Choise Point / Bad service
I received a letter from my auto insurance company informing me that my auto insurance premium will be increased because they added a new designated driver. The company is basing this decision on a report they received from ChoicePoint National Consumer disclosure Center.
The problem is this person doesn't live in my house.
Trying to rectify this mistake with Choice Point is not easy. The automated service of choice point is very slow and does not offers options to inform the company of their mistake.
Additionnaly they increase the price of my property (house to 195, 555) when it values only $130, 000. this is another increase of my premium...
NATIONWIDE AND CHOICE POINT ARE MAKING MY LIFE A NIGHTMARE.
