior regarding the hole in the suit. They however denied that they have given me a faulty suit and insist to repair it which I totally disagree. I have been corresponding with them over email and by phone since. In my correspondence, I have requested for a replacement and not repair of the suit. They accused that I have worn it and had a cigarette burn. I deny this allegation because I bought this for my wedding in December and I am not a smoker. Please advise me on this matter. I am totally disappointed with Christian Dior service in Singapore.

on jan 9 2001 i bought nylon logo bag for$618.13 including tax.at store021 at costa mesa california.the glue reacted with the nylon very badly but the rest of the part is still like new because i kept it so well seldom to used.i need store credit or replace it with similar bag .thank you

I bought a Dior wallet wine coloured from your showroom at The Taj Colaba Mumbai India in Dec 2011. Since this was a gift from my son, it was precious for me and I used it only when I was going to attend parties. It had a nice steel hanging from the side with alphabets D I o r... To my dismay, even after such careful use, the button of the wallet came off after a year in which I must not have used it more than 20 times. My son took it to the showroom where earlier they had promised a replacement, then changed their statement and got it repaired. The wallet was returned after 9 months and now the hanging is missing... Disgusting and disappointing ... A brand name like yours and such cheap after sales service... Where you pinch off things from the products entrusted... Shocking... This is the reason for this review... I think our local brands in India are much sturdier, value for money... Your brand has not stood to the money that you charge for your products...and all that you profess in your ads...
I have been using Dior products for a number of years and as a valid customer I resent having paid 50 pounds on a mascara and lipstick and not being offered any samples if your products I woz always meant to feel special when purchasing your products but when purchasing from your John Lewis department store your agent was very rude and complacent and I left feeling quite deflated . I havnt bused this branch before in Liverpool and I won't be going back ... Thank you for allowing me to air my views p_jones@me.com
I bought a Christian Dior Perfume from Central Pattaya Beach. (Thailand). The spring was not working, After 15 minutes I went back to change the product. The sales girls wasnt willing to change for me, as they said they have to sent it back to the company to check whether I bought it from here or no. JUST 15 Minutes, and THEY WERE NOT SURE I BOUGHT FROM THEM OR NO?
Its not the matter of money. BUT... I have to wait for 2 days now, to know whether its the Central's product or NO...How Nonsense is this..
