Choxi / NoMoreRack.com - Email address is fake and no info about the delivery

I placed the order on the website www.choxi.com 2 weeks ago, but these people continued to send the email, where they asked if I have forgotten something. Still no info about the delivery. All my emails to them were returned back, because the seller’s email address was fake, but I didn’t know it. The customer services didn’t exist at all, so try to avoid the company and save your money.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com - Their discounts turned to big fakes

I placed large order on www.choxi.com. It was mentioned that they had really great discounts and therefore I have ordered a lot of things from them. Unfortunately, their discounts were big rubbish and they charged me for the whole sums. They did it without my notice, so when I checked my account, I noticed that they stole money from me. I will never again use this website and of course I won’t advise other people to deal with them.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com - Bad faith in contractual agreements

I purchased a set of Bowflex weights and the transaction went through smoothly and successfully. I received an email confirmation of the successful order and it said I would receive another with a tracking number once the purchased product shipped. After failing to hear from the company for several days, I logged into my account at NoMoreRack.com only to find that the order had been cancelled. I received no notification by phone or email about this, so I wrote to customer service requesting an explanation. They merely replied saying it was a "supplier issue". My credit card was charged and so far no reversal or refund has been issued. This is a completely misleading advertisement and subsequent renegging on a contractual agreement of a purchase and payment made. I'm awaiting their reply to a subsequent contact by email expressing my dissatisfaction and desire for some sort of compensation to rectify this total breach of agreement and lack of customer care. This case will be forwarded to the NY Attorney General's office as well as the FTC since it is an interstate transaction.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com - Did not receive my order

You know the saying a picture is worth a million words. Well. I screen printed every page with my account, my ups label that was created, but not shipped. I saved my online live chats to text document and I am gearing up for making a change. This company needs to be shut down. I purchased items for my business, my teenage daughters and more. I have yet to receive them. Well the conversation I had with the live operator online got me no where. They claimed it has not been more than 30 days since I purchased the items. On their website it says 10-14 days I pointed that out to them!
I had several hang up phone conversations until I threatened to get a hold of New York Attorney Generals office did someone actually speak to me on the phone without hanging up, but yet nothing was resolved. I gave them until this Wednesday before I contact the Attorney General's office. If I do not have my product at my door by then. I think that is more than enough time. A guarantee delivery date on a website is a Guarantee. If not then they should put on the website. We don't know if you will get your merchandise, because we are just a bunch of idiots going through several drop ship companies. Oh yes-- That is what they are doing. They are going through drop ship companies, charging more than what the company actually sells the item for- Most of which are knock offs- If you would like more information on how you can get this company to stop what they are doing feel free to contact me. Or The Attorney General's office in New York, USA.

I will not become a raving fan of nomorerack.com. Why?
The description of the products were wrong-
The items were not as described.
The tablets do not have usb ports- The keyboard was said to fit the tablet I bought it does not. There is not a port to plug it into.
The shipping was only expedited after I had said I would contact the Attorney General's office.
I always save invoices, receipts etc when I purchase online and always do screen shots and cut and paste conversations to protect myself as a consumer.
I am trying to run a business myself and I would not want my customers to feel that they are not getting everything they asked for.
You have very poor customer service- People hanging up on customers- Rude.
Your company needs to figure out the system much better.
Also be honest about the product you are selling. Low grade product will still sell just be honest and you will keep your customers much happier.
Also better change your shipping times from 10-14 days on your network to 30-45 days on your network so customers know exactly how long they have to wait.
I-- however don't understand why someone would have to wait so long unless the product was being made.
So-- No I will not become a raving fan, I however hope you take my suggestions into consideration and get some of your rude customer service phone operators. Especially the one named Kim-- Very Rude. She hung up on me!

Yes, we as consumers need to band together to get this ridiculous company shut down. I order an item over two week ago and still have received it, so I called and told them to can my order and issue me a refund. Well, this past weekend I had the shock of my life when I went to the store and my card was declined. Well wouldn't you know it MY CARD WAS HACKED! and the fraud department at my bank thankfully caught the transactions and closed my account. I live in N.C. this company is based in N.Y. and that where one of the charges came from. So, I put two and two and did research on this company and ran into all these complaints the BBB has over 1500. Wished I did research before providing these scam artist my debit card number. How can possibly still be in business company started business in 4/23/12 bbb received complaint 8/12. WOW!

I ordered Christmas gifts and they were wrong sizes and more than half the order never showed up, they said I never paid so they cancelled. I said I gave my card number and it was on my bank statement. They said send a copy of the statement and they will send a refund. I sent it recently return receipt requested and I am waiting for the receipt and hopefully a refund.of over $400. dollars.

I also ordered sheets at the end of February that never came. I was given a FedEx tracking number on March 1st, but that tracking number has never gone anywhere beyond "FedEx received info" So it's not coming. I have sent three emails asking for my money back, and I keep getting the reply that it takes time to work these things out. No it doesn't! Ship the products you sell or refund my money!

I ordered products for Christmas and didn't come in. I was able to get a respond thru email indicating the products were oversold and the refund was issued. Yes the customer service is not great but I was at least got a hold of someone and I got the refund as promised.
I have orders many times after the incidents and have no problem. In fact i just received my order yesterday. My advice: be patient and do pay attentions to product details before ordering.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com - Bait and switch / horrible service / class action lawsuit

I purchased several items from this website. 3/4 of the items arrived with no problems. On Nov. 23rd I ordered 3 pairs of "Luxurious Australian Double Button" boots, on the website it stated that they retailed for 139.99 and the picture showed "UGG" on the boots. I have yet to receive one pair first off (they keep telling me that due to the strike at LongBeach port they are having problems getting them in. There is no strike going on at LongBeach port.. I have family there and confirmed this information). The two pairs that were shipped and received looked by my daughters out of state looked like they were purchased at Big Lots. They were 3 button boots, garbage quality and the girls stated that it felt like waking on plywood when wearing them. There was nothing luxurious or Australian about these boots. Constant calls and emails have returned no solution to this problem. I have gotten the corporate phone #'s for both corporate offices and everyone needs to start calling them continuously, plus I am contacting an attorney friend of mine that does class action lawsuits if anyone is interested in participating in putting this company in its place. I ordered the Ugg boots on Black Friday. It is Dec. 28th and still nothing. I called a customer service number twice before Christmas. The first time the girl said the tracking number was wrong, but they were on their way. The second time I called she said I should get them tomorrow. That was the 23rd. I went back to the confirmation email to get the phone number to call today and the information is removed, no phone number! Thank goodness I didn't spend too much on the boots, but I could have given the money to charity for Pete sake..I don't want their stinking boots now! Live and learn. No more nomorerack!

I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow. I have been waiting for the same boots for over a month, they are apparently "lost" in transit. The tracking number they gave me is wrong and they have yet to give me a new number. I have another item same problem, invalid tracking number. Then I have other items that were "promised by the 21st" that just never showed up. Then they have the audacity to offer me a "store credit" for the full amount...are you serious?!?! If anything I should get a store credit and refund for the full amount! I tried explaining this to one of their customer service agents who speaks not a word of English who just couldn't wrap his head around the whole idea...After all this why on earth would I go ahead and purchase more from this website. If you start a class action suit, I am in! I plan on waiting another week to receive full refunds and my "lost" items before I write a complaint to the BBB for each order and file a dispute with paypal for the transactions. I find it appalling how they do business and if you email them you get the SAME email over and over again no matter what questions you ask. Anyway, Class Action Suit, bring it on because I am in! And if and when my "ugg" boots arrive if they are not authentic, I will file suit.

The same thing happened to me I order Australian boots over 1 month ago and have not received them.
I have emailed them 3 times they said they would be here on the 21 of December and it is the 24. They are christmas presents. I am missing 4 items still 3 boot and 1 shirt. I emailed again and no response.
