Chipotle Mexican Grill my account was charged 3 times for the same order

I was in your store on Cascades Blvd., Kent, OH 44240 on Saturday November 10th and ordered 2 bowls that totaled $15.70 but my account shows that I was charged 3 times for this same order. When I was in the store that evening, something happened at the register, when the employee swiped my card there was a message that came up, something like "Paid too much" and the employees called a manager over to the register. He looked at the screen and said for them to swipe it again and told me that if I find anything wrong with the account charges to call and let him know (His name is Gabe). I faxed a copy of my billing statement and receipt to the store this morning (11/12/18) with my phone number and I didn't hear anything back so I called the store directly. Gabe just so happened to answer the phone. I told him that I faxed my account info to the store this morning and that I was charged 3 times for that one order. He remembered me and what happened that night. He told me that he cannot issue refunds from that store and for me to call 1-800 Chipotle and talk to someone there. That line is for catering and says to go to the website to "Talk to Us" for anything other than catering. I just want my money back. I was charged $45 bucks for 2 bowls and I feel like the manager could be doing more to help me but I am getting told to go here and go there. Please, I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT YOUR COMPANY CHARGED ME AND WAS NOT AUTHORIZED! My Email is [protected]@rocketmail.com phone number is [protected].

Chipotle Mexican Grill horrible service

I went in Chipotle today and right before I was ordering the guy touch his hat I asked him to change it was he said it was no point asking what his name was he said it was Ethan I asked him to speak to his manager he said there's not one on duty I think it's just really disrespectful and crappy servers I will never step foot in a Chihuahua ever again

Chipotle Mexican Grill food temp

Most often I've visited the chipotle Mexican Grill located in the Turkey Creek area of Tennessee. Over the last few months every time I go there the food is absolutely positively not not up to the proper temperature it is barely room temperature . I have worked in the food service for many years and this is not just a one time thing this is consistent and not only at Turkey Creek but more likely than not that any of the chipotles I visit the temperature is just not up to the proper temperature. Not only does it make the food more susceptible to bacteria it taste awful. I really truly hope that this matter can be fixed because I really enjoyed chipotle and I'm kind of getting fed up. Chipotle Mexican Grill something in my food

I when to go eat at chipotle on Gunn hwy in Tampa Florida and when I open my to go plate the was this weird thing in it I couldn't really tell what it was .. I had to throw my food away after seen this .. went to talk to someone and the told me just take it out and it will be fine .. I was like no I'm not goin to eat this food and I left .. the costumer service was not good and I will never go back to the chipotle again...

Chipotle Mexican Grill service

To put it bluntly, I'm enormously dissatisfied with the service I received at your branch. My boyfriend and I frequent your restaurant quite a lot, so on our date night, last wednesday, we decided to get a burrito bowl to share. We ordered double meat on our food - two half scoops of chicken and two half scoops of steak, so two scoops of meat in total. When we arrived at the register, we were charged $17.25 for one burrito bowl; your staff charged us for quadruple meats. Even after we explained the situation and clear misunderstanding to them, they refused to even try to accommodate us and demanded we pay the amount. To top it off, the amount of meat we were given was most definitely not the amount we ended up paying for. The lid for our bowl fit perfectly on top, with room to spare underneath, even after they piled lettuce and cheese atop it. I'm a college student, I really don't have money to spare, so to both be treated poorly and to have had my money scammed away from me obviously doesn't sit well.

Chipotle Mexican Grill my service and my family meal

First they don't have respect when talking or patients when asking question about the product they didn't known or how to wrap a burrito, I had no problem paying for what I want but when I have to pay for chicken and steak I expect them not to lose any of my chicken or steak in the burritos and then didn't replace it ...I ask ... they reply it was only like 5 piece ...wow put I had to pay for a extra serving for 2 burrito and 2 steak bowls ...it was horrible service I will not go back to that store again it was unprofessional and me my family didn't not enjoy our meals . I feel when I paid for my family meal it should've been satisfying..

Chipotle Mexican Grill burrito bowl

I went into chipotle on 10/14/2018 and purchased a burrito bowl. I always go
To this location and never had a problem before. This time around my bowl was made by a newer employee I believe and she did not put my bowl together properly! It didn't have enough of the the items I asked to get she gave me a bowl which seemed fit for a 10 year old child. I'm very disappointed because I always go to this location but don't know
If I'll be back again since being served like that.

Chipotle Mexican Grill failure to follow through with fundraiser request

We represent a fundraising committee and are appalled at the service and lack of communication on behalf of the Chipotle team. We made several calls to request and confirm donations for a fundraising event, during which we were told the Chipotle employee knew nothing about. This is the second event that Chipotle has messed up for us. Unfortunately there is no way to make up for our events. However, we would appreciate and apology and for the issue to be corrected so other fundraising groups do not end up in our situation.

Chipotle Mexican Grill unprofessional condescending disrespectful treatment of employees

Employee: General Manager, first name Alma

Tonight my family and I visited your restaurant for dinner and was disgusted with the way your general manager Alma was treating a new employee, Gary Lemons. We went to your establishment as we frequently do to enjoy a Friday night meal together. We got in line and began to place our order. Gary was at the register and it was apparent that Alma was training him or at least terribly trying. For at least five minutes while in line with many other customers I witnessed her being very condescending in her tone to him, snatching trays from his hands, rolling her eyes, raise her voice, and she slammed items down onto the counter upset at him. I knew right away he was a new employee and she was trying to tell him what to do and how he was messing up. She was a complete bully to her employee. This young man, Gary looked horrified, ashamed, and embarrassed by her treatment towards him in front of all the customers. I was appalled at her behavior and I know your establishment does not condone this disrespectful, unprofessional, condescending, bullying behavior. My son who is 9 years old felt terrible for this new employee and We couldn't even sit down to enjoy our meal because she continued to mistreat him. I ask that you please have a discussion with her about her unacceptable behavior, and you speak to the other employees who work with her to find out if she is like this to them as well. This behavior cannot continue. I am a consumer and everyone deserves to enter your establishment and receive excellent service and to see that your employees are also treated with dignity and respect. Gary did nothing wrong, he was polite and patient despite your disgusting manager treating him so horribly in front of everyone. If this continues, I don't see how your employees would stay to work under those conditions and everyone deserves to make a living. Please take action. Thank you.

Chipotle Mexican Grill double chicken bowl

ordered a burrito bowl and had asked for DOUBLE chicken. How does someone mess up so bad that they didn't even put ANY chicken? You know I have to pay extra for that right? I gave you that money and you gave me nothing. Do you not train your employees to put chicken on a to go order? I would like the number to the DM. I can't even give you an order number so you can look it up but this is unacceptable. Why do I always have a problem with chipotle when I order after a long day of work?

Chipotle Mexican Grill double charged for meal

When I went to pay the cashier swiped my card and I walked away and she called me back over and said that my payment did not go through and she needed to swipe my card again. She swiped my card and later on I checked my bank account and had been charged twice for my meal. I am upset because I go to this store at least twice a week. I spend a lot of money here.

This was my first time eating at chipotle I purchased a chicken bowl & A kids to build You're own meal and they gave my son a orange that was rotten, I am very disgusted my son really was looking forward to eating that orange. Chipotle Mexican Grill service inside of woodfield mall

Good Even, I work at the Mall in Schaumburg IL ( Woodfield) Where I go to Chipotle At least 4 time out of the week .Normally when I Go there the managers and all of the staff are great to be expect the last 3 days I Been there One of the employees there have been Vert disrespectful and rude . She give out very small portions of everything and get an attitude when you have for more evening if you still her you will pay for double meat . I Love Chipotle but today might have been my last day eating there due to the lack of respect I received my last 3 trips there ..

Chipotle Mexican Grill bowl

i asked for a bowl with rice peppers beans meat guac and lettuce but the bowl i received looked like it was missing half of the portion. the server was serving really small portions like the store didnt have enough food. i paid for the portion but it was not worth the $12.50. i dont want to be hassled when i go to chipotle and i dont feel its necessary to have to make your employees serve the correct portion.

Chipotle Mexican Grill white rice

Good Evening,
I consider myself to be a regular customer at this location. I come there every Thursday and order two burrito bowls. This Thursday was my last Thursday. To have to deal with rude customer service and horrible food, I would be better off just dropping my money off and leave the food the lady who worked the cash register is always rude she never smile and greets guest with a welcoming face it's always the same frown, Then she told me that if I wanted more than one salad dressing I would have to start paying for it . Like I ever asked for it for free I work for well known company that pays very well for me to complain about an extra dollar or two then the get home and my rice taste old and under cooked I trashed both bowls

10160 ulmerton road largo- I ordered food online for delivery. Paid extra 3.99 for delivery Left off 2 items requested off of 2 salads. Told rest i could not leave office. and why should I if I paid for delivery. they offered me extra meat/free queso or free guacamole. I'm sorry but I don't care for either guac or queso so I refused. This is not the first time, but in the past, I was able to go in and fix my order in person. Not today. if I pay for delivery why should I have to leave to straighten out an order .then to top it off, dressing was part of the order. they told me they didn't know dressing came with the salad. She preceded to tell me she had customers to take care of and had to get off of the phone. I will not be going to this location again. I usually go there a couple of times a weeks because it is so close to work but if you have ever gone in this store, it is very hectic location.

Chipotle Mexican Grill employee smoking on job

The Chipotle in Cool Springs Franklin TN there has been one particular employee, I think his name is Jonny from what I have heard other employees call him, who I have seen take out his smoking device while making food and being on the serving line. He has shown it off to costumers and smoked it in plain sight of costumers. This is a very disappointing thing for me to see as not only is he a young man but he also is putting that smoke all over the dishes used to make the food that I along with many others would like to eat but also I happen to have an extreme nicotine allergy and can no longer eat at that chipotle. It is honestly disgusting to expect people to eat in a restaurant where the employees are openly smoking around all of the food that myself and other costumers are paying for and in exchange expecting food that hasn't been contaminated by some immature employees who shouldn't be allowed to be working around food if they can't control their smoking addiction enough to keep it off of paying costumers food.

On 9/22/18 my family and I ordered four meals and a large side of guacamole. For the first time in a long time it was awful! The chicken did not look cooked, the guacamole tasted salty, the cheese felt hard and service workers were making us feel rushed. I order online due to the convenience and also because its better then making a line after being exhaust from work, my order was missing food such as the guacamole which is $2.05. I find it messed up to pay for something and not receive it. I order two salad bowls and one had guacamole but it was brownish and it was clearly old. I eat at this location at least 2 times a week and its disappointing for the service to be this terrible at times especially when your tired and hungry and you just want the good food and services that your often used to.
