Chipotle Mexican Grill service and food portion

Hello my name is Alexis I go to chipotle pretty often to know portion size and I use to work there also.. on 07/01/17 @9:38 I went to location 396 w. Army trail rd. Bloomingdale Il me and my husband just came from movies and stopped there cause I love chipotle I ordered my usual burrito bowl asked the gentlemen working the line for steak extra steak some he failed to do I usually get extra of everything for a reason and it seemed to be a issue. Even when I told the cashier about the issue she had a attitude about it also!

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

Store at 1805 WP Ball Boulevard. Unique code # [protected]

Our complaint was on the entire staff attending customers. Extremely rushed all of us from the moment we where greeted. Not one of them listened to exactly what we wanted in our selections and did what they wanted. When asked to please add a little more they got upset and basically threw on top. At the end we said no drink and they still charged us for one. When we stated we didn't want one she was like what would you like me to do. And on top of that the bag of chips was very poor in content.
Highly dissappointed with this locations customer service. We will defenitly not be stopping by again!

Chipotle Mexican Grill online order and service

I meant to order at the Chipotle in Dublin on Martinelli, but my previous online order was already set at the Chipotle in Cupertino, which I didn't realize until I got there. They told me there was nothing that they could do about it and I couldn't get a refund. Also the manager was No help and two employees in particular were so rude. Both brunettes, one Asian and one Mexican girl.

Chipotle Mexican Grill chicken bowl/chicken tacos/service

I purchased a chicken bowl for my sister and chicken tacos for myself at chipotle today and I was very disappointed with both orders. The restaurant wasn't very busy at all but the chicken on both orders was very dry and stale. I asked the lady to a foil pan under the tacos so they wouldn't get smashed and she ignored me. Chipotle has always been my favorite place to eat but today I was very disappointed. I usually have great service.

Chipotle Mexican Grill online ordering

I ordered 3 tacos on soft flour tortillas and I received 2 tacos on crunchy corn shells. I also ordered a kids meal with chips and received zero chips. Now what am I supposed to do with my side of guacamole? The burrito bowl I ordered also has the wrong rice. I think it's pretty simple to read a list of instructions and follow along but I guess not

Chipotle Mexican Grill management and false accusations

Management and Lying. I would like to have someone please call me regarding an on going matter with management at Chipotle on 64th and ward road in Arvada, CO 80004. My number is [protected]. There was an occasion my son and I went in there to tell a manager she is rude and why doesn't she ask politely to ask someone to work. We in no way threatened the manager Daniela my son's girlfriend Sierra Romo works there and got written up for harassment which is a lie supposedly Daniela said we made her cry we told her an opinion in no way did we ever harass her. She later wrote Sierra Romo up for harassment as I said and sent it to corporate and had Sierra sign a paper which they will not give her a copy of. By the way is the law. I deal with law enforcement issues on a daily basis can you tell me why Daniela and Rosa another manager would tell Sierra Romo that if we go into the store she will be fired? Also, why is Sierra not allowed a copy of what she signed its the law especially here in the state of Colorado? Or Anywhere. We're having a graduation party on the 4th I was going to have the food catered after this ridiculous allegations both Daniela and Rosa have said why would I go through such a company and besides it is an opinion that we feel how she treats the employees and Rosa was no where near our conversation how can she become part of the situation when she had nothing to do with anything she was no witness? Now as I said before we tried to call corporate which is terrible it's impossible to get in touch with a human. Also, employees are supposed to eat there for free on different occasions she can discuss that with you. You have sexual harassment going on at this location, Daniela is harassing employees we used to get a lot of food from here we would support Chipotle at least 3 times per week and get many people to join us and also for catering I have no respect for Chipotle or management there. How is it that I used to be a customer and now Daniela is pulling some problem that never happened, to corporate and many others in the store she has employees afraid of her. We want something resolved or were getting not only Daniela, Rosa and many more including Chipotle for harassment, false accusations and much more for her negligence as well as a news channel will take this story her locally I have already contacted them personally to another level. If this is the way Chipotle deals with problems than this will get out in the media what poor ways to handle situations I have many contracts I will be letting them know the result and as I said the media is on stand by due to this incident. What are you as a company going to do about it? Daniela and Rosa are very poor employees and management for you to have what will be done with this situation will be interesting. Daniela, by the way said she was going to call the cops for what who knows it was an opinion and we waited for her to call the cops and was ordering food and she told a cashier we couldnt pay she refused us. Daniella showed no body language or emotional stress she is not twlling the truth. Also, Sierra Romo told Daniela, Sundays are a religious day and Daniela continues to schedule her on that day. Employees, are tired of being bullied as well from her. People are quitting due to her and it is a hostile environment. Thank you, for your time. I look forward to the end result.

Chipotle Mexican Grill chicken bowl contained a small pebble!

The last time I visited Chipotle (Liberia Rd. location, Manassas, VA), as I was eating my chicken bowl, I crunched down on a small pebble, as well as a gritty substance! I assumed the gritty stuff was dirt, though I haven't been to the dentist yet to see if my tooth was cracked and the grit was tooth related. So far, it doesn't appear to have affected any of my teeth.

I am sending a picture of the small rock as well as the receipt with the location/time. I circled the item that contained the pebble...chicken bowl with extra chicken.

Chipotle Mexican Grill chipotle mexican grill mt. pleasant, sc customer service

Tuesday 6/27/2017 around 8:30 PM

There were only two other customers in the store at this time and 1 seemed to be a friend of the Chipotle employees behind the counter. In other words, they were not busy at all. As I walked to the counter the 3 employees behind the counter seemed to be packing ingredients and prepping and no one acknowledged me. What's worse is that they didn't seem to want to acknowledge me. They all looked at each other several times, laughed, made a few comments, continued what they were doing until one of them begrudgingly came over and asked if I had placed a pickup order. I said no and she seemed taken aback by this, and with an incredulous response asked if I wanted to place an order as if it was out of the ordinary to be ordering food at 8:30 at Chipotle (they close at 10). I asked her rhetorically, "Why else am I here?" and she said I had to walk down to the other end of the counter to place an order (when the place was empty of any other waiting customers).

Her friend or someone she knew made some comment to her that was sitting next to the counter and she snickered. The male worker in the back along with her yelled something to her and she turned around and responded to him instead of just listening to my potential order. The third worker behind the counter (also female) was just staring at me smirking the whole time. At that point I just turned around and walked out.

It's almost as if the 3 of them were playing a game to see if they could provide the most neglectful, awkward, and just plain rude customer service possible. Well, it worked. There was a 4th white female worker who was cleaning tables that was not a part of this debacle. If this Chipotle Grill wishes to provide a good quality experience for its' customers where they aren't ignored and treated like they belong then these 3 employees will most certainly not help to this end.
Worst experience I've had simply trying to buy a meal in years and I have to eat on the run a lot. These 3 employees don't have a solid work ethic it was plain to me in the short time I was present. They acted as if they were untouchable and entitled to ignore me as if it was part of the job.

Chipotle Mexican Grill my online lunch order

I ordered a salad and chips online for lunch, for a 11:30 am pick-up at the 3670 Fishinger Blvd Hilliard OH 43026 location phone# [protected]. I picked up my order and got halfway back to work and noticed my chips were not in the bag. I went back for them and the cashier apologized for forgetting them, but once I finally got back to work at my desk, I discovered my vinaigrette was NOT in my bag! Being that it was my lunch break I didn't have time for a 3rd visit due to their negligence!

Chipotle Mexican Grill unethical behaviour on 6/26/2017 at 8:30pm

My husband went to Chipotle around 6/1/2017 and his order was messed up. He called and the manager on duty offered him a free burrito next visit.

My husband (Harry) was so excited he talked about that free burrito for about 3 weeks before he had the chance to go to chipotle again. (He would eat it everyday if he could, but I try to limit the amount we eat out)

We decided to go back to Chipotle on 6/26/2017 and I ordered a burrito and he ordered a burrito.

He was at the cashier and told the employee about the free burrito. The cashier went to the MOD and told him that Harry was in a month a go and was offered a free burrito. The MOD his name was Anglo (or that is what he told me) stated that he could not remember who had a free burrito and laughed saying a month ago was to long ago for him to remember. Harry ended up paying for both the burritos. When he came home and told me about the horrible customer service I called the store and asked to speak with the manager.

He got on the phone and when I relayed the situation and asked him why he didn't give my husband the burrito he was offered a month ago he told me I needed to use common sense how was he suppose to remember a month ago. I said that was horrible customer service and I was going to contact his boss. How he thinks that talking to customers like that is okay is beyond me.

I called the store back the next day and asked to speak with the GM. A lady answered and said that he called her after that happened the night before and she was just making excuses for him saying he was super busy and stressed out. If I was super stressed out and talked to one of my customers like that I would be fired from my customer service job. The fact that the manager said she would speak with him is not good enough. That manager needs training on how to deal with stress at work. He should of

Chipotle Mexican Grill kids meals

We went to lunch with a friend and my kids at Chipolte. My kids asked for some mild salsa with their meal and I was told we have to pay $1 for a small cup of kids salsa.

My friend gets salsa free for his meal, but kids have to pay ?
Since when? What is going on ?

Condiments such as salsa are commonly free at other restaurants.
There is NO SIGNAGE showing kids have to pay for salsa.

I discussed this with the line server and there was no accommodation. We declined paying more than the posted price. The "Gourmet with attitude" experience was terrible.

Is this location or the employees trying to make extra pocket money from customers ?

Chipotle Mexican Grill steak burrito

Hi I usually come to chipotle on strickland road in raleigh, nc alot but some days the food is just horrible. Its a hit or miss, I mean today I ordered a steak burrito very tough steak, food was cold!, can barely taste cilantro, the rice was hard not cooked. Just horrible! I like to come before work and I dont have time to turn around and complain. But today had to be the worst!

Chipotle Mexican Grill they completely suck at this location!!!

This location is the absolute worse EVER! The orders are NEVER correct ! something is always missing, food is always cold and the customer service is horrible! The reviews on their Facebook page all say the same ! When will they do something about it? Someone needs to get in there and clean this store up ! How hard is it to take your time and get orders right?

Chipotle Mexican Grill plastic in food

I am very unsatisfied with the bowl I had bought from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York) for take away. I couldn't bring it back to complain due to the closing time and I bought it as a late dinner. As I was eating the chicken salad bowl from Chipotle, I bit into a plastic ring (pictures attached below) ... it cut into my gums. It is very unhygienic and dangerous.

Chipotle Mexican Grill no steak... again?

This is the third time I've been to the chipotle on US 41 in Sarasota, and they have no steak! Maybe they are understaffed, but you're still open at 9pm! There better be food! Had to settle for the chicken, which was burnt. I'm paying way too much money for the leftovers at this hour. I hope we can get this staff to see that it's not at their convenience. A job is a job. Please do it right.

Went into Chipotle located at 100 S Commons Dr, Myrtle Beach SC 29588...Ordered a Barbacoa bowl with white cilantro rice, black beans, barbacoa, medium salsa, corn salsa, cheese lettuce and sour cream.My total order came out along with my Nantucket drink to be a total of 11.16.My issue today is that my rice was very undercooked and of course hard to chew.I haven't had a unsatisfactory experience with chipotle yet but I shouldn't have to pay subpar food either...Seeking a call

Chipotle Mexican Grill online ordering

I did an online order for chipotle in canal Winchester Ohio. When I placed my order it was supposed to be ready at 1:15, but when I got there I had to wait until 1:30 till they even started making my food. I double checked with the lady to make sure it was a burrito because it didn't look right when she put it in the bag, but she assured me it was my burrito. After I paid I checked the order and it indeed was not a burrito it was a bowl and it was not even my order. So I had to go back and wait an additional 10 minutes for my food. During this 10 minutes they proceeded to make 10 other orders before beginning mine. I chose online ordering because I was in a rush and had to get to work. I am very disappointed with my experience and think it is quite ridiculous how much extra time it took. Would have been fast just not to use the online ordering at all the way they took care of it.

Chipotle Mexican Grill cedar hill, texas location

I am very disappointed in your location in Cedar Hill. As a family of 5, we would eat there at least 3 times a month. Now only my daughter eats there and I am on the verge of tell not to, Too! The is not that clean anymore. The floors are dirty and need sweeping even in the prep area. The counter they prepare the food on is always nasty looking. Food is everywhere. It grosses me out. Your food being prepared and slid through all the previous muck is too much for me. Wipe it down sometime. About a month ago order a burrito for my DD and there was no white rice ready. She asked if I wanted brown said no. Had to wait like 15 minutes only to get lumpy cold rice, they forgot to put cilantro in it until the last minute. The bad thing is I asked the gentle man and women behind him if they wanted brown rice so they didn't have to wait. None of the employees even thought to do this, so everyone in line had to wait 15 minutes. Bad customer services. When rice is brought up, the next batch should be getting ready. So no delays. Afterwards, my DD said the burrito was cold. Called to complain to Cody the manager, he said come back and get a free burrito. I was so disgusted I declined. He was busy trying to explain about training the staff, instead of just saying sorry. Apparently he was there to train and that's all. Well decided to see if things improved. NOPE. Still nasty, still extremely slow, still running out of food. This is my neighborbood, please improve this location if not for me everyone else and don't send Cody he's useless.

Chipotle Mexican Grill trying to order 2 bowls

Trying to order 2 bowls. The cashier said it was 5.60 and charged my card 10.60
I wanted my refund and the whole line team started cursing, even one employer off the clock went out to curse us out when we were eating outside calling us names. Complaining why we are making her job hard. If we did not come back or check my bank account. They wouldnt give us the money back. It was very unprofessional and we got verbally assaulted. It was on june 20th 2017 around dinner time

Chipotle Mexican Grill unethical behavior

Hi,

Friday afternoon about 1.30-1.45 I went to Chipotle restaurant at downtown New Haven (910 Capel Street). When I first got in I was first in the line and your employee (Raelyn Rodriguez) was nice and friendly. She asked me what I wanted, I told her and she (Raelyn Rodriguez) started to make the order. During the process she asked me if I wanted beans, I said "no beans" she did put beans and I told her no beans please and that's how everything started. She got mad, took the tortilla and slammed in the garbage giving me also a bad attitude. Didn't say nothing and continued my order but her attitude was horrible like, "hurry up I cant deal with you any more". In some point I did ask her about the pork crossing the glass with my finger, she yield at me telling me I'm not allowed to do that. After that point I said to her to calm down and it wasn't my fault what happened with the beans but she gave me even worst attitude and ignoring me repeating my next choice over than 10 times. I asked to give me a form to file a complain and she repeated 10 more times my next choice ignoring me. When I asked her who's the manager she laughed on me like I am and You cant do nothing. I felt so bad from her behavior and I just completed the order, pay and left.
If this is the way how your managers treat people is disgusting. I work in the area and I will make sure to let people know how you guys treat customers. If she thinks because is a manager can talk to customers like that you guys did a great job training her .
