The worst experience I ever had with online shopping. Very poor customer service, absolutely not helpful. I was charged $350 for the purchasing (for Christmas gift) on Dec 8th, today is Dec 21st and I didn't get even a confirmation or tracking number for my order. Also I didn't get an answer on my email, just a "thank you letter" and there is no clear answer from costomer service on the phone just keep lying that order is on the way and they going to send a tracking number. Definitely wont order again from them, very disappointed!
