Chipotle Mexican Grill rude employees/ did not get what we paid for

my father was treated rude by one male hispanic manager employee.
This manager also treated another employee rude while that employee was working.
We ordered 6 items, including vegan bowls, every order was done incorrect... Including chicken added on my vegan bowls (see the pic below), items requested were missing, & barely gave us any food.
Lastly, lilia cashed us out... She has a
bad attitude as well. She throw our food in the bag!
we will never eat at this location again!

poor service with a bad attitude... Don't make a great impression!

Chipotle Mexican Grill food was not cooked well, employees were rude

I went into the store this afternoon to grab a meal to go, and when I was ordering the employees were rude telling me to make up my mind fast. As soon as I finished ordering while I got in my car I opened my chicken bowl to start eating since I was really hungry and as soon as I took a small bit on the rice it was still hard, the beans were still cold, and lastly I'll mention was that the chips were stiff!

I always tend to go everyday to this Chipotle Store Located In 2110 E Florence Ave, Huntington Park, CA 90255, every time I always have an issue at this store! This store has nothing but bad vibes, rude employees, plus employees are very slow on the line! They took about 45 minutes! They always have loud music! I waited 45 minutes to get helped! And when I ended up getting my food! The food was still hard! The chips tend to be my favorite, but now each day I go I start disliking them because they are to stiff and really salty! I noticed that the manager lady at this store is very cruel to her employees on the line! I've witness her screaming at some of her employees

Chipotle Mexican Grill rude staff

I went to the chipotle in aiken sc and the girl that waited on me was very rude and short wioth me and treated me like I was dumb . Her name is aaliayah reeves . She treated me like she was better than me and I will never walk in that chipotle again unless she is no longer employed there . The date of this was mothers day and I was out with my children and for someone to make me feel that way in front of my children is not a kind person.

Chipotle Mexican Grill total store

Today I visited Chipotle on 32 Wilson Ave in Hanover PA 17331. We walk up to the place you order food where you can see through the glass at rice, beans, meat etc. It was bare to the bones. The only thing that had a decent amount( less than half full) was chicken, rice and red tomato fresh salsa. The rest of the items had to be scrapped out of the pan. There was no one cooking food on the grill behind the counter to replenish. My husband and I ordered 2 bowls and a chicken burrito for our son. I still ordered so I didn't create a scene in the store. All the other customers that came in after us just looked in the food wells and kinda had the same look on there face as we did. I spent $21.63. Order # 209 Host was Joseph( Who kept picking up chips and putting salsa and food on them from the wells you serve customers from and eating them in the customers view... GROSSSS WITH GLOVES HE PROBABLY DIDN'T CHANGE). Time was 1:43pm 5-17-17. There was another associate who came from the back who tall and picked up a chip and put it right in his mouth in front of the serving counter. The female associate with reddish brown hair who made our food then walked over to the fountain drink area made drink, drank it in front of machine and returned to work with the same gloves on. I am so disgusted and disgraced at how this store is ran. It was still lunch time food wells empty( I have pics i will be posting to sites) and associate who have poor service and are running your establishment right into the ground! Chipotle Mexican Grill my to go order

I just got a steak bowl to go. And when I got home, I was disappointed. The guac was not completely smashed, I literally found half of an avocado in my bowl. Also, I asked for a vinagrette and the one that they gave me only has about 1cm worth of vinagrette in the container. I also asked for sour cream and they barely put any on. I had to put more on when I got home, which I never have to do.

Chipotle Mexican Grill savannah on 5/13/2017 @ 8:45 pm

I just left the branch located in La Canada, CA 91011 on Foothill Blvd. Everyone has a bad day, I get it.

Savannah was visibly agitated by something other than her job. Aggressively making my burritos into an awkward square without the ingredients I requested.

The burrito had a fat hole in the side as she smashed it multiple times before wrapping it in foil.

Please find her another position in the company that does not require customer interaction.

She is not suited for the service industry.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Service

I've eaten here several times and really enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, an employee there (I believe his name is Brandon) has made numerous jokes that are offensive in nature towards me and other customers. My experience up until this point with chiptole has been outstanding, but these incidents have left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that these incidents can be resolved. Thank you in advance for time.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Rice bowl

So I ordered a sofritos salad and there was chicken in my bowl. I'm a vegan and could of eaten chicken on mistake. I am glad I saw it. I really like chipotle, but I am disappointed in the store in Rochester NY in East Irondequoit. Why was there chicken in the sofritos container? I want recompemsation for this! I would have been going against my commitment. Would you like me to make myself vomit?

Chipotle Mexican Grill Customer service

When I visited the Chipolte Columbia, MD, store on Old Dobbin Lane around 7:00pm on 9 May, I and about 30 other customers spent almost 35 min in line because the restaurant ran out of chicken. When I asked the manager on duty, Shey, to let the customers know what was going on, he said he would and then returned to the kitchen. Customers were waiting and waiting but the manager refused to talk to the customers. His conduct was irresponsible and unprofessional. Might you retrain the Old Dobbin Lane personnel and emphasize respect for customers?

Chipotle Mexican Grill Customer service

Hi my name is Matt and here is the review I left on yelp for your store at 3830 Truxel Rd, Ste 300, Sacramento, CA 95833.

"Chipotle has usually been good to me but this particular store is poorly run. I put in an order online and when I got there it wasn't ready. The cashier decided to tell me that since I was there now my order would be made fresh as if I was unaware that they made a mistake and forgot about my order. When I gently reminded him of the purpose of an online order he stated he was sorry but they were busy. He proceeded to print out the receipt and deliver that order to the line chefs. I waited about 10 minutes for the order to be complete as they still had to serve customers in line. I decided to go ahead and get an iced tea while waiting and asked the gentleman at the cashier to ring me up for it. I walked over to get the ice tea which was empty as well as fill up my cup with ice which was also empty. I went back to the cashier who I didn't know how to and refund me. The on-duty manager walked out around that time and finished the refund for him. She then proceeded to tell me that they were busy. Busyness caused a mistake on an online order, the ice tea to be out and the icemaker to be empty. It was also 95° outside which would tell me as a manager of the store that I need to keep that ice tea ready to flow . The thing that bothered me the most though was that several employees were on break including the on-duty manager between the hours of 530 and 6 PM. I assume that this is a busy time for restaurants as it is dinner time in America. I only had a chance to witness that for 10 minutes but it was as if that were the cultural tone of this workplace. There was an air of entitlement that fundamentally grinds against customer service. I will be reaching out to chipotle to share my experience."

Chipotle Mexican Grill Throwing food back into already prepared food

was at one of your location at 5224 North Lincoln on 4/27/2017 at 7:16 PM ii stopped in to get a bowl before starting work. The employee took the food from around the the counters and put it back into the food that was already prepared at time i address the employee and he justed humped his shoulders like ok, i let the employee know that it was unsanitary. When i got to the check out i asked to speak to a manager and i would have never thought it but the employee was the manager and he didn't think he did nothing wrong . I found that very offensive who would do such a thing . I always stop at different locations but this one is fairly new and close to work but i will never stop there again and i'm also going to make a post on Social Media and let my Co-workers know this isn't somewhere they would want to stop an EAT. Very disappointed in Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Burrito bowl

Today (April 30th) my friend and I ordered burrito bowls with brown rice from the Grandview Heights Chipotle restaurant. A large percentage of the brown rice was uncooked and very hard. We had to throw it out because we could not chew it. It was excellent customer service and we were both treated very nicely, however the product was simply inedible.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Cold food stale chips rude service

The employees are beyond rude. The food is practically cold. And the chips are stale I took my grandmother and mother there for the first time and they didn't even want to eat their food I would very much appreciate a reimbursement or 3 cards to compensate the money spent and take them out again the food is not cheap and it was not what my family was expecting

Chipotle Mexican Grill I am complaining about the new gm and the new manager!!!

Hi Iam fileing a complaint on the newo chipotle BWI west nursery road linthicum heights md 21090 ! Well to first start off straight off the back the new GM was very disrespectful as she spoke to me an I was claim in welcoming to her in she straight disrespected me for no reason! That's not at all ok with me exspesually if I was not given her any reason at all to come off to me that way... another complaint is about the new manger she is so disrespectful in so many ways, she treats all of the coworkers in the KMs very disrespectful be littles them in all kinds of ways possible, which is so not right at all. I mean there is no pleasant word that comes out of her mouth! Also they just started on Friday in they both came in there treating all of us like they were better then us in all of us were dum in didn't belong there that there ! I've been working at that location since we open a lot of other people that I started with quit not sure why but hey ... umm well Frist I was very pleased with the first two women that were in charge they were hard work reliable in honest respectful trustworthy faithful nice in very good at teaching us what to do in how to do things right the chipotle way ! I was looking for a new opportunity in experience so I decided to take a job with chipotle in let me tell you I love it Iam so please with all the mangers that work there in that's taught me everything I need to know to succeed in moving up at chipotle! Iam a 30 year old hard working women that is just there to learn in achieve new goals in my life ok so I'm not at chipotle for the dollar I'm there because I wanted a new experience in the work front and a new opportunity to have a new career in my life ok and that's what I have been getting since I started working there but now no not at all! Iam very dissatisfied with the new GM that they sent the in the new store owner to ... I'm not a mean women or disrespectful to anyone at all but they both have been to me in to all my coworkers in we have done nothing to deserve this treatment at all ! I come to work happy do all my task that Iam supposed to in treat the costumer with the up most respect that they deserve in that's my day ! All I ask is to not be treated like I'm stupid or dum, like I don't know what I'm doing in like I'm a peace of dirt just because I'm a crew member in she a GM or manger I mean they came in there like they were better then all of us even the mangers that been there they disrespectful talked to like they were trash in it's not right all I mean I know your a GM or the manger but still you do not have to treat us like that when we're not treating in like that way at all if we don't disrespect you in any way what gives them the right to come up in there in treat all of us disrespectful in like we're all trash in there better then us when we have not done any wrong to them an any way shape or form in for them to act like there better then us is not right either I mean come on we're all here for the same reason ! Please don't disrespect me if I'm not disrespecting you an any way ok that's all I ask in not they still do it, I'm sorry I plan on staying with chipotle for a long time so I don't deserve to be treated like this at all when I have not done anything wrong except do my job in make sure the costumer are happy ! So someone needs to please get theses two women out of this store asap please before it gets worst ! We are all human in deserve to be treated like one not like a dog ! Chipotle Mexican Grill Product

I went in chipotle located on Ritchie Rd in Capitol heights and purchased 4 burrito bowls which were disgusting the chicken was burnt and all the bowls had black pieces of crust from the grill in them, I patronize chipotle at least twice a week and I'm very disappointed I think the employees need some extra training to help fix this issue . Chipotle in forest hill my refused to put my cheese on the side they wanted to charge me an extra 1.25 to do so I had told them every where else I have gone they do it the woman behind the counter stated we do stuff differently here someone needs to go down there and have a talk with the staff because they where nasty and had attitudes and I know that's not what Chipotle is about

Chipotle Mexican Grill Not happy with service

Hello, we r regular customers at chipotle n we were at chipotle last week as our kids had spring break.well it was an appropriation day for them as they earned free meal coupons of chipotle from school for reading books. We went to Warner Robins . Ga location n the manager on duty told we do not except such coupons n he don't know how to redeem them, we did request them but as if he was not interested in our talk n I just thought of paying it as it was looking like he n the co employee made an uncomfortable situation by laughing n talking to other customers n as an educated n confident person I shouldn't think so but it was n racists behavior n I didn't want my kids to get in such situation n didn't wanted their happy mood go bad but if this is going happens again the company should stop encouraging kids for nothing... Pizza Hut do that too, never problems n on the top they appreciate our kids frequent visits with reading rewards coupons... just not that I do took pics of the store, it was so dirty, the serving station was mess.. non tables clean to sit n eat, we cleaned n sat to eat.chips were over salted n not crispy but chewy.
I did told the manager that I am going to let your company know about this n he was whatever, just not interested.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Service/food quality

Went to the Chipotle in Winchester Va where I have frequently eaten before. The line was long and there was one poor woman trying to cope by herself. Once I finally made it to the front to order I noticed the portion size was unusually small and I always order extra meat. The meat quality was also usually poor. It looked like it was more fat that actually meat. I hadn't been to that location in a while but they had been one of the better locations I had been to. Even with with its issues it's still better than the Manassas, Va (sudley road) location which is just plain dirty! I think I may try the new cafe Rio location.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Food

Went into chipotle yesterday and was not thrilled about the food got a lot of fatty pieces in my food barely got any meat either and also barely any rice chipotle is my favorite restaurant to go to maybe it was just a mistake. But every time I come into chipotle they usually barely gives me and my friends meat or any type of sides on it I will look forward to see chipotle better thank you

Chipotle Mexican Grill Store closed for equipment issues

Today I stopped at Chipotle in Rochester and there was a sign on the door saying "closed for equipment issues " so I was not able to take my lunch there. I am a firefighter/paramedic and lunch breaks are limited so not able to come back. I enjoy eating at Chipotle and go to this location multiple times per week. It would be nice to have notifications if a location is closed prior to going there and finding it was closed.
