I ordered items online on 19/11/2018, and the items didn't come. Tracking showing today items went back to sender. I rang customer service was on the phone over an hour and they wont give me my money back.Over $100 worth. I received terrible customer service even when I was passed onto supervisor in charge for this evening (06/12/18). She said its not they're protacol to give a refund until they receive paxlage back. I didn't receive my items, I didn't return the package. Not my fault therefore it's only fair I get my money back. I will never buy an item out of this place again and everyone I know who dhops there will be hearing about the customer service of this place.
