Chili's Grill & Bar service/charge

Hello my name is Candice . My husband and I have been going to chilis atleast 3x a week for the last 6 years, we first started at the bar and grill in modesto, ca after we had moved an hour away we would still drive to modesto because we really enjoyed the staff, then one of our waitresses moved to the Turlock store so we started going there and have for about 4 years, we are "regulars" . All the staff know what we eat and drink we get the same thing every time especially our drinks. My husband gets a coke and I get a Long Island with an add shot of patron, my second drink is the same but without the add shot, all the staff make it the same way, well then there is Nicole. When she started at the bar she would make my drink the way I liked, then one time I had asked if she put the extra shot in and she said yes, now I know my drink and the extra was not in there and I said are you sure she said "ya" I said I don't think you did then I got attitude. I wasn't happy about paying for something I didn't get, maybe 2 days later we go back we walk in and Nicole is at the bar and usually she would greet us with a smile and ask how we were, now we got the most hateful look and when I said hello she acted like we weren't there. I thought fine whatever. We ordered got my drink and again it's not right, so I asked someone else to make it and it was exactly the way I have been getting it for the last 6years. So again we go back a few days later and same thing happens but now only the bartender is to make it because Nicole wasn't happy about someone else making my drink so I had the manager make it, then last night we went and same scenario one if the bartender was getting cut an Nicole was going to be bar tending so before she took over I had the other make my drinks so I would have to deal with Nicole, well again Nicole wasn't happy about that so she went to santos and started a major drama fest over it. This has gotten completely out of hand ! I try to go around her and have someone else make it so we don't have to deal with her. My husband and I work very hard we go to chilis to wind down and relax and enjoy the staffs company not to be treated with attitude and drama. Not only is she rude but if she doesn't like something she tries to get other staff in trouble this is completely ridiculous this is a place if business not high school! We have been here along time and I have seen chilis go through many changes and honestly some amazing staff that had been there many years had been let go for ridiculous reasons and I cannot believe that they would allow someone who can create problems to stay and let go of others who care about their customers! If it wasn't for the customers you would not have a business! I was so stressed out from our visit last night that I told my husband I think we need to find another place, I am not going to go in there and deal with Nicole's attitude and her possibly get someone fired because she's throwing a childish temper tantrum. Completely ridiculous!

Chili's Grill & Bar customer service

Location- 5809 Lone Tree Way, Antioch, Ca 94531
Time: between the hours of 7:15pm - 9:00pm at the very latest.
I love Chili's. I go often. After a long day, I wanted my favorite margarita "The Presidente" and chips & salsa. I go in the car and order just that. The chips and salsa come right out, waited about 20 minutes for the drink. It wasn't busy at all. The server didn't tell the bartender right away so it wasn't his fault. I don't complain cuz I just don't unless I have to. I get my drink and decide to order that grilled chicken sandwich with guacamole and bacon. That's it- 1 meal. About 35 minutes later I get my sandwich and I am hungry so I'm eating and about 3 bites into it, it hits me that something isn't right. I look and there's no guacamole and no bacon. Not to mention, I have no water, all chips are gone because the young female server, with dark hair, working as a server in the bar that night never checked on my table, not ever, without me asking for her. I figured she must be new, so I tried to give her grace. I just want to enjoy myself. This same server walks by and I ask her to stop and respectfully let her know that my sandwich is wrong and open it up to show her. Her response: "Oh, I'll get you some guacamole and bacon." Saying this while rushing herself away from my table as fast as she can. I was astonished. That was seriously her response? I contemplated asking for the manager because whenever I've had problems in the past at Chili's, which has been VERY infrequent, the managers have always seemed to been able to figure it out and bring resolve. Yet, I just didn't and thought maybe server was having the same kind of day I was.
Another 15 minutes go by and I'm still not given guacamole or bacon. The person I'm at the table with needed a Coke Zero refill and was waiting to be able to ask for it. We'd now been there for an hour and 15 minutes at this point and he had only had one glass of soda brought. He was thirsty. She finally walks by again, no mention of guacamole or bacon, and the person I'm with asks for a refill. She looks irritated and says yes. Now I'm frustrated.
I decided eating my wrong sandwich a little would satisfy my hunger but I really wanted my right one. I decide I need a manager. Before I have a chance to ask, a guy probably 30's, possibly 40's, white, - brown straight short hair- comes to my table and mind you- I still have my wrong sandwich and the server never brought me back anything she said she would.. and he proceeds to tell me that he's the manager and crouches down on his knees at the table I'm at and says "so, I hear there's a problem?" And I hadn't even asked for him yet or anything... so, I say, "well yeah, my sandwich had no guacamole, no bacon, my margarita is now gone and I wanted it with my meal, I don't know if I'm waiting for guac and bacon now or what" and he literally says, while looking at my wrong sandwich "well, they're making you a new one so you'll have it in a few minutes" and just looks at me- that's it. No apology for how long I've waited, no sincerity in his tone of voice, he acted honestly offended. Why would he be offended? All I wanted was an enjoyable night at one of my favorite restaurants and I haven't even complained yet and I'm being treated this way? At the very least, even an uncaring, but still professional manager would have known at this level of bad service, you should at least OFFER to comp SOMETHING, anything, or even a free dessert. I would have appreciated at least an apology. I got nothing. Hinestly? Is it possible that maybe someone who wasn't a manager pretended to be one to cover for a friend or something? He was just so off. I would look into it. Most sadly of all, I didn't get a night that I really have needed in a long time.
Finally, now another 15-20 minutes after this manager informed me I was getting a "new sandwich" he brings it to me and the Coke Zero refill too by the way. Yes, the person I was with waited that long, for one refill. He brings it, offers no apology, just says: "here ya go, can I get you anything else?" I said, "yes a box." I waited for my box, paid the entire bill IN FULL and left with finally what I ordered. It just completely ruined my evening. I left a HORRIBLE review and mentioned the manager but I didn't know his name. I purposely did mention in my comments tho that at least the bartender did as his customer asked, and made a great margarita, because he didn't do anything wrong. I didn't even mention the horrible service from the young, dark haired, server in the bar that night either because, with her manager being such an incredible disappointment, there's no point- if it sucks at top- it sucks all over.
I regret paying my bill. I deserve a full refund. I paid $28.23 last night, 6/18/18, using my debit card. I paid using the table kiosk machine. I wish I obtained the names of the server and "manager" before I left, but, with that information, I am sure you can see who was on shift. I sat in the bar. Again, the hours were between 7:00-9:00pm at the latest.

Chili's Grill & Bar service

My family of 5 went to celebrate my daughter's birthday today and after being seated we waited 10 minutes with no service. My family and I decided to leave. I asked for a manager and waited another 5 minutes and no one showed up. As my family and I were gathering our things to leave a server finally showed up to say, "I'm sorry, it was my fault. I didn't see you, " but this particular server walked past our table several times and she and I made eye contact several times. I watched as 4 servers sat in a back corner conversing and snacking and no one bothered to serve us.
This saddened me because this is my favorite restaurant to patronize. We ended up going to Friday's instead.

Chili's Grill & Bar getting half full soups to go. but paid full price

I took my son to chillis in yukon oklahoma. After I paid ticket and tipped. My to go order of 2 soups. Was missy half full. And when I said something. Your employees laugh and say yes I know... But you still charge full price! You too people off! I will not ever eat there again.. I will tell everyone about your bad service! I will blow you up on twitter and social media... You suck ads piece of [censored] that must have 350 words. You suck you suck you suck

Chili's Grill & Bar my house salad

I visited the Chilis in Lakewood CA on June 9th at approx 7:30pm with my mother we ordered the 2 for 22 deal and for my starter I ordered the house salad while eating my salad after about the third bite I noticed a green bug alive moving in my salad. I informed our waitress who removed the salad the manger came over and was very unprofessional stated he didn't know how it was a live bug in my salad because the salads come shipped frozen. I informed him that how is that possible wouldn't the salad be weathered. We were so discussed that the food wasn't handle with care that we couldn't eat our food. I have attached a video

Chili's Grill & Bar billing

We went to the Chili's in Mesquite, Tx on 6/14/18. We got 2 burgers ($11.59 each), 2 waters, and "free" chips and salsa. I also had a $20 gift card that was applied to our balance, which was still $9.60 (plus tip). We came straight home, and both got very ill. I was very sick for 24 hrs after eating. We were also charged $3.89, plus tax, for the "free" chips & salsa. I have tried to call them several times over the last 24, plus, hrs and tried to file something on their site, and have not been able too! I hope no one else got ill after eating there, or was ripped off! None of this adds up!

Chili's Grill & Bar quality and appearance of food

My husband and I ate at the Chili's restaurant at Smithfield Commons in Smithfield, RI on June 6, 2018. It has been quite a while since eating at your establishment. Our favorite meal was the fajitas for 2. Was told that was no longer available on the menu. My husband ordered it for himself. When it arrived there was no sizzling dish as we remembered and he had 3 wraps rolled up in tin foil. Not appetizing at all. Had maybe a tablespoon of shredded cheese, little sour cream and a tablespoon of guacamole on a dish. Such a disappointment considering the price of the meal. I ordered the bacon ranch steak quesadillas. Again, the presentation was not appetizing at all. My husband and I felt like we were eating at a Taco Bell. I can't remember ever a time that I wrote a complaint about a meal but felt this was the right thing to do.

Chili's Grill & Bar quality of food

The quality and the grade of the Chicken is not what it used to be at all.
I remember when the Chicken was really really good, I'm not sure what
the company is using now, but my cat probably wouldn't eat it.
It's like a fast food McDonald's quality for sure.
Please bring back the better food, even if you have to raise the prices.
Your not going to be in business selling this garbage!

Chili's Grill & Bar service and food.

My hamburgers were raw and when brought to the attention of our waitress, she proceeded to go in the back and bad mouth us and laugh about it until they realized we were watching them. Completely rude. We waited awhile for our food considering they were busy and then waited another 20 minutes until our waitress came back so we could tell her about the problem. They stood in the kitchen entrance and talked for about 5 minutes and also pointed numerous times and were laughing.

Chili's Grill & Bar bill

I vicited Chili's on May 28, 2018 (Store #290 on 15355 SW Frwy Sugar Land Tx 77478) and my bill was about 90 dollars. I was over charged and & due to them forgetting an entree on my order that I recieved about 30 mins later I was promise the dish free but they didn't deduct it I'm basically asking what can be done? I called the store and spoke with the night manager and my problem was not correctly handled I recieved bad serivce from the manager.

Chili's Grill & Bar service /noise

I was at this restaurant Saturday on May 26 around 7:00 p.m., there was a table next to us with 2 mothers and 3 children where 2 of the children were very loud disruptive disrespectful and causing a lot of problems. I told the waitress to about this situation and she said there was nothing she could do about it. The manager at that time did not do anything about it. Everyone surrounding the table was upset and angry because the problem was not being fixed. Everyone surrounding the table were not able to enjoy their meal in peace and quiet. Something should have been done about this and I am very upset about this.

I am at the Chester Va location. I am with a party of 5. The waitress was very polite. My concern is we waited 45 mins for our food to come out. We only ordered appetizers. Once the food came out it was all cold. Plates were hot from sitting under the heat lamp but all the food was cold. We complained to the manager who discounted out entire ticket. We usually come to this chili's 2x a month. I am very disappointed in our services today. This was very unfortunate.

I am at the Chester Va location. I am with a party of 5. The waitress was very polite. My concern is we waited 45 mins for our food to come out. We only ordered appetizers. Once the food came out it was all cold. Plates were hot from sitting under the heat lamp but all the food was cold. We complained to the manager who discounted out entire ticket. We usually come to this chili’s 2x a month. I am very disappointed in our services today. This was very unfortunate.

Chili's Grill & Bar advertising

I feel your margarita sign at the tables is false advertisement. A friend and I had dinner at one of your Oklahoma locations and ordered watermelon margaritas off of the menu on the table that advertised $5 margarita month. The waitress never told us of any other specials. When we got our bill the drinks were 7.99. We had 2 each. Then the waitress proceeds to tell us that they were thinking of taking the sign off the table because it so misleading to so many. See photo

Chili's Grill & Bar birthday dinner

Good Evening. I would like to tell you of our experience at your location at 12740 S Rt 59 in Plainfield, Il this evening for my daughter's 10th birthday. My family of 5 arrived at 4:30 p.m. and were greeted and seated rather quickly. Our server was Christian and though he was very nice and pleasant it took him 10 minutes before he greeted us. We ordered our drinks and he began to walk away when I said "We would like to order some appetizers please" He said "Sure" and we ordered chips and guac and texas cheese fries. I also said that we were ready to place our order as well. It took 10-15 minutes to get our appetizers. As we waited almost 50 minutes for our meal. I noticed that a table that came in after us had ordered and had already received their food. I asked to speak to the manager (April) I explained that what had happened and that on top of all of that poor service my 6 oz steak came out with fries instead of broccoli. The server took my plate back and when he return all that they did was remove the fries and replaced the broccoli. The plate was smeared with steak sauce and at that point April was at our table talking to us telling me that we only waited 15 minutes from the time that the order was placed. I said that we had been sitting there for 50 minutes and she told me that I was not sitting there that long. I said "please do not tell me how long I have been sitting here. It is my daughter's birthday and the apps took forever, the meals came out 2 at a time for a party of 5 and there were only 6 tables in the whole place. the service was horrible, I rejected my meal because it was cold and the manager was argumentative with a customer. I can tell you that I have never been so angry at a place as to write corporate but felt this one deserved it. My daughter's birthday dinner was ruined and our experience was horrible to say the least. Chili's Grill & Bar food

Hi, I ordered food online at the Chili's in Wareham, MA. I ordered the chicken fajitas, chips and salsa, and the bacon cheeseburger off the 2 for $22 menu. After I had ordered l, I received a call saying they were out of both the chips and salsa I ordered and all burgers. I thought it was very odd but we changed our order to the Texas cheese fries and the buffalo ranch sandwich. The lady on the phone was friendly and said that the price wouldn't change because it was there fault not ours. When we went into chili's to pay for our order, they not only were very rude but made us pay the full amount for the food instead of the $22. I kindly asked why we weren't charged just the $22 because the lady on the phone said we wouldn't have to and it clearly wasn't our fault they didn't have the food we originally wanted. The lady told us that it doesn't work that way and we have to pay the full price, very rudely. We asked to speak to a manager and she said it wouldn't make a difference. We decided to pay and leave because our food was getting cold. I find this very disrespectful and I believe they should've handled this in a better matter.

Chili's Grill & Bar steak

Only been twice and BOTH times sitting at bar ordered steak, med, came same time as salad and was well Done and dry .thin pc of meat like golden coral meat. Today I get it Raw after telling same waitress to look out for it. Manager Jose came to tell me my Language is unacceptable and he can ask me to leave. Instead of caring about my food and CHILIS reputation he choose to side with cooks . I won't go there EVER again in the state of California where it seems as if they Matter MORE then the Consumers. U should Tighten DOWN the Young kids u promote to manager if they can Respect Your BUSINESS...

Hi,
This is the second time we've been to this location, service is super slow. This time our entrees were dried out. I think maybe sat under the lights for to long. We did get great side salad & then 30 minutes later came the entrees. Usually have quality food at Mountain View, Ca. location. This was super dried out, please credit me and I'd love to give your restaurant another chance! Date: 5/8/2018 Server: Young @549pm, please reference # 2090001, house salad $3.49, mango chicken $10.79, ancho salmon $15.29, total with tax and tip $36.73 on visa. Chili's Grill & Bar credit card hacked

On my birthday May 6th 2018, which I turned 50 went to have lunch there in Bradenton Florida, told the waiter is was my birthday and he looked at me like ok and your point is? On May 11th looked on my bank app and my credit card was hacked the same time chili's was to blame for their [censored] security check out payment. I was negative in my bank and couldn't get any groceries or any Mother's Day stuff . I will never eat at chili's again ! You're not very sympathetic on what happened to a lot of customers getting hacked not just me ! The waiter never offered a discount for my veteran husband. What's happened to chili's?

Chili's Grill & Bar poor customer service from management

I made a takeout order on Mother's Day and I noticed my bill was cheaper than expected so I asked the cashier if she put the order in correctly. She had forgotten my wings ( she admitted it was her mistake). That was no problem. The issue is my other food was ready a lot earlier than the wings and say on the counter. When I arrived home, some food was missing and two of my meals were extremely cold and dried out. I spent well over $50 for everything so I called to speak with a manager. I was on hold for 13 minutes and finally had to call from another phone to get through. When I told the manager, he suggested I may have called a different number because no other lines were holding. ( I let him hear my line on speaker phone). At any rate, I explained what my problem was and he just held the phone. I had to ask what he could do to rectify the situation. Not one time did he apologize for what happen or try to comfort me willingly about my experience. Isn't that what managers are trained to do? He eventually said he would make the food over, than asked will 2 entres be enough to make me better? His entire attitude and reluctance to help gave me a poor taste in my mouth, in which I never want to support this business again. The food was absolutely disgusting (all except the wings).
