I purchased over $300 worth of products from them including postage to Australia. 3 months passed and nothing had arrived. Numerous emails were sent to them until they finally claimed the package had been "lost". They said they would reship it, another 3 months later the 2nd package hadn't arrived. I knew something wasn't right since I had purchased numerous things from overseas and NEVER had problems with the postal services especially twice in a row.

I asked for proof of postage or any documentation that they could provide to prove to me that the goods had indeed been sent. Of course they could. I hounded them with emails until they finally decided to offer me a partial refund which I gladly accepted. I provided my paypal details and sent numerous money requests but the refund which they agreed to never arrived. They also stopped replying to my emails. That was 6 months ago. This company is a sham, unethical, with poor business practices. I want to warn others.
