Chowking product, service and manager on duty

Hi,

I complain about what we receive response from manager (lady). I and my son dine in today at 12:09 nn. My son choose chowking food to eat lunch (graduation day) bad day...

1. Happy plus system-off line, every time I visit 4 times lunch and dinner. Cashier just say off line, I ask the manager and she ask the cashier offline b? So upset end of conversation manager don't say sorry. I get the happy plus because I find convenience for me to less bring cash just load the card but I find unconvenience. If you promote card like this make it sure always on line.

2. Service-order 3 meals (or06163980) 2 meals for dine in and 1 meal for take out but the take out food served first and we wait for 35mins to serve the 2 meals. Condiment incomplete sauces for take out spill. Poor service... Again inform the manager before I leave the restaurant just acknowledge with her face and she don't say anything or sorry.

3. Manager on duty-she need more training particular in customer inter action guest complain,

During lunch time full house in corner the manager, kitchen staff and senior staff doing meeting. No one from them to oversee the dining area and cashier area..
The last I visit order take out I notice that in corner near restroom staff's out of duty was there and they have conversation with loud voice. Guard and manager any action?

Chowking food

April 2, 2018around 2am. We decided to dine in chowking since there was no other food establishment open at that time in lapu lapu area. My husband and I ordered a lauret meal and one piece chicken meal. My husbands order came in first, we right away noticed that that breaded pork was overcooked and it looked disgusting. I went to the counter and asked the young lady to have it replaced. She then went inside and few mins later the supervisor came out to hear my complaints. He instructed his crew to cook another piece. We waited and then dish came in with slightly overcooked, oily unappetizing meal. Then my order came in, and guess what it was still overcooked (pa-ig) and the oil was clearly smeared on the plate. They didnt bother to wipe it off before serving it to the customer. Sadly, we end up eating their bad food. We were so dissappointed. I decided to inform the young lady to check how overcooked the breaded chicken was. She argued that it was because of the oil. Yeah thats what we thought and the cooks skill too. I believe the frying oil they used was recycled several times thats why the foods color was dark brown and very oily. We didnt not mention how salty their soup was.

Chowking bad customer service

Rico andrade who called and said that my orders are being processed.. Called for the second time confirming the delivery address... After 30mins without any update... I called the number being used and said that our orders has beedn cancelled... My god chowking I ordered around 4pm, received a call around 7pm waiting for 30mins. To be delivered then nung tinawagan ko sasabihin cancel... Ok lang kayo? Naghintay kami sa wala... I rest assured that we will not order in chowking in behalf of city of dreams manila. Nagawa nyo mag update ng address then cancel pala di nyo naitawag... Lokohan kayo

Chowking delivery

Wen ordered on chowking delivery hotline around 12noon and told us to to expect the delivery within 60mins.
It's already 1:30pm and the delivery is still not arriving.
We called the hotline again and told us the ordered was already dispatched and on its way.
But arounf 1:50 we received a call that the order is still not yet registered.
We waited for almost 2 hours for nothing, and worse is they even told us that the order is already on its way even though they havent registered it.. Worst service ever

Complaint details on hotline delivery service 87000:
Before hanging the phone I told the lady taking my order to change my order from 2 porkchop to 1 porkchop and 1 sweet and sour pork instead since I found out from her that there's no condiment for the porkchop.

She said she can't accommodate my request because it's being prepared already. I told her that it was just a bit ago (not even more than 1.5 min) and should that be case just cancel my order or give me the contact no. Of the servicing branch. I also explained my son wont eat it without the sauce and he was the one who requested for the delivery.

She didnt provided the requested contact nos of the servicing branch. She just said to open line for a call back and said that she cant guarantee the cancellation nor the order change. Then I told her that I will not accept it if it wont be changed.

I called again around 12:44 to follow thru on the update. The one who took my call was a customer friendly one.

He said that there was no cancellation nor change of order in the system. Then I was asking for the name of the person who took the call wc was not available in the system. So I asked for the actual time when I initially called wc he gave together with the sangandaan chowking branch.

At 1:05pm the rider arrived and sadly the order was not changed. I just said sorry to the rider and didnt accept the delivery.

It would be great to let us know what do you think of my request. Like what went wrong? If my request/concern is not valid based on your exisiting policies and prpcedures. You can check on your recording for your validation of the details that I have provided. Thanks.

Chowking to chowking plaza de leon tondo manila, customers service

Earlier, our family went to chowking plaza de leon, tondo. Actually almost every sunday we are having our breakfast there. Lots of concerns and feedback were actually considered before because we thought that they are doing their best to improve their service. Most of the time, they accept orders they can't handle well, the crew are not approachable and they are making faces when we are asking them to follow up our order, since they preparing the foods morethan half an hour. Special mention to ma'am joan, I dont know if she's one of the manager or supervisor of that store but i'd like to suggest to change her attitude towards her customers and be more responsible to the orders if they don't want to receive negative feedback. Workers are the face of the company and they should know how to handle things accordingly. That's all thankyou and godbless!

Complain ko lang po si manong guard na on duty this day march 25, 2018. 9:17 nasa receipt namin so check nyo na lang po kung sino sya kase di na namin nakuha pangalan. So ganito po nangyari may sasakyan po kase kami tricycle po sya magpapark po sana kami kase po for dine in po kami then ganito po yung nangyari. Nag park po kami sa parking area nyo sa may malpit sa door nyo tapos po yung guard lumapit po tinanong po kami kung for dine in daw po or for take out ganito po pagkakasabi nya. "for dine or for take out po kayo? Kase po for dine in lang po ito (which is alam naman po namin dahil kaya nga po kami nagpapark kase for dine in po kami) sumagot po kasama namin"opo for dine in po kami"sumagot si guard"ay for take out po pala ito" ay yun na lang po yung space na natitira adi umalis po kami kasi ayaw nya kami pagparking'in doon e kakain at customer din naman po kami e after namin makaalis may nagpark po na sasakyan so yun na po yung nagpasama ng loob namin kase nung sasakyan na po yung nagpark di naman po nya tinanong ng kagaya ng tinanong nya samin tapos nilapitan po sya ng kasama namin para mag complain na bakit po yung sasakyan di naman po nya pinaalis kagaya ng ginawa nya samin e for dine in din naman po yung nasa sasakyan at ganun din po kami. Ano po ba yun? Bakit may descrimination po? So sinabihan po sya ng kasama namin na ang unfair nya. Kailangan po ba magarang sasakyan ang kailangan para po makapag park at makaka kain sa store nyo? O sadyang yun po yung naka implement sa inyo na kapag tricycle o motor ang mag papark papaalisin? Customer din naman po kami kahit ganun ang sasakyan na meron kami. Sana naman po ay walang ganun kami po ay regular customer nyo at tinatangkilik namin product nyo nakakasama lang po ng loob na dahil lang sa tricycle ang sasakyan namin ay ganun na lang po ang treatment na gagawin samin. Please do an action regarding sa guard on duty please teach him a proper way to treat your customers kase sila po ang kauna unahan na namemeet ng customers nyo we are so disappointed. Chowking customer agent

At exactly 8:00pm today tumawag kami sa chowking delivery hotline then ok n naka order na kami sabi within 45 mins. Soo wait until 9:00pm wala pang dumarating so we decided n tumawag ulet. Yung unang nakausap namen sabi tatawag daw ung chowking branch then naghintay kami within 10mins. Wala pa din tumatawg. Soo tawag ulet.. Nalaman laman namen wala pa palng branch na tumangap sa order namen! Ano ba naman chowking ayusin niyo! O kaya huwag na kayong mag delivery kasi parati kayong ganyan!

Chowking I complain about the service of chowking sm novaliches

Sm nova branch is soooo dissapointed store! 8:00 pm palang wala ng mabile kundi chowpan. At kahit drinks 2 lang available! Anddd ung mga crew! Naka petiks lang isang line lang ng pila while the other counters are chatting inside! Napaka haba ng pila dila nag chachatting da loob esp the girls on the counter! Mag tatake ng order naka simangot gosh! Sa halos araw araw kong kmkain sa sm nova lagi nalang ganyan nakikita ko!

Chowking chilli sauce

Good morning

Umorder kami for take out ng 3 orders of wonton mami at chowking un orosa 4:06am
We ask for a chilli sauce and binigyan kami. And that chillie sauce is nahalo na nmin sa wonton mami and sad to say nung inamoy namin siya nakakawalang gana because that chillie sauce panis na. Sana before siya iserve sa customer double check the product. Becuase nakakadismaya gusto nmin siyang kainin pero nawalan kami ng gana dahil sa chillie sauce. 😡😡😡😡

In behalf of my mother a Senior Citizen customer, i would like to say thank to the Manager who accommodated my mother last March 9, 2018. Madami tao nung nagpunta kami sa chowking para kumain ng lunch. Nauna pumasok yung mother ko kasi wala vacant na parking space, Na C-CR din kasi yung mother ko kaya want niya na din mauna pumasok. Almost puno ang table during that time. Pero may manager na lumapit daw sa mother ko ang name niya Cams or Camille nagpalinis ng table at siya yung nag take order sa mother ko. Super touched din ako kasi inassist niya yung mother ko hanggang sa CR. Very thankful ako sa kanya kasi, during that time sumumpong ang vertigo ng mother ko. Chowking service

I just want to report incident at Chowking Waltermart Chino Roces Makati- March 12, 2018. I ordered 8:15pm for chicken meal + shanghai then the food just served 9:10pm!
I also noticed that my order was the last food went out in their serving window. (Fyi, I am not their last customer who ordered in the counter, there were people in line after I placed order) the mall already closed when they served the food. The part they gave me was wing and it was even a small part! Plus it has no gravy. I even asked for it and took another minutes to served. 2pcs shanghai were overcooked. Overall, I am not pleasant with my experience and I will even rate it 1 only for being inefficient and crew seems not friendly to their customer. No apology at all. Please evaluate that store. I liked chowking and the reason I went to that store because I am craving for the chicken. Because of my experience I will go to other store and not waltermart chino roces branch anymore.

Chowking i'm complaining about their service

I was in chowking zapote branch around 5 pm this monday march 12 i visited the store because im craving for halo halo and my favorite chicharap... so when i enter the store no body greated me unlike other store of chowking when you enter the store they will greet you so i ordered small halo halo and 1 chicharap for dine in the time on my receipt is 5:03 so i was expecting my order will be deliver very quick because i onlt order halohalo and chicharap but ive waited for 20 mins.and my order still not on my table hndi naman masydo matao sa store i mean hndi pa sila peak... so i was calling for a staff to follow up my order but walang pumapansin sakin after another try ang sabi sken ng staff wait lng mam kase madame order kaya matagal.. dba dapat expect nyo na madame oorder ng halo halo kase summer na and the manager their is nakikipag chikahan lang with the other staff so pumunta ako sa counter to ask ... i ask the manager "anu standard ng serving time nyo ng halo halo?" Kasi ive waited for 20 mins.na ang order ko lng is halo halo and chicharap? The manager reply to me 15 mins ang serving time nila ng halo halo and i replied halo halo lng order ko 15 mins ako mag hihintay? I repeated my question and he said yun po talaga standard time namin...nakakadisappoint yung service nila hndi na ko mag didine in jan sa branch na yan... yung manager na nakaduty that time is lalake na naka eyeglass he didn't even try to talk to me regarding their poor service...

Chowking rude delivery guy

Chowking food = good, Delivery guy = worst 👎👎
After arriving late, the moment he got off his motorcycle he started [censor]ing without even apologizing for being late in the first place. We didn't mind he's late, we mind the way he rudely spoke and [censor] to us... He was complaining that he can't find our address, that they tried to call our telephone number a couple times (1st was hanged up as he said) but no one is answering. I told him that if they did call we would have answered it as we are all sitting nearby our telephone, I also added that I always order at chowking and in return the previous transactions were successful and they were able to contact the number he was referring to. He kept on talking loud (scandalously) so I raise my voice and ask him "why is are you [censor]ing? Why you're voice is so loud?" Then he stopped for a moment and said in a town down voice "No I'm not [censor]ing, no my voice isn't loud." Like wtf! Then he talk lowly and started giving the food to my helper . To you mr. Sore looser delivery guy, Don't me 👊

Hi ako nga po pala yung umorder ng fried dumpling na chow fan na inabot na ng isang oras kakahintay nauna na yung mga nahuling dumating na pending pero ako mahigit mag iisang oras na naghihintay nagtratrabaho din ako sa fast food pero di kame gaano nagtatagal sa pending nakakainis lang kase di kayo marunong mag update sa customer kung ilang minutes nalang para wala kayong pakealam sa costumer niyo sana ayusin niyo naman nagreklamo nanga yung 2 customer niyo kase antagal niyo mag outpending sana naman ayusin niyo trabaho niyo

Chowking products and services

I'm not going to complain but rather, I'm going to give credits of appreciation to Chowking Sorsogon in general.
It's just so overwhelming that upon the entrance, the guard was already smiling at us while greeting us "good morning" ( it was almost lunch by that time though). While were chosing what to order, the cashiers were patiently waiting while pleasing smiles were plastered on their pretty faces. As we recieved the orders, I've noticed that it was well prepared by the kitchen staffs and they have fast service. We went upstairs since the accomodation downstairs are already full. We heed upon the arrangement of the chairs or the ambiance itself and it was properly done. Its quite good that there were lots of chairs to accomodate the costumers. It was maintained by the diligent staffs and the lady in blue named "Toni". They were working hard apparently. We recieved our orders from a service crew named Jomar who's smiling all out and his passion in his work was evident on his movements. The orders were with extra water even if we didn't asked for one( which we really needed that time to fulfill our thirstiness). Moreover, the managers, Ms. Anelle, Ms. Reighn, Ms. Joan and Mr. Adonis (based on their nameplate) were very accomodating. They have handled very well the store with big smiles on their faces which was really wonderful. All in all, it was a great experience and I'll surely come back. Continue the perseverance and passion in catering good services and product. Kudos for the initiative and hardwork Chowking Sorsogon. #iloveCKSorsogon💕

Chowking service!!!

nag ask kami ng extra soup for the wanton kasi nga ung soup na sinerve nila napaka konti ng soup halos matuyo na! Mga tatlong staff na ung hiningian namin even the manager on duty kaso dedma pa din! Ung pancit sobrang alat pa! Ung manager on duty pa parang dedma lang nasa harap lang kami ng counter di pa nia naalala? Its impossible na nakalimutan nia un! Nakaka inis lang ung service nio!

Chowking chowking halo-halo

Nag order po ako ng 3 halo halo sa onemall valenzuela chowking for take out. Madaming tao and naiintindhan ko yun pero umabot nko ng 40 mins sa paghhintay and finally dmating na. Pero sobrang disappointed kame ng mga freinds ko sa nabili nmen dahil ung daoat na leche flan ay gulaman flan lang at isa pa puro munggo and beans lang ang sahog saging 2piraso sa friend ko isa ganun din ang gulaman at sago. Walang langka walang ube walang macapuno tpod kulang na kulang sa gatas hndi matunaw yung yelo. Halos everyday kme nag pupurchase sa store nayun pero ang worste ng experience nmen ngayun. Sana kng kulang na kayo sa mga sangkap i refill nyo na lalagyan wag kayong magbenta ng kulang kulang dahil nagbayad nman kme ng tamang price and yun ang dpat na mkuha din nmen maayos na pagkain. Chowking hotline delivery

Date of Incident: March 03, 2018 Client Name: Alvin Villanueva. We ordered food via 98888 around 830PM today and was promised to be delivered after an hour. Then we made a follow up several calls and was promised that they will call us for feedback. We made 2 followups one with an agent named Randolph which told us that our order was processed, and later a supervisor named Carl Baruga. It was then after almost 2 hours when the supervisor told us that the store is already close and we will not be able to receive our food. So now, i guess we will sleep with empty stomach since its almost 11 pm. I just hope this incident must have actions and must not be tolerated. With this kind of incident, i'm starting to feel that Chowking sucks?

We ordered food around 1001PM today 24FEB and was promised that by 1101PM we will have our food delivered. Then we made a follow up several calls and was promised that they will call us for feedback. We waited more than 30 min more and decided to finally call the contact center to cancel the booking and they said the rider is already out and they gave the store number. We tried to call the store and the line is always busy.

Then after 45 min the store manager named Louie called up and explaining that they just receive the order and that they are still preparing the food. All lies are provided to us and we dont believe him so he cut the line. We called him up this time and decided to cancel the order and he is very acceptable of cancelling it without any hesitation.

Whats going on with chowking customer service and its getting worst. I am a loyal chowking customer who order always before but this is the first time it happened. You are losing one loyal customer this time.
