Chik-fil-a / Horrible service

I've been a loyal Chik-fil-a customer for several years now and I eat there almost daily. I recently went to one of your restaurants on Virginia Beach Blvd. I waited for at least 15 minutes for my order to be taken and then to get to the window. Once I was at the window I waited for at least another 5 minutes just for them to tell me that I needed to pull up and park and they would bring me my food. At this point I was very upset, I pulled up and waited for at least another 5 minutes. I then went to the window and requested my money back. The manager offered to give me my food for free, but to be honest I was to upset and I just got my money and left. I would just like to let you know of this so that hopefully correct this in the future.

    You waited for a total of twenty minutes at one of the busiest stores in the nation. That twenty minutes made you so distraught that you couldn't eat? Get a life ma'am...
