Chq Book Issue / Wrg Info from Customer Service On Charges
I have my salary account in ABN and I needed the cheque book for loan purpose. I spoke to Mr.Moin in customer service of ABN and asked if my request for a cheque book would cost me anything. I asked the same thing twice but both the times he confirmed me I wouldn't be a charged anything. The request was placed and I was happy that ABN giving such quick service and just over phone am able to do it but later when i checked my balance, a deduction of 100aed was done against the cheque book charges.
I do not understand why I was not informed that when I checked with the person twice. I do not know where to go and complain about it. This is strange and unprofessional. I would never suggest anybody to open account with ABN as people there seem least bothered about their own customers investment/saving.
