Chris Jones, SPORTS RAP review: Bad check

We did work on Chris Jones's rented apartment, he gave us a check that was made out incorrectly and will not provide us a replacement check or pay in cash for the bad check. This has been going on for over 4 weeks now. He really is a fast talker. When you catch him in a lie, his response is to hang up on you.
