Chowking Online Store / late online processing

Your Order #[protected] (placed on Friday, December 29, 2017 8:05:12 PM Asia/Taipei) . I PLACED my order at 8: 05 pm but the store who catered our order received it at 8:43pm. The 28 minutes interval is not acceptable for we have to wait for another 60 minutes for the delivery of our foods. I am an avid customer of chowking and I know how fast your online delivery works but tonight your online service made my experience worst. Hoping your online delivery service will not be like this anymore.
