Chili's Grill & Bar extremely long wait time for a salad

I arrived at Chili's at 6:09. Around 6:15 I was seated. I ordered the buffalo salad. My daughter ordered the ranchero chicken taco. After waiting until 7:00 with no food. I approached another server to request a bill for the beverages and to cancel my order. Just as a was returning to the table, Victoria, my server, arrives with the food. People who were seated after me was served and left by the time i received my order. I am a former waitress. I've had experience in the restaurant business. This was totally ridiculous. I was given a dessert for the wait but that will not make the situation better. I'm so disgusted that i have made the decision to take my business elsewhere. If i return to Chili's, it definitely won't be at this location. I left the restaurant at 7:27. The picture consist of the salad that i ordered. I took 3 bites and asked for a take out box. The chicken was overcooked

Chili's Grill & Bar management

I would like to complain about the worst service I got here in Chilies-Aljubail -Fanateer branch.
First when we came a philipino waiter asked us to wait in the corner for our turn . We noticed 2 families coming from outside and allowed to be seated immediately. I told the waiter that we came first but he said that those people had been waiting outside for their turn. This is totally unbelievable. How can they Waite outside and when we came there where none of them. They just came and sat!
Then a group of ladies with their kids came from the beach( I could see through the glass door) and they immediately sat in an empty table without even asking for one and the waiter and the manager said nothing. The preferred to serve her first. This is totally irresponsible and irrespective that we politely waited for our turn to be seated and watching this nonsense going on. My husband got mad and talked to the manager he answered with cold tone that we are #2 and they would prepare a table immediately. To your notice the manager ( the Arab man with blue shirt) and most of the waiters were not wearing name tags. Is that even allowed ? There was also another Arab man on black shirt, that I don't know what was he doing. The only thing I noticed that he came every 10m to walk around tables. Those people do not provide the expected respectful service that people of Jubail deserve. I don't think they are proper fit for this. A manager should be able to manage well in such situations

Slow service bad management Sherry and Adam make a bad team mostly Sherry unhelpful & combative just needed to redeem our rewards on separate checks separate people one for a free appetizer my order other person chips and salsa but made it a big no no issue then honored rewards magically after they finally separated our checks how it should have been to begin with big deal for nothing ruined the night out never had a problem before wont ever come back to Brandon Florida Location near I75 ever again especially if that staff is on the clock bad management Sherry and slow service Adam

Chili's Grill & Bar dinner for my birthday with family!

We decided on September 22nd to go have chilis for my birthday. When we got seated my husband told the waitress it was my birthday. The waitress never came and filled our drinks or checked on us. When it was time to leave we didnt even get a thanks for coming or even a birthday treat. This was by far the worst experience I have had here. Being in a time when I have so many options were I can go. I dont feel chilis deserves our business.

Chili's Grill & Bar togo order

I ordered a late dinner on the chili's app and picked it up in store.
I order the 2 for $22 deal
I choose chips and salsa for the appetizer that it offered and the salsa was not in the bag once I got home.
I order potato soup, called to make sure it wont have bacon or green onions, Got home it had both in the soup. I can't have pork so I couldn't even enjoy the soup, which is the reason I wanted to go to chili's.

Chili's Grill & Bar manager steve was horrible

So me and my sister was going to chilli's yesterday and as we get there we notice the hostess was crying and I asked what was wrong but she didn't want to tell me and as I'm eating I noticed the manager come over as she was holding the door open for someone and he started yelling and making a scene and saying how she wasn't doing her job right but the whole time she was always so kind and sweet and never had a problem with her and he was making her cry even more and he gave no [censored]s that she was crying and he was out of line and causing a scene while I was trying to enjoy my meal and he was just being an butt and he is no way capable of being a manager he should get fired or at least someone talk to him because he was out of line thank you and please make sure he doesn't do this again. Chili's Grill & Bar product

I visited Casa Linda location yesterday with a guest.
She took one bite of her burger and found hair in the bite.
The server was very concerned and called manager a tall white man. He said he would ck out and never returned. They made her another selection to go, since I was thru by the time it was addressed.
Charged and paid for full order.
The table across from us had issue too!
The manager remade his order too, brought it to his table, was very appoligetic and said there would be no charge for his dinner.
I frequent that location, was very embarrased about the treatment we received.

Chili's Grill & Bar service

My family and I visited chili's at 3803 Clemson blvd. in Anderson, S.C. On Tuesday, Sept. 4th and from the moment we walked in, we should have turned around and walked out. It was not busy at all considering it was dinner time, and there was no one to greet us. We stood there looking around for at least 5 minutes, and we saw 3 people standing behind the bar, but never acknowledged us. Finally, we heard someone say they will be with us in minute. We were seated and sat there for more than 10 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink order . We saw a girl walking around and looking at us occasionally and she was our waitress. She approached us with such an attitude and we did not understand what she was asking . Apparently she was asking what we were drinking. We placed our order for apps and entree because we knew we were in for a terrible experience already. She brought our drinks and walked away. We needed a straw and she had such an attitude but I let it go because we did not want our food to be comprised. When she brought our entrees out, she told us that they were out of the chipotle sauce for the chipotle chicken crispers so they brought another sauce. If we didn't like it, let her know. Well, we needed another silverware and that caused another attitude. Needless to say, we never saw her again to see if we liked our sauce, or to refill our drinks. The chicken was so over cooked that we couldn't eat it even with the sauce she brought. That is our favorite meal and we order it every time we visit a Chili's. At that point, we had enough and I approached the bartender to speak to a manager. He was very kind and asked if he could help in any way. I said no thank you I needed a manager. He went to get a manager and I again waited for at least 10 minutes while some employees were I assume curious and kept coming out to look . When the manager walked out, I then realized that he was one of the people behind the bar ignoring us when we first walked in. However, I had no choice but to discuss the issue with him at that point. When I explained all of the issues that we had, and made it very clear we would never be back, he did listen but I felt like he was just telling me things I wanted to hear. I immediately told him that I was not looking for any compensation but just wanted him to know so he could fix it in the future. When I told him about the chicken being so awful that we didn't eat it, he told me there was nothing he could do for me with that meal but if I gave him my address he would mail me a $5.00 coupon. I could not believe it. I was so insulted that I just listened to him and left. I can not stress enough how awful we were treated by this waitress. We have never been treated like that in all of my 50 years of eating out and especially eating at Chili's . I will tell you that we will never be back to that location EVER! All I can tell you is our waitress was a tall African American girl on the date mentioned above. Our receipt was never emailed to us like it should have been, so I do not know her name. What I do know is she should never be around people, especially in that job . I hope this helps in training people to treat people with respect.

Chili's Grill & Bar queso and lemonade

I bought the 3 for 10 to go. At the last minute when I got there I added chips and queso. Where I was raised(california) queso means cjeese and thats what I told the server that is what I was expecting. She ignored me and brought out my order. Since she didn't explain your version of "queso" was a watered down disapointing watered down chili. That was disapointing enough as your "queso" is terrible and watered down. Top that off with a watered down tasteless lemonade. I spent 17.54 and I feel ripped off.will never buy from you again.

Chili's Grill & Bar service

We went to the Chili's in Ocala, FL approximately at 13:15 on 09/14/18 and sat in a booth at the bar. Our server ignored us through the visit, the lunch rush was over and she was in the back screaming, laughing and when she did come out, she went to EVERY table around us. My drink sat empty for over 20 minutes, and after being halfway done with my meal she decided to ask if I wanted another. My husbands fries were old and cold, his meat was lukewarm. We won't be going back. The Manager has absolutely no respect from or control of his staff

Order To-go on Sunday 09/09/2018 went into the New Iberia location to pick up my order with my daughter upon waiting for order to of their workers began to have a argument in the kitchen area calling each other bi**he's and Wh**res they where going at each other to fight talk about DIDNT CARE WHO WAS LOOKING ARE WHO WAS THERE ITS A FAMILY RESTAURANT KIDS EAT HERE ..NOT UFC ... Chili's Grill & Bar food quality

Ordered 2 chicken ranch sandwiches, 1-sanchwich was served burnt hard & crispy sent it back, server brought a fresh chicken sandwich, server said sorry for the inconvenience would adjust check to remove 1 chicken sandwich meal, instead charged us for 3 removed 1 then said it was comped? After 15-20 minutes The mannager then came over said the reason 3 were charged to the bill was For product reporting-stated he was sorry for the inconvenience he would see what he could do. We spent way more time there than we wanted to, what a bad experience we had at chili's with all the misinformation gross brunt hard and cristy food we are not likly to return to this chilis.

Chili's Grill & Bar paper under the food being served

I order the smokehouse combo when my dinner came out it was on a stainless steel tray with brown paper underneath it. When I proceeded to eat it I was cutting into the drown paper and it started to get soggy I did not want to send it back due to the fact that I did not want to watch my family eat or they watch me eat after it came back out on a plate ( I do not trust anything that I send back and comes back out ) It was also was cold. It was not the server fault she was polite I think you should be given a choice how your food should come out on a plate or on brown paper.

Went to chili's today. My husband and I were treated very disrespectfully by the girl bringing our food to us. Her name was Jordan. She brought my husband's salad and asked if we were missing one I replied yes. She brought out a salad with oil and vinegar and I stated I had a salad with ranch. She brought me a new salad and my husband asked for a side of ranch. She very rudely stated "anything else?" We said no thank you. She brings out the ranch and slams it down in front of my husband without 2 words and storms off. We have never had an experience like this here. We dine at this establishment weekly and have spent beyond thousands here over the years. We were both a bit taken aback because we treated her very nicely with please and thank yous. Not sure if we'll be returning at this point.

I walked into one of your establishments located in the downtown area of jersey city NJ and my wife and I was treated with nothing but disrespect, I was told in order to get the happy hour deal I would have to sit at the bar because it would not be honored anywhere else in the restaurant which if I'm spending my money I should be allowed to sit wherever I want not be told where I can and can't sit so I took my wife and money to Applebee's where I will be going from now on your staff need to be more understanding and accommodating not be rude and tell your customers oh well when they're being asked to explain the reason for their incompetence and the day this happens was this past Sunday evening after 330 pm

I had horrible service I asked for 3 waters with lemons and a mango ice tea what I received were waters with limes. I then informed the waiter these were not lemons he stated chili's had a shortage of lemons therefore they didn't have lemons. The water taste like really bad tap water, kind of tasted like chlorine. I then informed the waiter and he said that's how they're water tasted and he informed me it was tap water I was then forced to buy 3.10 Dasani waters. It took 32 minutes to get our food and not once did the waiter check on us. We asked the waiter what was taking so long and he shrugged it off buy saying he can go check if we wanted. I then received the bill and had been charged $25 over. I informed the waiter and he finally fixed it. Horrible service. Store #1084. Waiters name Irving. My father use to be the manager at this store and it was never this bad.

Do not do online service at chili's on cheltenham ave. They have the worst customer service ever. Wanted in line for 20 minutes while members of the staff walked pass, only one employee acknowledged the 6 of us that were standing in line and i heard her tell the other staff members that there was a line of people waiting to pick up. They were laughing in the back playing around, so i asked for the manager, she comes out 5 minutes later, never apologized or acted concerned. I asked for the general managers number and she gave me the number to the store. I would never visit this chili's again. I would travel out of the neighborhood when ordering out.

Had the worst service ever at the Chili's at ORD airport in Chicago. Store ID: ORDCHI03
First I set there for 10 minutes with nothing offered.
Then the waitress came out no where, and said "what do you want to eat?" No greeting or anything. While I was placing my order she started walking away, I said I'd also like something to drink, Glass of Lemonade and a glass of water.
Went to the next table and took there in the same nasty manner.
No Manager in the area at all. There were three parties at the tables surrounding me that just left as they could not wait any longer to be serve. Ordered a burger with Onion rings, she replied "we don't carry Onion Rings" when I said why are they on the Menu, there was no response and walked away. After 40 minutes I received the burger which was literally thrown on the table and she walked away. 10 minutes later was walking by, noticed I wasn't eating and said I will bring you utensils. I asked for the water again. No greetings, service with an attitude. As I was walking out I saw the manager, then she stood next to me and said anything else you need with a smile.

The manager went and ordered a salad such because she did not eat the brisket and the chicken because it was so awful and it took 20 minutes to get the salad! And another waitress was sitting with a customer and not taking care of her tables that were dirty I needed service

I felt so ignored. Ciara was sitting at a table behind me talking and I didn't have anything to drink in my cup. Even though she was not our server...she could have filled my drink since she was sitting talking like there was nothing else to do. Restaurant business is team work.
