Chili's Grill & Bar service/food

I had the worst experience at chili's tonight and will never return. Me and my daughter visited the location at 518 fm 1960 in Houston. We were ignored for about 15mins before someone actually came and took our order. We never received our drinks while we waited, and we waited for about ooh almost 45mins to get our food, in which we missed our bus because we waited so long and had to pay for a cab! My steak was suppose to be well done but it was over done and hard, usually the loaded mash are good but it had no taste, my daughter ordered honey chipotle wings but when we got home it was buffalo wings, we had none of our condiments we asked for, ranch or steak sauce butter nothing. Don't even remember getting a thank you. But that's fine I just will never visit here again. Besides the employees aren't very friendly.

Chili's Grill & Bar their entire menu-they could screw up a one man funeral march

I dont know what most restaurants use for hamburger meat but Chilis has the funk-if you would leave off so damn much Mayo and buy a better grade of beef-then hire some one that gives a crap how their food tastes you might come out on top. They constantly screw up orders such as not sending the tortillas when you order fajiatas-
If I had a magic wand then I would make all bad restaurants disappear and sentence their managers to eat their damn food 24/7-this is an area with very affluent clientele to have such SUBSTANDARD places to eat and Chilis is one.

Chili's Grill & Bar dirty disgusting place

Just left this restaurant. Pease do yourself a favor and go to another Chili's. Walking in we're looking at a dirty floor on both sides of the restaurant and a very slow Thursday evening.

We waited for nearly 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. We ordered chips and salsa and watched another table that arrived after us get there's first. Then had to ask again for our chips and salsa again.

My son likes to play on the table kiosks. Our first one wasn't working properly and had to be re-booted and still wasn't working. I was given a 2nd one and my hand rubbed some grease covered substance on the side of it.

Our food was brought to the table, not sure at this point why I decided to eat it, and my husband's wasn't included. A Manager took his plate back, and then brought out the wrong order.

By the time my husband got his correct order of fajitas I was finished eating. My last bite of my shrimp fajitas I bit into a shrimp peel. Stomach is feeling queasy as I keep thinking about the Popeye's that was exposed in Detroit for deplorable conditions. I cannot make this stuff appear any worse. O yes and photos are attached.

The regional Manager needs to come and make a visit. I will NOT be back I will drive across town to Canton or Northville to eat at another Chili's.

Chili's Grill & Bar food, service

I brought my mother in law and my 2 daughters in for lunch. The waitress was nice. But we ordered the 7 lunch specials. I got the mex chic bowl and my daughter got the double burger. My youngest got pasta with mashed potatoes and my mil got bacon ranch quesdilla. We waited 45 minutes for our food. 2 other tables were served that were seated after us. She comes out with the entrees. I had to ask her for my soup and she never gave my daughter her salad. She gives my other daughter her pasta and there's no mashed potato. Which I'm fine with but she should've known beforehand. And my other daughter ordered a plain burger it came with mustard. So we sent it back and we were pretty much done with our meal when she got her burger back.

Chili's Grill & Bar food & service

On 8/3/18 I ordered the Smoke house combo with dry rub ribs and brisket and a side of broccoli and mashed potatoes. When I got my order automatically I smelled a rank smell coming from the platter I tasted the brisket and it smelled old and sour and was very dry like it had been cooked in the microwave I automatically felt sick. I waited for my server to come back which was 10 mins later and told him he apologized and went to put in another order. While waiting I tasted my ribs and they tasted old as well like they had been cooked days before and just reheated. My brisket was brought out by the manager who waited for me to taste it and asked me how was it mind you it was sizzling so I waited a second but the smell from it was unbearable she told me it was supposed to have a old taste to it and said to try it. Then told her old is one thing but the meat tasted like dead old meat she got an attitude and walked off without asking me if I wanted anything else.. I tried to then eat my mashed potatoes and they as well were under cooked and cold

Chili's Grill & Bar poor management and customer service

I had attempted to place a to go order and was told that the location I was trying to order my dinner from was closed due to no hot water and that they would be opening back up tomorrow and got hung up on. Then I attempted to call and speak with a manager who says her name was Tasha whom I don't believe was very professional who claimed to be the manager about the situation and got hung up on again. Very poor customer service and couldn't believe this may be a true situation to be in.

Chili's Grill & Bar waitress and manager

Visited Chili's in Poughkeepsie, NY tonight to eat Dinner . We were seated and waited over 10 minutes for a waiter. We asked a waiter who was our server and he said he would track her down and came back and said he could not find her and took our drink orders . Still time passed-no
Waitress . Asked another waiter if he could help us and at least get us tortillas and salsa while getting our Waitress. She finally came over we told her another appetizer we wanted then our meals . We waited again a long while and we seen her and asked where our appetizer was and she asked what it was we ordered (by now my patience has worn thin) I tell her she looks for it comes back and says "the other waiter forget to put the appetizer in but your food is ready". I said you were the one that took our order, no one else . She left brought out our COLD food and my friends Burger had no Fries (still no refills on drinks) she went to get the fries and brings over our appetizer (is this a joke?) . I ask to speak to a Manager. I explained everything I have wrote here and the only thing he said to us was he would "take care of the appetizer" that's it . He did not speak to the waitress (her name was Jada) nor did he tell her we asked for refills mind you she never came back to the table ! I ask another Waiter to kindly get the Manager again . When he came over I asked if he had spoken to his waitress as she never bothered to come over and he said no he did not . I told him I would never return to that location again and that I would be writing a review and that we needed to go boxes and he could forget the refills . So, in an hour and a half we received no refills, bad service, bad Manager, cold food, forgotten French fries and appetizer . Never again !

Chili's Grill & Bar had a maggot on my broccoli

Today was my mom birthday. We as a party of six was greeted nicely at the door coming in. I was happy to celebrate my mom birthday. I ordered broccoli, corn on the cob, plain mash potatoes with the skin inside them. I've always loved eating at chili's up until now. I had a maggot on my broccoli. I showed people in the restaurant they also stated it was a maggot. Some people got up and left due to seeing what was on my food. I told the manager he wasn't concerned gone try and say it was a piece of rice as if we all was crazy. I never order rice and we all know what a maggot looks like. I even showed the waiter she looked at it like she was shocked to see it was on my food too. Manager stated he will take my order off the ticket that I don't have to pay for it. Paying is never an issue to me when I decide to dine in somewhere. This is unacceptable I've got pictures of it. I will be uploading it to every social media it is along with speaking to my attorney about the matter.

Chili's Grill & Bar bad service

I was having dinner with my family on July 24, 2018 at about 6:30 pm; I noticed that yesterday the restaurant was fairly empty compared to other days and I was happy about that because I knew the wait time would be less, unfortunately for me this was not the case we sat on our table ( table 6) for about 20 minutes before our server even spoke to us. he passed us about 5 times and just looked at us and never said anything to us. I ordered my daughter mac and cheese and there was a piece of plastic in the mac and cheese our food took so long to come and my daughter had time to finish all her food before ours arrived. my sons chicken pasta had hair in the food and was really disturbing. I am very sad to see that a place where my family and I loved to come on very often has become this way because this chili's was not like this before but I noticed it is becoming worse and worse each time we arrive. the service is something that has made me not want to return.

I am not asking for discounts/coupons or any free meals I am just telling you that this locations needs to be checked on and staff needs to be trained because its awful what is happening here.

Chili's Grill & Bar service

Haven't been to Chili's in about six months but went last night to celebrate my birthday.
The service was extremely slow which is unusual. The music was deafening! And I love music, but we literally had to scream to hear one another across the table.

We waited and waited for our order, which again, is unusual. When it came, it was obvious it had been sitting as everything was cold . My quesadilla's were not only cold but tasted like the tortillas were stale to start with. They were hard and the cheese was long since warm and melty. Actually, they tasted like yesterday's warmed over and were still cold. Not sure anyone even warmed them.

I ordered the free dessert but they were having trouble with the machines so it didn't go through . Again, we waited and waited and finally had to ask the waitress about it. The dessert was the only acceptable thing we ordered ! By the way, the waitress was wonderful. We had no complaints with her.

We were very disappointed . We have been meeting there for months on a regular basis but now are thinking of going to a different place. Chili's has always been so good . It used to be our favorite place but now I hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
I realize it may just be this restaurant but nonetheless it gives them all a bad name.
I don't usually give negative ratings but this was too bad to ignore. Sorry.

Chili's Grill & Bar chili's delivery service in egypt

I am a regular customer in Chili's restaurants in Egypt for so many years I usually order the delivery service once or twice a month.
For the third time during the last 6 months today I get the same unprofessional service where the call center agent tells me that the order takes 60 mins and I stay for 2 hours with nothing and the calling back for feedback giving me the same response the order is on the way. From the previous experiences I knew that the orders sometimes don't reach the restaurant and they start to prepare it on the 2nd call (when customer complains) This is totally unacceptable and the restaurant manager who called didn't offer any solution as always not even a good gesture of compensation or anything. I am never going to eat in Chili's again. Thanks for ruining everything.

Chili's Grill & Bar alcohol refusal

On July 17th, 2018 at approx 6:45pm I tried to order a margarita. I had lost my ID a few days ago & just ordered a new one online at the DMV today. I printed it out since it said to use that as a temp ID. I ALSO had a pic of my valid ID on my phone. A blonde manager denied both forms of ID and refused to serve me. She stated that "in chili's regulations they cannot accept a printed out temporary ID that does not have a picture attached with it". Mind you - I ORDERED A NEW ONE ONLINE FROM THE STATE OF TEXAS. It clearly showed my DL number, DOB, address and everything else that MATCHED my actual drivers license in the picture on my phone. So HOW could they deny me, when it clearly matched and I had a picture of myself on my actual drivers license, and I looked no different than in my picture. I do not know the name of the manager, but she was a blonde manager working in the bar section of chili's in the woodlands Texas on the night of July 17th, 2018.

Chili's Grill & Bar service at chattinooga plaza va

I came to eat with my best friend brittnie, she has a service dog for PTSD. We ate but saw pink in our hamburgers daryl one of the managers took off her bill we didnt expect it so me and her gave tip! We get to her car and the bartender Robert and a server britney came out to her car and said "did you give tip?" I said yes "robert said "dont [censored]ing come here if your not gonna tip. Brittnie started to cry and was having a panic attack, i walked in there with brittnies $3 that she wanted to give to the server brittnie walked in with me told daryl the situation and she left, robert came back up to me, i told him she has PTSD you just put her in a panic attack and i walked off... my fiancee zoey king works there and im disapointed that the GM did not do anything about it didnt fire no one! I want robert and there server britney fired with how disrespectful and rude they were!

Chili's Grill & Bar cleanliness or lack of

We visited Chili's on Rushing Rd, Denham Springs, Louisiana on Friday, July 13, 2018. When I visited the restroom, I noticed the walkway leading through customers tables towards the kitchen, had water all over the floor with no Wet Floor signs, the kitchen floor was soaked with water, food & who knows what else. There was a employee using her hands to rake food off the counter onto the floor in the kitchen. I made my way to the restroom, very carefully so I didn't fall. I'm glad I was only there with friends who was eating & I was not. Lord knows if the food is fresh, clean, had not fallen on the floor... I dont know who the manager is, but a new one needs to be in there. I will not go back there, it was pretty discugusting...

Chili's Grill & Bar advertising

Your commercials featuring the tapping glass is incredibly annoying. I mute it's every time it comes on. Everyone I know mutes it every time it comes on. Stop using this annoying earworm of a commercial. The tapping glass was cool back in the 90s but it is old now. So please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please stop using this commercial.

I used to work in chili's middle east and I left a year ago however one of your team has been installing me with no reason I have no clue why he is doing that but I know you are a respected company and you won't Allow that happen when someone names is connected to chili's please ask Arabic speaker to read it as it is a huge humiliation.

Chili's Grill & Bar alcohol policy

My family and I decided to visit one of our favorite restaurants for their economical two for one meals. Upon requesting our ID's for the alcohol, our server notified us that we would need manager approval since my wife and I were under the age of 30. This policy is understandable. It was up until the manager refused my wife's ID due to teeth marks made by my German Shepard. I immediately was upset since my wife could not enjoy herself a margarita with her meal. I asked the manager for some discretion but she was unwilling to supply. My family and I will no longer be a customer to a business that will deny the customer service that any person deserves. I am 26 years old, while my wife is 24 years old and are legally old enough to enjoy a glass of what we choose. This will be the last time we visit Chilli's in the Danada Square Wheaton, IL, or any Chilli's/affiliates after this uncomfortable fiasco. I hope the Chilli's leading teams will do better for future customers.

Came to chilies with a friend and got there at 6:50pm. Just before happy hour was about to end. Got a couple drinks and ordered our food. We ordered Bacon ranch quesadillas and chicken strips. By 8pm we still hadn't got our food and ended up asking if they would just box it up To go and we would eat at home. We counted 4 tables that got there after us that were served before us. Just extremely disappointing. I think over an hour wait time is not okay. And by having it boxed up To go and having to eat at home our meal just wasn't the same. Total bummer to go to a restaurant with intentions of eating there and not even being served. Don't know when we will return for another girls night.

Chili's Grill & Bar dine-in experience

I went with my wife to dinner on April 21, 2018. Our server was Carrie L. Rivas, in the Mount Dora, FL 32757 location. We waited 45 minutes before anyone approached the table. We asked if we could have some chips and salsa and were told they were no longer free. We proceeded to order. She took our order and had barely left when we called her back to ask about a brochure with some specials on it that we noticed was on the table. We asked if they were available at that time. She said yes. We asked if we could please switch our order to those. She said no. It was too late. I believe a good server would mention the specials and be willing to please the customers, especially after such a long wait. We noticed she seemed irritated. Her attitude was one of impatience. Another server kindly brought us our food. Our former server went about serving other tables, not bothering to ask the usual, Is everything okay, can I get you anything else, etc. We were not offered refills. I had to ask another server for one. I just wanted to let you know we were very disappointed with the service and treatment received. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

Chili's Grill & Bar greensburg in. restaurant service, cleanliness

Went to this chilis as a group of 7 and waited to be seated, understandibly. But then after ordering we waited an hour for our food. We ate, and then waited another hour for our bill! Management never came, though we told our server we were unhappy. Called manager, once we were home and they said we would receive something in the mail; we didn't. Hadnt eaten here in a long while due to unhappy time in the past.
