On my birthday May 6th 2018, which I turned 50 went to have lunch there in Bradenton Florida, told the waiter is was my birthday and he looked at me like ok and your point is? On May 11th looked on my bank app and my credit card was hacked the same time chili's was to blame for their [censored] security check out payment. I was negative in my bank and couldn't get any groceries or any Mother's Day stuff . I will never eat at chili's again ! You're not very sympathetic on what happened to a lot of customers getting hacked not just me ! The waiter never offered a discount for my veteran husband. What's happened to chili's?

I made a takeout order on Mother's Day and I noticed my bill was cheaper than expected so I asked the cashier if she put the order in correctly. She had forgotten my wings ( she admitted it was her mistake). That was no problem. The issue is my other food was ready a lot earlier than the wings and say on the counter. When I arrived home, some food was missing and two of my meals were extremely cold and dried out. I spent well over $50 for everything so I called to speak with a manager. I was on hold for 13 minutes and finally had to call from another phone to get through. When I told the manager, he suggested I may have called a different number because no other lines were holding. ( I let him hear my line on speaker phone). At any rate, I explained what my problem was and he just held the phone. I had to ask what he could do to rectify the situation. Not one time did he apologize for what happen or try to comfort me willingly about my experience. Isn't that what managers are trained to do? He eventually said he would make the food over, than asked will 2 entres be enough to make me better? His entire attitude and reluctance to help gave me a poor taste in my mouth, in which I never want to support this business again. The food was absolutely disgusting (all except the wings).

I have had a couple of bad experiences at the Chili's in Ruston, LA. The first time the seats for my mother and myself were given away 5 minutes after being seated when I assisted my elderly mother to the restroom. After being seated again, we waited over 10 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. At that time we left. Today, myself and a friend stopped in for lunch after visiting a local attraction. Our drink order was taking on time and delivered but we had to wait to give our order. My appetizer of Chips and Salsa took close to 10 minutes to be delivered. My glass was totally empty and I had to ask for refills each time I needed more. A side order of mayo was left off my burger and it took over 5 minutes for them "to bring some up from the back". By the time I finally got my mayo, by burger was luke warm. Our waiter was unapologetic for any delay. When we left I accidently left my cell phone. We were over 20 miles away when I noticed it. My friend called back while we were on our way to pick up some flowers by 4:00 which we shouldn't have had to rush to in the first place if not for the slow service. The lady that answer which I later found out was a manager was very rude and insisted no phone was turned in that morning and we were there 30 minutes earlier. She claimed she looked and said no phone was turned in. After we picked up the flowers we headed back to Ruston and I called to speak to the manager which turned out to be the same person my friend talked to earlier. I insisted the phone must be there and after being on hold several minutes she returned and stated the phone had be found. I informed her that I was on my way. We arrived about 25 minutes later and the hostess up front was not aware of a lost phone. She went to back to check with the manager and my previous waiter appear and picked up the kiosk where my phone was still laying where I left it. After it was found the manager did not even put it up for safety. It could have been easily taken between the time she found it and I arrived back to pick it up. Bad service and so-so food, I will not be back to this Chili's.

i went to chili last night with my husband, daugther and her husband and my sister along with two grandchildren. The service was horrible! the waiter would come over and take the drinks order and disappear for 10 minutes before bringing the drinks and salsa and chips to the table. The coffee was cold! He then dissappear again and came back to take the order. When my grandkids received there grilled cheese sandwichs and french frieds. They were stone cold! The cheese was not melted or was the toast toasted on the grilled cheese. A women lady came by and took them and never appolize or said anything and gave us a funny look. my daughter food came and then finally the kids toasted cheese came. Everyone was there eating and the waiter came over and i asked about my boneless chicken wings and he said it takes longer then regular chicken wings. The boneless wings came out after everyone ate and they never appolize. The waiter kept going from one table to another, did not have time to refilled are drinks.

Had ordered a carry out and even gave a tip and when i took it to my Gr.daughter's school for her birthday it was wrong and when i called the lady manager she said she would send my gr. daughter a gift card and took all my information and nothing was ever done and even after i went online i herd nothing back this happened 03/06/2018 at 11:33 AM Chili's Grill & Bar Paris#1295 1105 NE Loop 286 Paris, TX 75460 . chili's grill and bar n. little rock #234 serve-Jessica table 135/1 date 4/19/2018 time 9:27 pm #20049 . the server took my food back to be remade in 1 min my food was back presented to me. That was to fast for me so I asked my server for my bill. my server stop the supervisor to made adjustment on my bill he stated no we remade the food. As I was paying the bill I ask Jessica to tell her to ask her supervisor can I speak to him. Noah came over to the table and I told him that was unprofessional how he handle this situation. I can smell alcohol all over him, so I stop talking and ask for corp. number. The number that was giving to me was [protected]. I called left messages no response.

Wife and myself went to chilis on 75th st., downers grove, illinois this past Saturday. She got the chicken enchilada and I got the steak enchilada.
the restaurant was half full at approx. 4:30 pm.
Food took a while to get to us.
When it did arrive we found both plates had cold food.
Meaning the echilladas were barely warm and the rice and beans were cold.
Informed waitress of this but all she would do was to give us another of of rice.
Nothing else.
Poor customer service from waitress.
It was a waste of $25.00.

My ID has a small tear and they say it's not legible. However it's only in the corner and not through my face or my birthdate or address. The manager also walks around and sees out food is cold and does not acknowledge it. This is horrible customer service. He rolled his eyes and also when I asked him why he told me it was not legible. However it was barely faded but every word was readable.

On sunday, march 25, 2018, my family and I went to chili's in peachtree city, georgia for lunch. Worst mistake ever made! We arrived there around 12:15pm. We were seated promptly. But that was the end of a nice lunch experience. We finally had a waitress stop by and took our drink order. Then about 30 minutes later, she came and took our food order, after 2 hours we still had not received our food. So I requested a manager come to our table. The manager came and said he was sorry and he would send a free dessert to our table. Very nice - since there were 6 of us and he send one dessert. Anyway - I emailed the manager of this place, and she responded and said she would like to talk with me and to please send her my contact information. I sent this right back to her. I never heard from her! This explains why this place is so horrible. The employees are only as good as their manager and it became quite clear that she has no idea what to do or how to do it. I will never go back to this place and I have and will continue to tell as many people as I can come in contact with to never go there again! I just want to see if you have any intentions of responding to me! I will wait and see. Hope you have a nice afternoon... And if you go out for dinner tonight - please don't to a chili's! You will have a horrible experience - and take 3 hours to get your meal! Thank you for your time.

I ordered a side salad and it was nothing like the picture, which I expect for restaurants who don't take pride in how the present their dish. But my salad was literally missing half of the ingredients the menu stated it would have. When I asked about this the waitress told me "that's how they always come out" but the menu is misleading, I still had to buy it. The false advertisement was very disappointing.

The waitress was rude and wasn't focused on us at all. We never received a refill on any of our drinks and I've dine before and my total has always been about 24 or 25 dollars but this visit was 29.79 I don't understand and when I was trying to understand why NO ONE was around because they were about to close. So I was forced to pay for it because I didn't want to just walk out. Secondly the food was terrible and LATE ! I would like my money back because I paid for something that I didn't feel like was worth the pay .

My family of seven went to Chili's on a Saturday afternoon to celebrate my birthday. While the server was pleasant enough, the drink orders were served by someone else and were wrong. The food took longer than expected and when it arrived there were several problems. My husband's steak from his steak and shrimp fajitas was gristly. My husband asked for two extra flour tortillas and they never arrived. My daughter ordered a sandwich with side of broccoli and received cold french fries instead. My daughter in law asked for ranch dressing for her chicken crispers and received barbecue sauce instead. My chicken tortilla soup tasted like a pile of chicken with some nacho cheese sauce mixed in. It seemed quality control went out the window. I don't know if or when I'll be eating at Chili's again.

My daughter Lyzetty Deyanira Barreda was a server at the brownsville location up until last Sunday (Easter Sunday) I need to file a former complaint against Chili's management. There was a guest that yelled and insulated my daughter. She cried in front of the guest while he continued to yell at her since they were out of whatever he ordering. My daughter called me crying from the restroom. The guest turns out to be a brother or a former waiter from chili's whom was working that night. Bottom line management forced her to stay and continue serving people while she was crying hysterically. I rushed over to pick her up since Claudio (manager) did not handle the situation accordingly. Then, Leny (guest brother which is a waiter there) gaveher a hard time as well. By then she had a panic attack outside chili's parking lot. Another waitress tried to assist my daughter. I rushed her to the hospital since her hands curled up and her face was going to the side. It was the worse night of our lives. I will hold chili's responsible for my daughters hospital bill.

We just left chilis in orlando fl on west colonial drive.. We got there at 1230pm at first our waitress was very attentive taking our drink orders coming right out with them. But after that omg... We waited 1hr and 15 min for our food. The waitress explained she didnt put the egg order in right for his sunrise burger.. We were like its ok but 30 more min go by no food everyone that came in after us had ate and were gone. At this time my husband wants to just pay for our drink and appetizer and I say just give them a couple more min. They finally came and the fries were cold my son was eating his boneless chicken wings he had nothing to drink... We tried to get someone anyone at this point to refill his drink no one about 20min later our waitress finally came back I asked her for the bill 2 to go boxes and 2 to go drinks we got the drinks no bag no bill... We finally figured out how to use the kiosk and paid 50.00+ on our bill then no reciept paper came out.. Mind u its after 2pm and we are now leaving finally

I will never ever ever return to this location again.

After a long day of work and school my family and I went to chili's I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta which was absolutely COLD I even sent it back and I got it back for the second time still was cold. I hate I wasted my money here this is the second time that this has happened something has to me done people pay to much money for it to be wasted on ice cold food!

Went today for lunch at Chili's at Hanes Mall Blvd Winston-Salem N.C. First of all noticed restaurant had a B grade health score of 85.5 Finally got seated no one at reception area. Chili's rest. no where near half full. Took 25 minutes to place an order should have left then . Took over 1 and half hours to get 4 little sit down orders . Got up and poured myself and wife tea refills. Spent over $36 for this poor service and experience. Paid by Kiosk so did not ask for receipt. Would like some kind of refund sent to

This is the third complaint regarding a visit on 03/25/2018. I ordered and picked up two dinners from your restaurant a Rib Eye and a Salmon dinner. The restaurant was extremely busy that night which may be the reason dinner was unsatisfactory it was over cooked it should have been medium, but it was well done hard to cut, dry and chewy. I don't understand why I have not heard any reply before now, I have been a long time customer both in the restaurant and ordering take out orders. I hate wasting my hard earned money.

I went to have dinner with my family last evening and sat at the bar, ordered food, when the GM (yes, the General Manager) brought my good out, he handed me the plate and failed to tell me it was not. I burnt my hand. He argued with me and my boyfriend that it was my fault because I grabbed the plate. Never offered an apology or ice for the burn...NOTHING! We chose to pay for our drinks and leave. I went to the urgent care fown the road for treatment and am still dealing with the burns today. Very painful and unprofessional! I worked in food service for many years and know that you never hand a customer a hot plate without warning!

I ordered and picked up two dinners on 03/25/2018. The Rib Eye was suppose to be medium but it was over cooked, hard to cut, dry and chewy. I'm sure because the restaurant was extremely busy that the meal was rushed and not prepared as ordered, but for me to pay for something that was not edible is not fair or reasonable. I have been a long time customer and normally look forward to eating either in your restaurant or ordering takeout. I don't think that just because I order takeout that the same care to prepare my meal is not of concern. I have the receipt but there is no order number on it just my phone number [protected] and the time I ordered at 6:44 PM.

The server brought out the cake on an actual plate a little over 15 mins later, and i said I can Take this plate? He said no, i thought You were going to eat it here, i said Oh no sorry for the confusion, i wanted To eat it on my way home. As i thought To myself, why would i order At the to go if i was Going to be eating it here! He told me ok, he came out almost 10 minutes later with the same cake in a to go box. When i touched the cake, it was so soaked from the ice cream sitting on top of it for a long period of time. I told Him that that was unacceptable and can i just Have a refund. He told me to hold on he needed to get his manager. I thought Maybe she was going to come to see how can she fix the problem. She came to the to go counter and went straight to the register, she didn't say not ONE WORD to me. She did the transaction and the her words to me was "this is the voided amount, and this receipt is your proof" she didn't say sorry about that or anything, so i thought That was extremely rude of her to say she is management! My refund transaction was complete at 8:55pm. I was In chili's almost 40 mins waiting on a cake! And i really Wish i would have took a picture of the presentation of the cake when the guy brought it out in the to go plate, but i was not expecting the manager to respond in such inappropriate manner!
I drove to store #1258 on north Sam Houston, and ordered another cake!
