Chili's Grill & Bar

Greetings, I went to dinner yesterday evening at Chili's in Harvey, La around 6pm. The wait was ridiculously, so we went to the bar, it was 30 minutes before a order was taken, appetizer came out cold ( south west egg rolls) no type of crisp, my girlfriend soup was brought out in a bowl without a saucer, just put it on the counter, I order Crispy Chicken meal, and my friend had ribs/brisket, a half slice of brisket was not acceptable. As we are sitting at the bar we noticed that, the bartender and manager are fixing drinks and mixing them but they are not washing out the cups and glasses they are using to mix and shake these drinks up with. Certain people are allergic to different things like pineapples or other items that may be in a drink, I refuse to drink my drink because of what I saw, looking into the kitchen staff eating food while we are waiting, then they are adding fries to a plate with their hands. This was a waste of time and $50 I have never seen this at my favorite restaurant
