Choice Home Warranty / not received check for chw claim reimbursement money claim # [protected]
Hello, Multiple times I try to contact choice home warranty via email/ Contact Us page from their website as well as via phone.
But we are not getting a proper answer from them.
We haven't received our check for our CHW Claim Reimbursement Money Claim # [protected].
Their response is below via email.
Thank you for your email. Please be advised the check was mailed on 10/16/18 check # 557510 for $279.99. Please allow 10 to 15 business days from mailed date to receive your check. Thank you for being a valued customer of Choice Home Warranty.

But I reply to them that we have not received check till today 10/24/2018. What will be the next step? Provide us with an tracking info etc. But they are not responding.
Please help us to get our money back.
