Chicme Dresses

I ordered four dresses and paid for fast shipping. Today I received three dresses and one of them is faulty and it is very expensive to return it.
How can i file a refund?
And when can i receive the other dress?
I need my full money back, because one of the dresses is not originally what I ordered. The material used is of very poor quality and short. Totally different from what I ordered.
I hope you can help me resolve this problem

Chicme Dressed

I ordered a couple dresses from this website, the first one was the pladed dress that falls off the shoulders it was the size of a t shirt when it arrived and the second is the light pink sweater dress the sleeves are literally in the center of the dress going in the opposite direction of the seems, like how am I supposed to wear that? I will not be ordering from this site again and will be earning any friends or family about the site as well. I'm also not even going to bother trying to get a refund based on the reviews I see here it's not worth the effort.

REFERENCE: Tatu Niculescu/ChicMe-Sexy Glittering Sequin Mesh Splicing Plunge Maxi Dress

I purchased the Sexy Glittering Sequin Mesh Splicing Plunge Maxi Dress from ChicMe. At the point of purchase, I paid £21.

The Sexy Glittering Sequin Mesh Splicing Plunge Maxi Dress is not of satisfactory quality. Unsatisfactory quality: The lace of the dress is broken Not as described: poor quality material and it looks totally different than in photos.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract I have with ChicMe that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

As you are in breach of contract and I have owned the product for less than 30 days I am within my statutory rights to ask for a full refund of the original cost paid.

I await confirmation that you will provide the remedy set out above within 14 days of the date of this letter.

Chicme Chic me

I received 2 out of 4 items n the 2 I recieced were not right one was not off the shoulders bad material and other was way o wanted but was down to my knees in pic I follow chart to choose size I'm 5"5 and it wat to my ones it should have been to my thrift I spent 88.00 n am still missing 3 items wats going on very dad n disappointed this is sad they std my money I cannot contact them or nothing threw phone threw email nothing wtf is going onthey r thief's thete material is horrible

Chicme They stole my money

I ordered several items three months ago and since there has been no sign of them.
The published phone number is not working, they didn't reply the emails. So in other words, they avoid talking to customers at all costs 'cause they know they are horrible.
I am here to warn you to be careful when dealing with the company. Don't risk your money, it can be stolen.

Scam [censored] company!
5 months trying to get y 191.84 for return of cheaply made clothing at 7 pieces. Returned to local doc in Rancho Cucamonga, CA provided me a receipt and stated that the China based company has no intension on providing any credits to consumers. Usually my bank would step in, but in this case the middle man acknowledges receiving items, yet the bank wont take that as being received by merchant in China. No electronic communications in customer service area, only generic replies.

Chicme place an order on the 24th of september 2017 but did not received it.

Very disappointed with this website, I place an order on the 24th of September 2017 and today i receive a text that my package has been delivered which is a lie. If you do not send my order Pls refund my money in full. I think this website is scam.😠😠😠😠
The worst part is they sent me a text message that my package has been delivered to my place or my neighbors house, it's a lie i did not receive anything. Pls send my order or return my money in full amount. Thank you.

Chicme no contact regarding an item I need to return

Received a dress which was nothing like the advertised picture.
It was broken on the strap and way shorter than advertised.
emailed 4 times already and received no reply back.
I would like a refund for a particularly sub standard item.
Their website states that they will be in touch within 24 hours of emailing them.
There is no correct telephone number advertised to contact them.
Not a good service and awful quality clothes.
Falls into the category of the false advertising variety!

Chicme returning and exchanging my order

I am having a very difficult time emailing you guys to explain what my problem is. every time i attempt to type what is going on with my order the website seems to crash and deletes everything i typed. i really need to speak to someone direct so that i can know where and how to return this order for a exchange for a smaller size in my items i have extra large for everything but i need a large... 1 of my items was missing it was not included in the order and 1 item was damaged so i really need for someone to contact me so we can get this problem fix please.. my name is Forever Nairobi my email is [protected]@yahoo.com my direct phone number is [protected]

Chicme product

Hi, I ordered some Jeans that looked really great in picture and when they arrived they are nothing like photo, they are very cheap material I would even call. Denium and I am tiny and my foot won't even fit thru ankle hole and I ordered a bigger size for a more relaxed look. I would like a refund please.
The rips and the style are totally different than picture, I am very disappointed and was excited about them arriving. They look like they are from a $2 store and I am very disappointed

Chicme You will be very disappointed

I ordered three shirts in the M size. And what I have received was completely different from what the website was showing. All of the shirts were huge and definitely, it was the XXXXXXXXXL size, not my M. Plus they had bad quality and was made in a slapdash way. Like they weren't made for people. People look different, guys.
I asked for a refund and was said I had to pay for the shipping and the fee was more expensive than what I paid for all three shirts.
So I had no choice and I just threw my shirts away.
Do not waste your money dealing with them.

Chicme returned merchandise no refund yet!!!

my husbank wilfred richard ordered around $ 250.00 of merchandise from you company. When it was received by three different packages nothing fit me. The quality of the merchandise was not what i expected so i returned on august 7, 2017 my first package to chic me 1122 hew jinqiao road, pudong shangha china . I have not received the refund for this as of yet! i need to send back the other merchandise but i am waiting to see when my refund for the first package will come in.

The company took their money out of my bank account but they have me that I made no sales and no orders.

Chicme its been 2 months and I have not received my order

My name is tamika jones and i have not received my order. Its ben over 3 months at this point i just want my money back. I can be reached at [protected]. I am very frustrated because i ordered clothing for my vacation and it never made it in time. When i returned from vacation my assumption was that my order would be there and still nothing.

Its a month later after the first month and still nothing i need my $$ back.

Chicme a shirt & dress I have not received

On July 4th, 2017 the tracking site showed the package had arrived to the destination country, Canada. A week after that I still had not received my package & the contact in customer service named Cloise, continues trying to make me run around to look for this package. Contacted Canada post the package is not there, shoppers drug mart as well. She said 2weeks ago if I had still not received the package by then i'd get a refund or they'd re order the package, its been more the. 2 weeks & shes telling me once again to contact canada post & shoppers drug mart, that the tracking shows it has arrived to the country. I responded, this is the same situation as before it showed it had arrived to the country from july 4 & never showed up & I contact canada post & shoppers once again & they do not have the package. I simply don't want to waste more of my time or money on this site, seems like a scam, just want a refund was not much orders to begin with yet its so difficult for them to make a customer happy.

Chicme worst customer service on the face of the planet!

Ordered stuff from here over a month again, should have received my stuff a week ago, tracking info said delivered and oh guess what! These half wits put the wrong unit number and try and tell me that's the address I put when my profile clearly says otherwise and then they try and tell me to keep asking my neighbors after I already provided the information that the person returned my stuff to the post office and the post office is sending it back to them! Still won't send me my stuff to replace the order for a mistake on their end! They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with! DONT SHOP WITH THEM! prices are great and clothes are cute but working with them has been a nightmare !

Chicme it's been 3 months and I still facing received 4/5 items I purchased

I requested a refund for 4/5 items I purchased back in early may and still have yet to receive a refund. I've been speaking back and forth with the company and they keep telling me to ask my neighbors or the DHL. It's been 3 months now they say they don't have it nor do I have the items and the vacation I bought the items for been passed. So why is it so hard to get a refund yet it wasn't this hard when I made my purchased and paid for 3 day shipping?

Chicme different item than I ordered

This company has terrible customer service.
The first time I ordered a jacket from them, they took the money out of my account immediately. 4 months later I still hadn't received this jacket.
Despite the fact that I complained to them several times.
They finally told me the parcel got lost in shipping.
They never once made an attempt to even contact me about this.
Finally 2 months later they reluctantly returned my money.
The 2nd time I ordered the same jacket and a blouse from them.
Again they immediately took my money from my account.
2 months later I received a sweat shirt, and the blouse.
It was not a jacket, as it was a sweat shirt.
I asked them for my money back, and they wanted me to return the sweat shirt. It would have cost me twice the amount to send the sweat shirt back to china. They refused to give me my money back.
Do not order anything from this company as they are not reliable at all, and they are a rip off!
Does this really look like a jacket to you?
Looks like a sweat shirt, what a rip off these guys are!
