Chili's Grill & Bar lack of customer service by waitress

We live in Pembroke Pines and have enjoyed patronizing Chili's for as long as it has been open, but on a recent visit (Saturday, February 17th) we felt the food and service had taken a nose-dive and we did not have a good experience. We ordered the Mango Chicken and the Fajitas Trio as our entrées and asked for double broccoli instead of the Mexican rice with the Mango Chicken entrée and extra onions and peppers with the Fajitas Trio instead of the Mexican rice. When the food runner arrived with our entrées, there was Mexican rice with the Fajitas Trio platter. I explained to the food runner that I had specifically requested extra onions and peppers and no Mexican rice when ordering my meal with my original waitress. No apologies for the inconvenience...basically she picked up the entrée and "huffed off" towards the kitchen. She returned moments later with the Mexican rice removed from the platter, but no extra peppers and onions. Once again, no apologies. So disappointed in this employee's cavalier customer service attitude. But my bad experience does not end there. We attempted to get the waitress' attention, several times - to no avail. She basically looked the other way. No checking to see if the food was okay, if we required refills, wanted dessert - NOTHING! However, when an acquaintance of my original waitress came into dine at the restaurant; she and the Manager on Duty, went to that table numerous times to basically chit chat and catch up with their friends. The grilled chicken in the Fajitas Trio entrée was spoiled, but I was unable to tell my waitress or any help; as they were ALL too busy. Mind you, it was Saturday afternoon at 2:15 p.m. and the restaurant was quite busy, but for your waitress to basically ignore you and not even check on you, is beyond my comprehension. So, after trying to no avail to get the waitress' attention in order to get my check and leave the establishment, we were able to get the attention of the Manager on Duty, who only stated she apologized for the inconvenience. She did however manage to get me "to go" boxes; but it was very disappointing that we spent our money in exchange for horrible service and spoiled food. Chili's used to be one of my favorite places to eat but I am very reluctant to return. Maybe Saturday afternoon is not the best time to go there?

Chili's Grill & Bar my family and I ate at chilli's friday at 3:00 3:30.

We sat in he bar area in a both. My son put his hand behind the booth and got a splinter under his finger nail the length of his finger nail. The manager was very rude and acted like we were bothering him. Didn't ask if my son needed anything and said "the Whole place is made out of wood" we had to take my son to the ER, where they had to separate his nail from his finger to get all of the wood out. So there would be no infection. I am very disappointed and upset. I won't go back.

Chili's Grill & Bar menu was incorrect

My husband and I visited chili's for valentine's day. I chose chili's because the food was wonderful a few years ago and the portion sizes were very pleasing.
I ordered salmon, black beans, rice, side order of broccoli, and 1/2 order of shrimp. What I received was a decent sized piece of salmon, rice, broccoli, kidney beans, and 5 tiny, tiny shrimp on the side. I brought it to my server's and the supervisor's attention that I received kidney beans instead. I was brushed off and told that those were black beans! Wow, I cook black bean regularly and those were definitely kidney beans. Then I asked about the shrimp, well that was a lost cause, I received no answers. I was asked did I wanted to get something different, I was tired and just wanted to eat and go home. I had just worked all day seeing patients and was expecting to get my order correctly and to my satisfaction, instead I left very dissatisfied. A few years ago I received a hearty piece of salmon and 6 large shrimp on a skewer. I understand things change but this was nothing like I expected and the service was just okay. The friendly familiar environment I once experienced was long gone.

2. The offer mentioned on menu was not explained clearly to us.
3. When we went again to the restaurant they refuse to provide us the duplicate order.

We are so upset and feel cheated, will not visit ever again
all your good efforts of marketing are useless because your staff is dumb.

Chili's Grill & Bar quality of food

I ordered the chicken enchiladas as a side in place of the black beans I ordered the asparagus. The chicken was big pieces of chicken breast very dry and not much flavor at all. The asparagus really looked like dry sticks a little bigger then spaghetti the steak knife would not cut through it. I managed to eat a little of it very poor quality for a restaurant. I would not have served it to a guest in my home. The waitress was very good guess I should have complained to her but I am not one to complain about food. Wish I had taken a photo of it but I did not. This was on 01/20/2018 my grandson had came from Austin to Brownwood to visit us and wanted to take us to dinner. Was probably about 1:00-1:30. all in all was not what expected from Chili's

Chili's Grill & Bar no service on new years eve in ocala florida

My wife and I were on a business trip and stopped in Ecol Florida for the night. There is a Chile's right down the street from hotel we visited.
Also I would like to say I'm a Brinkley's stock holder for a number of years.
We walked in at about 8 pm on new years eve for dinner and was told would be 15 or 20 minute wait.There were maybe 10-15 people waiting also but only about a third of the tables had people seated at them. As we stood and watched we noticed a manager pick up glasses from a table that need to be cleaned off but he never finished or had a busboy clean off.We were seated in the bar at a dirty table which was cleaned after being seated.We waited for quite sometime and were passed by several waitresses but were never asked to take a drink order or even acknowledged that we were there.After about 10 or 15 more minutes we got up and left and went next door to a Mexican restaurant that was busy.
We were in Brandon for several days and did give the chilli's there a try and it was good.
Not sure that I wish to remain a stock holder if this is what there customer service is going to be.

Chili's Grill & Bar drinks alcohol and florida laws! chili's restaurant stupid service

It is ridiculous that the laws in florida cause Chillis lose customers! There is no education in there, rude service when informing customers that alcoholic beverages can not be taken out of the place! ridiculous because in Miami they sell weapons anywhere and they consume drugs even in public places! the general manager does not have any sense of education!Food nothing out this world!

Chili's Grill & Bar food

On December 30th I attempted to place an order on line for pick up. When I went to place the order i received a message saying one of my items was unavailable so I tried to find out which item but it would not show me so I canceled the order and TRIED to place my same exact 2 for $22 order but I was told that I had to get broccoli and mashed potatoes as my sides I couldn't get what I wanted. I've ordered this same meal dozens of times with no issues. I was disappointed but I went ahead and got the broccoli anyway. Once I arrived at the restaurant my already bad experience turned worse my $22 bill was over $30 when I asked why I was told because there was an up charge for my steak which I wasn't told nor was I charged extra when trying to place the online order. I asked could I have what was on the 2 for $22 menu and I was given so much attitude that I left with no food and very upset and hungry. I love Chili's and frequent several times a month I don't want to stop visiting because of a bad experience

Chili's Grill & Bar missing ingredients

We order from this is that was me all the time and today they were just of their game! Not only did they forget my salsa to my chips but they scammed us on the eggrolls and my Cajun pasta Was so cold that the sauce already started separating and just turning into grease or some kind of butter. We only live five minutes up the road so I know it wasn't because it was our doing. I don't usually complain but I was really hungry and I look forward to this and it's disappointing to be disappointed especially when hungry

Chili's Grill & Bar dirty restaurant

We flew into St.Louis airport on a layover and went to eat in your restaurant.
75% of the tables weren't cleaned off. I ordered a drink and it was flat. Asked for another one and it was the same. Waitress was unfriendly. The chips were so soggy. We flew in there on the way home it looked a little better but after that experience I wouldn't go there again. I took a picture because I couldn't believe how messy it was. The date was November 6 around 930pm.

Chili's Grill & Bar food and service

My husband and I went too eat 11/06/17 and got two dr peppers and two old timers with cheese. Our burgers were greasy as hell and disgusting the server Dillon came by our table one time! Didn't even get a chance to complain to get it taken off the ticket. Every worker was too damn worried about sitting with their friends and eating. I've been here a few times and this was by far the worst experience and I want my money back

Food was cold and terrible at this location so was service and wait time.we waited an hour before food was finally deljvered to us.while our waitress did the best she could the manager and most servers stayed mostly hudled in the kitchen waiting for the orders to be filled.i know this because we were seated at the kitchen door. The 119th and Marshfield location is the worst ive seen any where...

Chili's Grill & Bar my 11:15 pickup order

I got a to go order this morning and picked it up at 11:15 at your Battle Creek location.
First thing I noticed was that the sunrise burger's presentation was so crappy. The lettuce was old and brown and nothing was completely on it. Also the side of bbq wasn't even bbq. Secondly I found a long blonde hair tangled in with my fries and chicken crispers. Super disappointed!

You should return the product along with your receipt to the restaurant of purchase. Hair is something they should definitely be notified about.

Chili's Grill & Bar service

Server was rude. When I asked for coffee she proceeded to explain that she did not want to brew a big pot just for one customer. Then she did not give one customer at our table his change back. She said no one could break a dollar. It's not the amount but the fact that she would not give a customer his change back. Gibson and university Albuquerque new Mexico location.

Chili's Grill & Bar everything

Terrible service 30 minutes before I got the food and the place was empty had to send back the steak twice and it was still over-cooked and Soggy and greasy raw asparagus instead of grilled sent back twice as well no comp on the meal. Didn't touch the steak or asparagus the second time they came out of the kitchen asparagus was still raw and steak was supposed to be rare and was burnt.. will never visit this franchise again this is my second experience.

waited 20 minutes for a server to welcome me
brought chips, salsa, and guacamole and Presidente Rita,
chips very oily, salsa, not much taste, guacamole not tasting good at all
Margarita, watery, very little tequila.
please note: Thursday evening, I was in the same Chili's and had a wonderful Margarita, perfect amount of tequila. I had the BBQ chicken breast and half order of ribs. All were great!

No one came back to take my food order. After another 30 minutes, I pain and left.

I would like my money back. $15.30 total.

Chili's Grill & Bar quality of food and service at the chili's in paragould arkansas

Quality of food was awful. We used to love to eat there, but lately the food is awful and the place needs a good cleaning. Service was not that great either. Not enough waitresses, we had to wait 50 mins on our food, and food was served on paper in a metal tray, food needs to be served on plates. When my tray was put in front of me it looked like chickens had been scratching in it.

Chili's Grill & Bar online order

Placed an order online and I should've checked everything before I left but felt confident in the restaurant. First off all I waited about 10 mins before anyone helped me to get my order but that isn't even what I'm upset about. We were missing 3 sides.. one of which we paid extra for and the steak was rare when that isn't how it was ordered. There were no napkin/silverware sets packed and both salads were incorrect. I never place reviews but I'm so disappointed with this order. I knew I should've checked before I left.

Chili's Grill & Bar employees not explaining your coupons until you get ready to pay

In Brownwood Tx, l had ordered my meal, explaining l had a coupons, when time to pay, she came up with all kind of excuses, you can't use this one and if you split your bill only one at a table can be used, l think they should explain it to patrons before stiffing them. I asked all this before ordering, and don't know if l want to go back, l usually go a lot, with a lot of friends, they will probably stop too, please train your employees better?

Chili's Grill & Bar baby back ribs

We had just survived Hurricane Irma in Florida. Since our power was out we decided to go to Chili’s Fleming Island Florida store #1247 for a warm family meal. The assured us they did not lose power. (9/12/17)They were very busy and service was slow but we understood due to extenuating circumstances. We had 4 adults and 1 child with us. We all ordered something different. I ordered the baby back ribs. We ate around 2pm. By 8 pm I was not feeling well. I spent the entire evening in the bathroom very sick with vomiting and diarrhea. I don’t think I ever been so weak and sick. No one else in my party got sick. I got a bad case of food poisoning. My husband called the restaurant the following day and spoke with a manager. They stated they would refund our money. (9/13/17 $84.00). I’ve called our credit card company checking on the refund periodically but it has never shown up. Today 10/22/17 my husband called and again spoke to a manager. Stated would have to go to general manager but he was out of town. Stated no one else complained so and now not sure they will refund even though they assured us a credit would be processed to our credit card. Why apologize and state you will give refund just to renig? What poor customer service! Instead of having a loyal customer you now have an angry customer. Word of mouth is powerful advertising. Please make this right. Keep your word and refund my money!
