Chipotle Mexican Grill rude servers

Food servers were very rude, I asked for cilantro and it took a worker 5 minutes and then when I got it she threw it at me. I told the manager and she didn't even have a problem with it. I never have these problems with chipotle and I have been a customer here on multiple occasions. However at this location, I had a problem. Not only was this a problem workers were very off task and the serving line was very unclean.

Chipotle Mexican Grill employee rude

Ordered chicken bowl to go ran low on chicken, young black employee scraping bottom of container talked to other employee, they both looked at grill that had 4 chicken cooking, iasked for a little more chicken because the spoonful looked small asked for a little more chicken, she said in a rude manner you want a double, I said no and accepted paid and left.

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

Not a single employee smiled or was helpful at all. Was ordering a kids meal and at the very end asked for chips, they were totally out and were extremely rude about it and not explaining anything saying they would be out for the night. Ordered guac and they forgot to put it in my bag and then proceeded to argue with me saying she did put it in the bag when it was literally sitting on the counter. The entire staff was so rude and not friendly. She also forgot the chocolate milk for the kids meal. I love chipotle but this was my worst experience.

The server skipped me as I looked at the offerings. They only had steak and no other meats. Brown rice was the only option. When I asked if there was any chicken on the way he stared at me and then said there was only steak. There were few toppings available as well. A couple employees glared at me as I left to go to Chik fil a.
Last year at this same location an employee picked up salsa that had dripped on the counter and threw it back into the pan she was serving from. Then she stared scooped it onto my food and stared me down as she handed it to me.

Chipotle Mexican Grill told wrong info over telephone.

I saw a link on Facebook on 6/5/18 that said nurses eat free. So I called chipotle and asked them if it was true and they told me yes you get a free meal. I didn't bother to click on the link I just looked at the title of the link. So I was under the impression I was getting a free meal because the girl on the phone said yes a free meal. I got to chipotle and just clicked on the link because I was curious and then I read that it said buy one get one free. I am not very happy that I drove 30 min from my house to not receive a free meal, after I was told on the phone that I was getting a free meal.

Chipotle Mexican Grill quesadilla was completely cold. staff was rude when asked to fix the situation.

I just left the Chipotle on Dixie Highway. It is June 5th, there was a class that had come in from Fairfield City School district and the teacher was kind enough to let me go in front of the kids. Then I ordered a quesadilla. They asked me to wait and they would bring it out to me. Then I sat there through the entire class waiting on my quesadilla. I go out to my car and realize that the cheese isn't even melted and everything is cold. I went back in and asked them if I could either get a bowl or something else because I assumed the press was messed up. They told me that they knew it wasn't on when my food was in there but didn't offer any apologies for knowingly handing me an uncooked quesadilla. Then with an additive they asked me if I just wanted them to make another one or if I just wanted them to put the same one in the press. I never complain about anything when it comes to food and I know they were busy but if they knew the press was off they should never have sent me out with that food. I would have been upset if I got home and it was all cold. I would like at least a return.

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

Re: 635 W. Ina Road, Tucson, AZ.

The young people who serve are consistently unprofessional.
I always feel rushed, spoken down to and dismissed.
There is a significant age difference between myself and most of the employees and each time I leave feeling disrespected.

I just moved into the area from the east coast and have only visited this particular store a handful of times.
The service is consistently troubling to me.
I will no longer be patronizing Chipolte on Ina Road.

Chipotle Mexican Grill food quality

I went to the chipotle after work and got my family dinner. I have been to chipotle hundreds of times but this trip was horrible. They were out of brown rice and refused to make more they were also out of corn salsa and refused to make more. The white rice I got was very dry and crunchy. The Chips were very stale(uneatible). Veggies were undercoated. My sons Clementine with his kids meal was rotten. Any my wifes chicken was ice cold. Overall it wasn't a good experience hoping chipotle will make it right. Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

I went to get a bowl and burrito and when I said I wanted steak the employee put chicken on both (the steak was empty) and when I said I wanted steak the next person on the line turned down to ask what I guess was a manager on the ground what to do to which she rudely replied. Another employee was behind me getting food and they told her to go ahead and pay and that I'd just have to wait (none of which was said to me) I waited for five minutes until someone finally came back and got my order done for me. All employees were extremely rude and didn't care about my food getting messed up and never apologized for anything and overall made the experience stressful and irritating. With 6 employees in my sight and a manager doing inventory on the ground I think anyone would expect more from any food spot!

Chipotle Mexican Grill hairs in my food

I bought a burrito to go and I was super excited to eat it since I had not eaten all day. When I unwrapped my burrito, there was a hair on the tortilla. I took off the hair and just ate around the area the hair was since I was extremely hungry. I started biting more into the burrito and found ANOTHER hair. I'm super upset there was even one hair in my burrito let alone two. There may even be more since I barely ate any of it.

Hi I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and I ordered double chicken and fajita veggies on there and extra rice, I did not get any of that. It was only regular rice regular chicken and no vegetables.
This was delivery and I paid extra for the chicken that I did not get

Chipotle Mexican Grill customer service

Hello,
I came into a store in Aurora, CO today to get some food for a friend and I. The lady that was working behind the counter (around 3:20) did not greet me when I approached her. She just simply looked at me and asked what I wanted. She was very rude and had a big attitude the entire time she was getting me my food. The other lady there was super nice, I apologize I do not have names. But, I did not appreciate being treated this way as I was trying to be nice to the lady.

Chipotle Mexican Grill service

I ordered my food online with a 10:45 a.m. pick up time. The door was locked and two visible employees walked back and forth stocking items. The door was opened for myself and 5 other people at 11:00. The manager apologized for the wait. I went to the register and a young lady was preparing my order of two burrito bowls, one burrito and one order of tacos. I watched as she sloppily prepared my food and did not say anything. She threw toppings into my order without care. As the bowls were sitting there on the counter, I asked if she could write the names on them so they wouldn't be confused. She snatched the marker, wrote the names in haste and then threw the marker behind the counter angrily. When I said, "thank you." She ignored me. My order was prepaid, so she grabbed one bag and threw the two bowls, burrito, tacos and a bag of chips into the bag, which was too heavy to carry. She then shoved the bag across the counter at me aggressively. Again, I said thank you, although I was offended. She threw her hand up as if to say, "whatever." I ended up grabbing a few extra bags and repacking my food. The manager reappeared and I spoke to him about my encounter. He apologized and gave me a few coupons.
My coworkers and I had been looking forward to this all week, and it was totally ruined by a disgruntled employee. I am not sure what she was upset about, but I did not deserve this treatment and am not sure how I feel about returning to this location. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

I ordered Door dash from Chipolte location, Mooresville NC 28117. It is now two hours later and after appx $21 dollars charged to my credit card I finally called the manager (Javier) asking did the driver get lost? he assured me the driver picked up my hour about 20 minutes after I ordered. When I said well I don't think the driver is coming, can I just cancel? this manager could literally care less that my food never arrived and he told me to call Door dash. I said sir, my credit card was charged to Chipolte, not Door dash (they only made three dollars tip); Javier was not rude, I have to be fair about that, but he flippantly said go Chipolte website online to complain and ask for your money because there's nothing he can do-but it's an automated feature, no where can you explain what happened to a human being AND you cannot reach a live person on the phone, trust me I tried. I am out over $20 and two hours later I'm sitting here starving and I'm working so I only had an hour for lunch. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else just so I can get some lunch. Chipolte is who I sent my business to, there is no way I believe that Javier couldn't give me a voucher, tell me to come in for an equivalent meal or something to make up for this? I can complain to Door dash but again, that's only three dollars out of what I spent, are you kidding? Can anyone tell me how to get my money back for food I paid for that never arrived? I'm appalled at how I was brushed off by this manager. I don't know if anyone else thinks $20 plus dollars is a lot but it is to me. Thank you in advance. Crystal Jones

Chipotle Mexican Grill small burrito bowl with incorrect toppings

My daughter stopped at Chipotle to pick up a veggie burrito bowl for each of us. She stopped at the location at 11257B Reed Hartman, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45241 on May 16, 2018. The portions were noticeably smaller then previous bowls. The clerk put the hot salsa on one of the bowls, which is not what was ordered. When my daughter pointed out that we did not want the hot salsa, he scraped it off instead of starting over. The hot salsa was not completely removed.
We would like to be refunded for out lunch.

Chipotle Mexican Grill charged for items I didn't ask for

I visited Chipotle on 5/3/2018, Wayzata MN. I ordered 2 chicken bowls and 1 chicken burrito. I was charged an extra $2.20 for extra chicken when I never ordered or asked for "extra" chicken. I want my $2.20 back. I know it's just $2.20, but it's my $2.20 not yours! I didn't ask for it or order it. Would this be considered stealing, since I didn't ask for it? Chipotle Mexican Grill portions are smaller and smaller

I really like chipotle the service and the food. I have become a very frequent customer. Unfortunately the portions have changed. I have noticed the portions are smaller and smaller every time. I always get the same so it is noticeable. I hope the company decides to keep its portions like they were at first. Below is an image of how I opened a bowl and a third of it was empty.

Chipotle Mexican Grill undercooked meat

I went to the chipotle location at international mall in tampa fl approx 5/11/18.
I took my bowl back to the line and was told thats how they make their steak which I understand yet this time its seemed closer to medium rare. I asked for it to be remade and they said they could not cook just my meat to desire. so I came back the next day and decided to speak to a manager and he then said without a recipt he could do nothing. but I spoke with the line server who was there that night! I couldnt get a sandwhich or my money back.. dissapointed. and would like this rectified.. its becoming hit or miss with chipotle and if its a miss you loose out on your money!

Chipotle Mexican Grill chipotle bowl

This is the second time I have went into the Culpeper VA, Chipotle and ordered a bowl. Paid for extra mean steak and chicken combo and charged 3 more dollars for the same or less than a regular bowl. Ask for extra veggies, cheese, sour cream and never get extra. Why can't they just do what is asked. Yeah I use the app to order so I'm not standing right over top of them to watch. I shouldn't have to. Makes me so mad to get home and it's less than what I paid for.

Chipotle Mexican Grill service

Went to get a a burrito and bowl. While making the burrito it ripped I asked the girl 2 add another wrap and her response was why. On the bowl I asked for extra rice she proceed to add a half of spoonful I asked if it could have a little more and she told me no. When checking out I wanted a large and small bag of chips. No large bags were made so the girl proceeded 2 give me 2 small bags and over charge..when I told her about it she took 4 small bags and threw them into my bag. I usually have a good experience and the workers are pleasant, but this crew was awful.

Chipotle Mexican Grill food and staff

I went to the chipotle located at 2640 N. Narragansett during my lunch break and ordered a burrito. I found a hair in my food and brought it up to the staff behind the counter. They gave each other smirks and offered to give me a refund. There was no concern on their part, no apology. The service manager was called to issue the refund and she didn't even bother to look at me or even acknowledge I was even there. She didn't make eye contact or say a word to me. I asked if there was a manger above her that I could speak to and was given a card. When I called it was to that same chipotle store and the person that answered just hung up on me. I have a limited time for lunch, I work at a school near by who orders from this location often. I understand things happen and if the staff had handled things differently it would've made all the difference. I will be sure to let all of my coworkers know about this chipotle abd their awful service and uncleanliness.

On tuesday may 9 at yhe chipotle in ne by rastern market I was treated with such dusrepect the women was so rude when I walked up to the line to say what I wanted in my bowl she started yelling made my bowl extra sloppy my sauce that I didn't even ask for was just waiting out the side of my bowl, and put cheese on there and slammed my bowl and also asked for my money with an attitude I felt so dosrespected I would just like my $15.59 back in cash or something in return to go to a different chipotle because all restaurants aren't the same I believe.
