Chick-fil-A overall experience

First off, the place was disgusting. None of the tables were clean. Even those that didn't have trash were covered in ketchup or other such stuff. There was trash all over the floor. Then we had to wait extra long for our food as they forgot to drop it and had to be reminded. Overall a horrible experience. I usually love Chick-fil-A but would never recommend this one and I certainly will not be visiting it again!

Chick-fil-A customer service

I was ordering at drive thru and when i got to the window i paid, i received a bad costumer service, they gave me my milkshakes i ordered 3 of them, my total was more than 11 dollars and when they were going to give them to me they asked me if i wanted cupholder and since then they show an actitud, they gave it to me and the cups where leaking, no straws, no napkins and when i asked for them they rolled their eyes.
Im very dissatisfied, disappointed, i will really like a refound or repair in my order.

Chick-fil-A app and lack of customer service

I am a red number and had a receipt in excess of $50 for a purchase over 1 week ago at store number 03478 order number 402-3970. I forgot to scan the receipt at time of purchase. However when I went to the system where you can enter "forgotten receipts", it said that my receipt was already processed. I'm sure someone at chick-fil-a processed my receipt knowing that I did not scan my receipt at time of purchase. I called customer service and no one has assisted me with this issue. I have called several times and it's been over a week. I am shocked that customer service has no customer service, and there is no one accountable for their customer service. If you want to complain about their customer service, you have to call their customer service number. It's a joke!

Chick-fil-A worker

My girlfriend has worked at this location for a couple years now. There is a worker there (Alec) who has manipulated and sexually harrassed my girlfriend almost on a daily basis when they are working the same shift. She has gone to management and they told her they would confront him and update her, fast forward almost a month and he has not been confronted. the last shift he worked (8-29-19) he was yelling at customers and coworkers through his headset, left his shift early, and created a stressful environment for my girlfriend. despite numerous customers coming inside and calling to complain about him, management has yet to confront him about anything. Even the numerous harrassment incidents. My girlfriend is scared and stressed out just by working with him, and management still works them together and has yet to talk to him (Alec).

Chick-fil-A wrong food order

Cashier must have been in 'training' unable to lot correct keys on register.
Repeated my order multiple times only to have purchased and rec'd the wrong order.
The site was out of Large coffee cups so I recd 2 small coffees and the lemonade was warm.

Worst experience ever.

Chick-fil-A Granola fruit parfait

About every 4 out of 5 trips to get my breakfast here I get to my work just down the rd and discover ive been given an old parfait with molded strawberries its soo old the color of the fruit has made large rings around it and the yogurt is separated on top with fluid and I have to throw it away! Sometimes i'm not so lucky and I eat a strawberry that's rotten and I have complained over and over and every time I think i'll give it another try i'm disappointed and have wasted another high amount on my purchase the fruit cups are the same they r old and soured and this place is still selling this crap to customers and then act clueless when u call and its very obvious its old and needed to be throwed away! I have lost wayyy too much money trusting its just an accident bc it just keeps on happening and someone is going to get sick if they don't stop being gross and serving that garbage its too expensive to have to just throw your breakfast away not to mention you have no breakfast when u realize u have been duped... Again! Very upset this keeps happening just when I try to come back and I don't understand how a manager could be allowing this if its old throw it away! How about you don't pre make them days ahead and expect yogurt not to sour fruit sitting in it for long periods of time. But again here is another complaint that needs to seriously be addressed I can't tell u the amount of money i've lost and seeing nothing is changing maybe the local news needs to see the crap they keep serving and gladly charging that high price for... Shameful and sad that nobody is stopping this! This is soo many times I can't even count anddddd again my breakfast has to go in the trash!

Chick-fil-A dogs allowed in restaurant

This was at the Evans Chick-Fil-A today. I'm tired of people treating their pets better than their kids. This lady got up and left 3 small children, 1in a high chair alone, but made sure she took her not one but 2 so called service dogs! It was disgusting eating and having those dogs at the table across from us. Enough is enough. A real service dog would sit at the foot has his master and not eat off the restaurant table. The workers actually engaged in conversation to say how cute! 🙄😳

Chick-fil-A fast food

Hello-
While on a road trip to Oklahoma, we stopped by to have lunch at one of your restaurants, it was packed since it was cow appreciation day( I think that is what it is called). There were a bunch of kids dressed as cows (cute)... anyhow I put it an order along with my son. Then my other son and his girlfriend also put in their own order. When my son and his girlfriend got their order a few minutes later- they were given a card for a free meal. I thought that was great! Anyhow a few minutes go by and my younger son and I get our food. I see the card on the tray, however our server puts his palm over it and takes it with him - I saw him do it but was embarrassed to say anything about it. I was a bit disappointed in his dishonesty and was not sure what to do . Thanks

Chick-fil-A not being able to get breakfast

Due to my work hours during the week I can only get breakfast on Saturday. So 6/8 I decided to go for breakfast with my dog ( so I couldn't go in) and arrived at 10:15. I was 3 card from the order board. The line wasn't moving. At 10:32 someone came out and changed the signs to lunch. When I asked about breakfast she said breakfast was over and it is now lunch. At this point (10:32) none of us cars moved. We were all in the same spot as when we arrived. When busy at lunch occasionally they have staff out side taking orders. Why don't they do this at breakfast if the drive thru line isn't moving. I find it unfair that I was unable to get breakfast. I totally enjoy cfa but I am ticked off about what happened. I was lucky enough to be right before the cones started so I was able to leave otherwise I would have been stuck in line until the other side of the building when there was no blockage for your car. Sorry I have to rant but I think someone could have let the cars that were there still get breakfast since we were waiting. Maybe have someone at the window who can move the line or if the customer at the window is waiting for something let them pull over so others can continue to order. I find it rude that if I didn't ask I would have not known I couldn't get breakfast anymore that day. Better system is needed

Chick-fil-A customer service and cold food

Your customer service needs to improve. My waitress did not acknowledge me when I arrived. However, she did glance at me, but carried on a conversation with "cook". I was the only person in line. When she did take my order, I felt that I felt that my presence was an inconvenience. I was not provided a napkin.

Another customer came behind me and I noticed her behavior to him was similiar to how I was greated.

Perhaps, she was having a bad day.

For my issues to be resolved, please teach your employees to acknowlege their guests, smile, and say "thank you for coming".

Chick-fil-A cfa meal

I was in the mall and decided I would stop by Chic-fil-A. I ordered food and was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. The staff was not friendly like I'm normally accustomed to. The wait to for the food was extremely long about 15 minutes and the location was not busy. When I finally did receive my food it was over cooked. I've never had an issue with Chic-fil-A. But this experience was awful. I did not want to return the food because the wait time was already long.

Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and was served raw chicken nuggets. I went through the drive through which the girl who took my order 5 cars back from the menu didn't have one on hand and after getting cold soggy fries and a sprite that had zero ice and no carbonation in it as if it was sitting there all morning I let it slide until I bit into this. I'm extremely disappointed as I could not eat my lunch and would like to know how this will be resolved.

Chick-fil-A the attitude of the general manager

Yesterday, my husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich from Chic-fil-a, the bread on the sandwich tasted stale, so he placed a call stating his dissatisfaction of the sandwich and was told to return and the sandwich would be replaced. Now today, he returns and repeat what was told to him about the replacement of his sandwich. He was told there was no record of the call. After speaking with the shift manager my husband began to call the corporate customer service line to file a complaint. It appeared the drive-thru line was beginning to back up and instead of the General Manger (Kevin O'Leary) coming to the window to descalate the situation, he instead esculated it, threatening to call law enforcement. I currently have stage 4 heart failure and me and my husband dine frequently at this particular Chic-fil-a. To be treated in the manner the general manager displayed, cause me to experience heart palpitations and I became light-headed, I felt it was mostly because of our race, we were treated that way. I have recording of the incident and I plan to share with social media, so people can see that hourly employees are not the only employees that need customer service and diversity training.

Chick-fil-A the fries, and attitude of the staff.

This is our local store so we go there once a week at least. I went to the store on 4/10/2019 and ordered via drive through around 6:10pm. I ordered 2 chicken strips meal for my family and I requested 3 unsalted large fries. When I received my order I gave one potato fries to my daughter and she said " dad it's very salty" that made me to look into the bag carefully then I noticed I was charged for the large fries but they were significantly under filled and to make the matter worse they were salted. I had to go inside and talked to the staff, the operation director Caleb talked to me in a very confrontational way. He accused us of eating the fries and he insisted that they got our order right. When I asked him to look at and try the fries himself he refused. Then he said the grease mark on the fries box indicates that they were full. I couldn't believe what I heard. It took me less than 2 mins to park the car and get inside so how could I eat all the fries equally in less than 2 mins. Caleb after arguing with me for 10mins asked if I wanted to get refunded. By that time the rest of my food was almost cold, I was frustrated and offended.
I had to drive to another location in Dairy Ashford to get my food and they got it perfectly right.

*Does arguing with the customers about their order and accusing them of lying in front of the others make Chick-Fil-A's staffs professional and polite?

*If customers get charged for the large item why should they receive it under filled ?

*Why all the condiments get dumped of top of the fries? Does that make the fries more hygienic?

Please make sure that the staff who work for Chick-Fil-A represent the values and quality of the company and not their own aggression and personal issues.

Chick-fil-A associate-‘ kris’ at norristown

I have never had a problem at chik fil a before, I know they pride their associates with great customer service, however, the associate I encountered at Norristown's location on trooper Rd, ‘Kris' was beyond rude throughout my entire order and then rudely walked away from outside the counter after handing my my change. I said thank you, she did not respond. I got the spicy southwest salad (as I always do) and requested it with regular crispy nuggets (this was never an issue with anyone else I ordered from) however, Kris gave me an attitude and assumed I meant spicy crispy strips; I specified again what I wanted. She had an attitude. I am very disappointed with the service I received tonight. She also never asked if I wanted any sauce with my fries or nuggets that I also ordered separately.

Chick-fil-A hours of service

It's very disappointing to know that Chik-Fil-A stopped serving lunch items during breakfast hours it's not fair to people that work the night shift getting out of work and wanting lunch not everyone wants breakfast or has a 9-5 work schedule just keep things the way they are it seems even though you complain to the company website they don't care about what you think in all fairness a business needs to think about every one and be considerate of others

Chick-fil-A my family dinner

Hi, this evening I purchased 2 salads and a chicken meal. My family had an issues with the fries being very stale and the chicken did not taste good at all. We frequently visit Chik fila and hold it to a higher standard than most fast food places but we're very much disappointed with our $30 spent. Not sure if we will be visiting a Chik fila Store again.

Chick-fil-A food quality

Chick fil a is supposed to serve good quality food with a Christian mind.

Isn't it true?

Today I used the drive through to order the grilled chicken sandwich.

I was very hungry, so I grabbed the sandwich as soon as I picked it up to almost finish the sandwich before I realized the buns were completely burnt.

I stopped eating and took a picture of it.

I probably should stop trusting any food from Chick fil a and use a different restaurant.

I was completely devastated.

Chick-fil-A chick fil a

For some reason Employees have a recurring problem with the concept of extra pickles. This is an issue I have experienced regularly.

Today at the drive through I ordered 4 sandwiches "with extra pickles. Like a lot of pickles. Make it triple pickle."

Yet when I got home the first sandwich had a grand total of 2 pickles-a grave disappointment. This would imply an average ordinary pickle count of .66 pickles given my request for triple pickles.

This is a regular occurrence and somehow a deep "failure to communicate".

I love the product but the execution of custom orders is lacking.

Perhaps lots of pickles should be established as the baseline default, and those who don't recognize the true deliciousness rendered by a high pickle count could order "light pickle" or half pickle, but I have been repeatedly frustrated in by efforts in multiple visits to order and received appropriate levels of pickle to chicken ratio. This realignment if what is deemed standard pickle count would solve the problem for sure.

Chick-fil-A please don't forget to sign our waiver form

Today I visited Chick fil a in Maryville Tenn, which has always been a pleasant visit at anytime I have ever visit. Today the drive thru was busy as usual nothing different, because I visit at least 3 times a week. I ordered my food and wanted to use my calendar card. The lady was very pleasant in taking my order and satisfying me before I reached the drive thru window. When I got to the window the man who was in such a rush not to say Hi or good morning, evening anything.He lets me know I cannot use my card !and I'm only suppose to use it once a month!. To my surprise I have been using it more than once a month and it was ok. No one addressed the issue if they had I would have not continued. He proceeded to do a print out, and it clearly shows I have used my calendar card. He was rude (very) I decided not to be rude to him and take the higher road since I wont let some unhappy person at the window ruin my chick fila experience.My resolution for this is to be refunded for my $4.00, which what he should have done was told me that the card had already been used for the month and he would give me the frie and drink with the knowledge I now know. I am unable to scan my document at the time but here is my information Store#01235 trans seq no: 7004102 time 7:25 on 10/13/18 and and digital offer card is 9102
