I bought a dress from this website and did not receive it. My order was made back in August and I doubt that I'll ever get it. ChichiMe is the worst place ever, their customer service is highly unprofessional and these people are real liars. I contacted them many times and every time they said one and the same thing that my order was delivered. I told them that I never received anything and they said that it was no longer their responsibility. I still have no idea where my dress is and I can't get any help from ChichiMe. Lost $50!

I've ordered a jacket from ChichiMe in late November and received it about two weeks ago. Once I received the jacket I decided to try it on and found out it was to small for me. I immediately emailed customer support and asked for a refund but received no response yet. Of course there is no phone number to call them. Not only did they get my money, I have a jacket that doesn't fit. I will never order anything from them again and would highly suggest to stay away from this place!

I bought jewellery from the website www.chichime.com. I was really disappointed and tried to return the damaged necklace, but the seller refused and spoke in rude manner with me. I was shocked with such attitude and services, so I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

I ordered bracelet and summer dress from the company www.chichime.com. It was mentioned on the website that all stuff was new, branded and with tags. After 10 days I got the box with the junk stuff. The dress was without tags and looked like piece of crap. The bracelet was torn in several places. Their customer services didn’t reply and impossible to return this stuff. I highly do not recommend this website. Waste of money. Share this info in order to warn others.

Don’t buy from the website www.chichime.com. I ordered boots and ring from them, but these ### only charged me quickly. I haven’t received any info and after 2 weeks of waiting I decided to contact them. I sent two emails, but they were returned back. The contact info might be wrong, ‘coz no one replied to my messages. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

My payment was prompt, and I received the confirmation email, but after 2 weeks when I tried to check my order, it turned out that it was still in process. I sent two emails to the seller and asked if they could cancel my order or provide it quicker, but the seller simply ignored me. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

I found blue summer dress on the website www.chichime.com. It cost about $60 and I bought it. I received black dress and the quality was so horrible that I decided to return it and asked for the refund. I tried to reach someone for three times, but the seller didn’t reply to my emails. I’m so disappointed with the services that I decided to post negative review. I hope that it will help other customers not to lose money and time. Share this info.
