Placed order Saturday, received tracking number on Tuesday. Waited until friday for the package to travel 500 miles, but it didn't show. Tracked it on FedEx's website and it hadn't been scanned in to the system. Called Monday morning, representitive promised to look in to it and call me right back. Waited 3 hours, never called. Called back, got the same rep, she pretended like it never happened. Said it was a warehouse mistake and they would ship one that day. Called back the next day, Tuesday to verify that it shipped. Rep was slow, hard to understand, and incompetent. Took over 5 minutes for them to figure out that contrary to their website, they don't have the product in stock. What a joke.
