Atribida at mataray ang cashier niyo gayahin nio naman sister company nio like jollibee magalang at hindi bastos. porke andami franchise ang chowking balewala nlng kung maayos un customer service nila.

Makikinig nalng yan cashier, dahil lahat ng order naman kami nag dictate mali mali pa yun pag punch, at siya na yung nagkamali magtataray pa at maiinis. kung hidni ka anga edi sana tama trabaho mo.

Chowking poor service

Hi I'm sheena shane from legazpi, today at 7:06pm to be exact I visited your store in Ayala mall Legazpi City and the one who took my order was not polite at all. She sounded irate while talking to me and taking my orders. She sudden cut me off while I was talking to her. Is that how you trained them?! I really want to punch her in the face! She's not so nice and she doesn't have any common sense at all! I already sent some photo of her.

Wow naman sa mga cashier ng chowking ayala legazpi sipag nyo mang bara ng customer noh? Nag oorder ako at nagsasalita pa I am also a food attendant from other food industry and I know what I'm doing! Alam ko ang inoorder ko at alam ko kung pano mag order! Wag kang bastos magsalita sa customer mo. I'm being nice kasi alam ko kung pano yung trabaho mo pero nakakabadtrip yung service mo.

Chowking poor service

1. The cashier told me to wait for 10-15 minutes. But then I waited for almost 25 minutes
2. Iwas first in the line and the person next to me got his order before mine. But I ordered the same product that he had. And I ask them why mine took so long.
3. When I got my order, they didn't gave me complete order. I just got outside for me to know that my orders was incomplete they didn't gave me my drink.

Chowking attitude of the service crew

I just want to file a complaint about the service crew at chowking mabalacat branch. I decided to take my order by drive thru then I waited 2 minutes and keep blowing the horn of my motorcycle for how many times but no one tends to take order so I haven't seen any person on the first window to assist me. So I decided to just directly go to claim order and still no service crew wants to assist til I knock the door of the window and finally got one. Instead of saying apologies the crew who assisted me said "it's not the right lane for drive thru" then I replied "I waited how many minutes and blow the horn of my motorcycle 6 times how come no one is ready take my orders". Without any apology statements from that crew he walked out and looked so rude. So I told to the manager to teached that crew how to treat customers right. Really a bad experience and I don't want to tolerate such 'coz I know how it feels since I am working as a customer service too.

Chowking unethical behaviour

Well, I just called the hotline a minute ago and the one who took my order was not polite at all. She sounded irate while talking to me and taking my orders. It's not my fault that I have to call because my order was not available and I cannot update it again since I used online delivery. And by the way I didn't get the chance to know her name because she just put me on hold and took my order immediately.Thank you!

Chowking poor food/ old stock

This afternoon around 3pm at chowking vista mall taguig, nag dine in kami ng girlfriend ko ako ng order ako sakin ng one piece chicken for dine in then sa gf ko pancit canton, after ko umorder pagkaupo ko wala pang 10 secs kasunod ko na yung one piece chicken tas paglapag ng chicken sakin nakita ko mukang luma na at ang tigas ng chicken and d na mainit malamig na sya. Pero pinaglapas ko na yun pero yung pansit canton na order namin 20 mins na kami ng aantay bago dumating tas pag lapag samin nakita ko mukang luma din at sobrang lamig na at mas crunchy pa sa balat ng manok na inorder ko ang tigas ng noodles. So what I did is I approach the girl in the counter then I ask bat ganun ang pancit canton? Gnawa nila kinuha at pinalitan ng bago at ang galing within 10 seconds may bagong luto na. Matagal na ko nakaen sa chowking pero ito palang first time na naka encounter ako ng ganito. I am not satisfied in the service and I will never going back to chowking vista mall taguig again. So poor service. Thumbs down 👎🏻

Pipili pa sana kme ng asawa ko nung lumapit sya sakin at tinanong kung may upuan na kme then sinabi ko wala pa ayun hinanapan nya kme ng mauupuan, and sbe niya siya nlng daw ang mag tetake ng order namin natuwa naman kme kse hinanapan nya na kme ng mauupuan sya na nagtake ng order namin which is halo halo lng naman ang order namin. Chowking wrong delivery address resulting to two hours delayed in delivery

As per order # [protected], I ordered online for two (2) chao fan platters and one (1) platter of fried siomai to a different address and so I had to fill out the new address option. I received an email confirmation at 11:20am, february 12, 2018. At around 12:30pm, I called up the delivery hotline only to find out that it was delivered to a wrong address. I verified how did it happen when I made sure that the new address is indicated on the order form online (I have a screesnhot of the email confirmation indicating the new address). The supervisor that I was able to talk to name carl/karl baruga assured me that he'll place the orders again and will coordinate with the store to have it prioritized. I therefore asked that there should be something to compensate for the inconvenience but I received nothing. This is very frustrating considering that we are regular customers of this chain.

Chowking service

I feel so sad about the new chowking phoenix here at General Santos City located at mabuhay road cor. National Highway.

Since i was not able to order a longanisa from jollibee i decided to transfer in chowking phoenix. I was welcomed with warm smile and planning to order a Chao Fan or Lauriat, then the cashier suggested me the breakfast meal, when i checked it there's a longanisa on it so withoit any hesitation i ordered a longanisa but the cashier told that it was out of stock, i feel so sad ang HANGRY(Hungry and Angry) and there was no note that the longanisa is not available, yes it is just a longanisa but how can you suggest a Breakfast meal and telling the customer that it is not available and there's no note posted on it. Another misleading info. I didnt even here a sorry from the crew. Sorry for telling my concern but i'm very Hungry at this moment.

Chowking crews

I am really an avid fan of Chowking. But whenever I order their food in one of their branches here in Cabanatuan, there will always be some problems I always encounter. Like for example, the cashier forgot to take my happy plus card and does not any more count my order in my points. Another scenario, I was asking for a toyomansi for my pork chao fan which has a topping of steamed siomai. The manager did not even believed me that my order does really have steamed siomai therefore she was not giving me a toyomansi. She keeps on insisting that I must pay for it because she really insist my order does not have toppings. What I did is I opened in front of hee my order in order for her to give me toyomansi. It really pissed me, so I said "kelangan ko pa ba talagang buksan yung order ko para paniwalaan niyo ko?" As a customer I am very much disappointed to what had happened. Some scenarios are relatef to their random waiters who does not even speak when they were asked. Sometimes of theur utensils would not always be available when asked. Sometimes their gravy. Sometimes their chili paste. Sometimes calamansi.

Chowking simple instruction cannot follow

nagpadeliver ako today ng food and sinabi ko sa nag take ng order ko no ice for drinks.. pagdating ng food and i open it may ice yung drinks also yung sweet and sour pork nila matigas ang ibang meat actually wala nga meat yung nakain ko na matigas ...and hindi mainit yung food yung chicharap makunat na...

actually i know anong branch sya kasi naexperince ko na din kasi sa kanila thru dine in kami ng parents ko.. same i order sweet sour pork na matigas as in matigas lahat ng meat na sinerve samin..

Chowking cashier attitude

Pumunta ako sa Marquee Chowking around 1135 am. Yung Cashier sa Gitna na wlang nameplate tinitignan lang ako at hindi nag tatanong kung ano ang oorderin. nung nagsalita na matapang pa ang boses. kakuha ko ng resibo ko bigla na lang akong tinawag by PSSTTT!

dapat kapag sa food crew umayos sila hindi yung parang araw araw biernes santo.

Hindi naman nag pepeak ang store nila pero matagal ang wonton soup marami pa masyado ang noodle hindi katulad ng dati.

Chowking chowking milk tea

Nag order ako ng Milk tea sa chowking, sa may Dolores San Fernando intersection. Suki ako ng milk tea pero ngayon lang ako mag ccomplain dahil punung puno nako. Everytime na nag oorder ako ng Large size, jusko 3/4 ata ng lalagyan puro yelo. (Milk tea po yung binibili ko hindi yelo. At sa pagkaka estimate ko yung yelong yon 3php lang siguro yung value which is 4% lang ng 82 php na bnayaran ko.) Hays. Tapos di pa puno yung lalagyan. Kagigil. Isang higop ko palang wala nang liquid, puro yelo nalang. Kundi matutunaw yung yelo, di man ddami yung liquid which is milk tea.

Sana po Yelo nalang with lalagyan yung binenta nyo. Hindi yung pamilk tea milk tea pa na 83php yung value DI NAMAN SAPAT.

Chowking customer service

Incident happened today Jan 14 2018 around 7pm at Lagro fatima branch and the cashier who took our order is Nicole. All our orders have been served except for one which is pork chao fan with steamed dumplings. Since everyone is almost finished with their meal, I made a follow-up on the pork chao fan and found out that they are only serving fried dumplings. At that time it was already cashier Eli who's assisting us. I told her that we weren't informed about it and nicole didn't mention it as well. Since it is not available I was expecting that they will replace it by fried dumplings or siomai but what happened is that Eli harshly said that "irefund ko na lang iyan" ( i will just give you a refund). I was speechless and shocked because I am not asking for a refund nor wanted a fight but what Eli did is disrespectful and rude. Even I felt disrespected, I answered her can't you just replace it with siomai or anything that is available because I am already hungry and I am not asking for a refund. After hearing that, she turned her back at me and showed her annoyance by making faces and whispering with the other crews. That was the time I got pissed off so I ask her that I want to talk to the store manager. In all fairness with the manager, Dennis, he handled the situation by giving me the unserved order and ask Eli to go inside the employee's area beacause she still keeps on making faces and bad gestures. He also initiated that an incident report will be filed. At that time, I am not the only one who's complaining. There is also a senior citizen lady who is waiting for her order but upon following up found out that Chowking is not serving that kind of meal. I understand that maybe Eli is under pressure that time and can't handle all the complains since it was not her who caused it but it is not right to disrespect any customer and show her annoyance towards the customer. Take note they are the frontliners and representing the chowking. Also I am wondering if it is chowking's SOP that whenever there is a complain they will just give a refund? Or it is only being practiced in Lagro branch? Anyhow by doing that you're losing money, opportunities and market. Hope it our concern will be heard.

Chowking bad service

Nagorder ako ng isang pork chaofan with toppings sabi ko dumplings binigay sakin siomai. Tapos mali pa sabi ko take out ginawa dine in tapos padabog pa binigay softdrinks ko. Nakakasar. Ruby ang name assigned sa chowking market market. Imbes magdadagdag p ako order wala tinamad na ako. Eto ata number or id nya [protected] happened this january 12, 2018.

Chowking quality of service

twice experience forgot to deliver the ordered food...first time happens about two years ago..and this day around 6:00pm Chowking San Pedro Poblacion Branch...the manager named Lance Dela Cruz is inconsiderate..
doesnt know how to handle the situation...he didnt apologized to us for the delayed food item that was ordered...this happened today...January 12, 2018 around 6:00pm..we are already finished with our meal together with my family and baby...we even ask the crew (we forget the name) to follow up the remaining food ordered...but nothing happens..i hope this matter will be resolved. thank you for the time reading this.

Chowking promised food serving time of siopao

We entered the store on its early opening. About quarter to 11am. No long line, not much customer was dining in probably because its still early. The taking of our order was fast, we ordered beef chaofan and siopao but as we ordered Large Bola bola siopao we we're told we'll have to wait for 15 minutes and we agreed to that. Couple of minutes passed, my chaofan was served. We waited for the siopao but it takes quite little longer. My boyfriend even ordered another chaofan and it was served immediately he also followed up our order upon doing that.As we observed around other pendings was being serve. My boyfriend even saw that there was a siopao being served to other table so we expected ours will be served next. But the 15minutes became exctly 27 minutes. That's why i went to the counter to follow up the order and told them that if it will not be served i will just do a refund. Just seconds after that they where able to give me our pending. It's either they've waited for US the customers to get it ourselves or they've forgatten they actually have a pending. We are definitely not satisfied of this. Disappointed indeed. Hope you could make your peolpe be more aware.

Chowking food service

I am sending this complaint on your branch at sangandaan caloocan regarding poor service that we experienced.

Kumain kame sa chowking sangandaan last january 10 2018 around 9:43 pm. Umorder kame ng dalawang 1pc. Chicken with chocopao at isang chaopan with toppings at isang regular na halo halo. However walang available na softdrinks kaya water lang ang inavail upon serving a food saka palang kame nang hingi ng water for three persons pero ang ibinigay samin ay dalawa lang kaya sa counter na mismo ako nanghingi ng tubig. Binigyan naman nila kami ng tubig sa counter. After namin kumain, I asked for another glass of water kasi naubos na yung iniinom ko. So pinapunta ko sa counter yung pinsan ko para manghingi ng isang basong tubig.
Your crew named "girly" or "girlie" yung hiningian ng pinsan ko ng water, ang nakakainis dun ay alam ko na narinig nya yung panghihingi ng pinsan ko ng tubig dahil napakalapit lang naman ng distance ng customer sa crew na nasa counter pero hindi nya pinansin at tumalikod sya na parang walang narinig! 

Okay lang naman kung busy sya, sana inendorse nya sa ibang crew ang pagbibigay ng tubig pero hindi ehh, para bang wala lang skanya yung request ng customer.
Nakakatawa lang isipin na tubig lang yung naging problema sa buong experience namin sa pagkain sa branch nyo. Kaya lang sana mabigyan ng aksyon yung concern ko para maiwasan na mangyari pa ito sa ibang customers ninyo.

I always eat fish fillet but sadly tonight I was not satisfied. They served it with plain rice so dull and dry not tasty. The service crew is bad at service not pleasing and did not bother to change the plain rice to egg rice. Hope you can train them to be accommodating and pleasing bad at customer service. sobrang tagal nung pearl milk tea. na advance call pa un ha. almost 30 mins. tapos na kami kumain. sana kapag nag suggest kayo ng promo dapat sure na available ung product. or kung hnd pls provide us with proper promising time. hnd ung ganito. i used time stamp sa photo attached. sana hnd maranasan nang iba ung naranasan ko.

We ordered Shanghai with egg rice and wanton soup and sweet & sour fish. What was served is choa fan with Shanghai. They said it's just for 7 mins but was served way past it. We even went overlunch because of it.

Yung milktea niyo po masarap sana kaso pag higop namin hilaw na hilaw yung pearl. Grabi naman sa tigas 'to parang pinakuluan ng 1min tpos sinerve. Pakiayos naman ng serve chowking . first time pa naman namin matikman ng milktea so dissapointed. Napakatigas sobra ng pearl nagpalarge pa naman kami

I order 2 chowfan when the order came out it was only one I check the receipt and they only put one chowfan and then last time, I was really in a hurry they forgot to put spoon and fork at the take out. Such a lousy branch.

Complain ko yung pansit canton na inorder ko sa chowking Morayta Branch.

Sobrang disappointed ako sa walang lasa, lusak lusak na carrots at repolyo lang ang sahog .. Matagal ko na itong favorite sa chowking at first time ko sa Morayta branch na ito! Hindi nako uulit ! sayang ang pera ko!

Im complaining about the food, "chao fan" there was some sort of an insect on my friends food, and i saw one of the crew sweep something from the floor using their tray which is used to serve food. And the service is dreadful there.

Pa 3 days ko na dito kumakain ng lunch puro sablay... Una humingi ako ng kalamansi kay Alen ang binigay sakin wala ng katas... Humingi uli ako di na ako binigyan... Day 2 ko humingi naman ako ng tubig dahil sumasakit na tiyan ko sa softdrink di ako binigyan ni josh... Day 3 humingi ulit ako ng tubig kay Chat naman di parin ako binigyan ng tubig... Anung klaseng service kayo meron pati manager relax na relax...
