Chevron owner was abusive toward me during rose parade

My 15th straight year at the parade, and the last two years in a row in same spot... We went to the rose parade and like many others stood by the sidewalk as the floats went by. Halfway thru the parade last year (2018) the guy claiming to be the owner came up to my wife & I and started yelling at us to get off his grass.. The little strip near the sidewalk which actually may be public property. Needless to say, there were others on the grass as well, but he chose to take out his anger at me because I was standing on a bucket, and he claimed I was blocking the view of the people in their motorhomes who he rents out the parking lot to for parade viewing. This owner seemed to care nothing about the parade or the people, only about the money he was making from the motorhomes. Furthermore, instead of asking nicely if we could move one way or another to appease his motorhome customers, he made it a power & control issue.. Ie confrontational. Hence, we refused to move, and told him to go get the police if he thinks we are breaking the law. So he stomped away angrily and came back with a sheriff deputy, who said he was "not sure" if this was private property or not. The deputy (last year, 2018) handled it perfectly, saying, "if you just move your bucket ahead two inches on to the sidewalk, this silly issue is resolved." I agreed because the deputy was cool about it. // fast forward to 2019, same scenario,.. Again the chevron owner waited until halfway thru the parade to confront me & my wife. It was obvious he had pre-planned it this time.. He came with another fellow & immediately got in my face saying "get off my grass.." by the way, this time there was nobody in a motorhome behind me. They were on the roof. Nobody's view was blocked. He was angry from a year ago! Once again I said, "go get the police".. So perpetrator #1 stomps away while perpetrator #2 holds up his arm trying to block my camera as I filmed the parade (i've been doing this every year for many years). I would move my camera and he would jump up and try to block the camera like a basketball player, and also started pushing up against me with his body. It was very immature & petulant & offensive, to say the least. Perp #1 returned w/ 2 deputies and I realized he had concocted a story as if I was disturbing people.. The deputies arrived expecting to find a troublemaker. Perp #1 had gotten them riled up in advance. Instead of calmly investigating whether any laws were being broken that they needed to "enforce", they came by like "bouncers" working for the chevron perpetrator. Meanwhile, I was losing valuable film time. I take great pride in filming the entire parade and have followers who are waiting to watch. I acquiesced for the time being and my wife & I moved off to a different area, but it definitely left a bad taste in our mouth & also other spectators who were on our side (which was all of them). Also, after moving to a new location, I noticed the two deputies who acted like bouncers more than trained law enforcement, walk into the chevron and one came out with food, making me wonder if the perpetrator owner basically "bribed" them to do his bidding (maybe these are reserve deputies? Later I asked for their names, and they refused to tell me. & they also refused to tell me the name of their supervisor. & they did not have nametags or badges displayed. This is a separate matter which I will address to the l.A. Sheriff dept) / so that's the story of the chevron perpetrator. He cares about money, not about people. And he holds a grudge.. I don't know what his background or religion is, but it's a little scary. I'm glad he doesn't know my name or address. I ask chevron corporation to intervene! I am a good law-abiding citizen. I do not deserve to be mistreated as I was. - john vander-

Chevron racist, rude employee

Please educate one of your employee here in Riau Indonesia for being racist and rude. For me is simple, if you do not agree with someone you can always tell that someone in a nice language instead of spreading rude comments or do not leave any cooment. The language in pics is in bahasa (Indonesia)
•1 he called her stupid, [censored]
•2 he called her "D" (penis in harsh word) & then calling her as child from temporary marriage
•3 he called her animal (Dog) in order to insult her *yes, sorry it's a sad that some people here still thinks dog is low animal that you can use to insult someone. I don't think that people don't have mirror in their house. I'd really Wish for the future there is no more people with rude attitude

Chevron double billed on debit card for gas december 28, 2018

I had about 1/3 tank of gas but was driving to Sacramento so I filled it up the tank with mid grade gas approximately $3.73/ gallon at around noon on Dec 28 2018 at the Chevron Gas Station at 3239 Buskirk Ave, Pleasant Hill CA. When I checked my bank statement online on December 30 2018 I saw two transactions pending at the Chevron Station for the exact same amount $33.97. I called the bank and they told me to wait a couple of days to see if only one transaction posted. I drive a 2016 329i BMW with a 16 gallon gas tank. Today I checked and both transactions posted on Dec 31 2018 which is insane because even if the tank was completely empty I could not put that much gas in my car! At $3.73 X 16 gallons = $59.63. I was charged $67.94! Plus it would be nearly impossible to get exactly $33.97 twice on a pump! Something is really wrong here and I don't know what! The bank is sending me dispute paperwork.

Chevron not refunded for a car wash purchase

Good Evening,

I was just traveling through Elk Grove, CA and stopped at Chevron [protected]. I purchased a car wash at the pump for $13.00 along with roughly 8 gallons of fuel. The time stamp on my receipt says 12/30/18 19:54:35.

I went toward the carwash immediately after having filled my gas tank. When I went to the entrance there was a cone there. I went inside to inquire about the carwash. The gentleman working there told me that it was closed. I didn't catch his name. He looked to be in his late 50s and appeared to be of either Indian or Middle Easterb descent. He spoke with a heavy accent. I asked him if I could receive a refund since I couldn't use it. He told me that I couldn't. He stated that I needed to speak with the carwash owner and said I could use it on another day. However, as I live 150 miles away, this was not an option for me.

I needed to use the restroom so I grabbed the key to unlock it. I came back and asked him once again about the carwash. He told me that I needed to walk around the corner to ask some guy about it. I left angrily and when I went around the corner there was no one there. He kept telling me that he wouldn't refund my money. I had to go ask some random man that I never saw. When I went around the other corner there was a homeless drug addict lying on the ground vomiting so I didn't want to continue to search the area as it was also dark.

I believe that the owner of this gas station owes me a refund for the $13 car wash that I was unable to use. It was his machine that I purchased it from. If I was unable to use it then I should not have been able to purchase it from the Chevron gas pump. As it was a Chevron gas pump that sold it to me, Chevron should refund my money and then they may ask the gas station to have the money returned to them.

Chevron pump machines don't give a receipt when you pay with a credit card.

every time I get to chevron station [protected] located at 400 E. 17th St. Santa Ana Ca 92706 to get gas and pay at the pump with my card, I never get a receipt. I believe that if a customer pays with a card, we should be provided with a receipt. I always have to go inside and ask the cashier for a receipt and tell him that we should be provided with a receipt but he seems like he doesn't care.

Chevron doors are locked during working hours

On December 20th 2018 at 11:26 p.m. the store was closed this is not my first time coming to this establishment and finding the store being closed during working hours this is the Chevron on Dunn Avenue in Morgan Hill California. Within the past few weeks I have seen this gentleman who is the cashier lock the doors and then walk to the back on another occasion I have seen multiple people standing out front because the store was closed and when the same gentleman finally open the door she looked like she had just woken up from a nap

Chevron customer service

Out-of-control, criminal and racist employees

On Saturday, December 15th, 2018, my wife experienced a problem paying at the pump with her card. She went inside to try to rectify the issue. She paid for $28.00 with the help of an employee and returned to the vehicle. The pump only allowed her to put $13.40 in even though the car needed much more gas.
My wife returned to the store and asked for help. An employee told her to run her card again to get $10.60 back. My wife did so but she didn't understand why that amount since she was owed more than $14. The female employee told her not to worry about it and try to put more gas in the car now. The pump now allowed her to put $10.60 in. This seemed wrong so my wife looked at her bank account on her phone and saw that she had been charged another $10.60. She went back inside to complain.
Now, my wife does not speak perfect English. She is from Honduras. There was apparently something lost in translation but the numbers are the same in all languages. She had now been charged nearly $40 but had only put $24 of gas in the car.
The female employee became visibly enraged. She shouted at my wife that she did not understand, told her that she was a stupid Mexican [censored] and told her to get out of the store.
She never got the money back. The employee is therefore guilty of theft. The insults amount to reprehensible customer service at the least.
Copies of this report will be sent to corporate headquarters in San Ramon, CA, I will also place a complaint on the Chevron page at complaintsboard.com.

Chevron marlboro menthol black 100s and kings

On multiple occasions I've patroned a Chevron station on 755 4th St, Vero Beach, FL 32962 to get cigarettes. Their advertised price is $6.19, which I have no issue with. My issue is that periodically, they have the . 50 off manufacturer coupon on the cigarettes and I never receive the 50 cents off. I'm charged 6.19 whether the coupon is printed on the pack or not. In addition, I receive mobile coupons and that store is listed as one of the stores that accepts them. However, when I've tried to use one the lady tells me their prices are already lower than anyone in the area and that she will not honor the coupon. So, I never receive the . 50 off that should automatically come off the advertised price of 6.19 but they also refuse to honor mobile coupons which their store is listed to accept.

Chevron fraud transaction

On 11/2 I went to the la mirada blvd, la mirada gas station. I put in my card in the outside machine. Then got a msg to go see the teller. I go inside and pay using my card. The cashier said we fixed that machine already. I said ok, i guess its still broken. When i was paying inside, i noticed the machine asked for my 3 digit code in the back of the card. Didn't really think of it and when i asked the cashier oh is this new? She just nodded. Stupid me i went ahead and entered since i needed the gas. Then not knowing my bank was notifying me for fraud alert few minutes after. From then on i kept getting weird transaction from different places. Since I've been notifying the bank i thought everything was good but I guess one transaction went through and took my money. I dont know how chevron la mirada and chevron inglewood charged me at the same time on the same day. In La mirada i know I authorized for $10 and I have no idea how inglewood was able to charge me $100 that same day and that same time. And how inglewood was able to provide proof of purchase to my bank since I am disputing this $100 transaction. I am requesting a copy from my bank will file for police report for fraud. I guess chevron have been known for this kind of incident and not sure if ever been resolved. Especially here in la mirada chevron. They need to be investigated and sad to say but close it down. Im very dissappointed since I like going to chevron but now will have to go somewhere esle. All I want is to get my $100 back. It was never authorized nor I was at inglewood on that same day. I've been disputing this to my bank and now i have to handle this on my own. I'm still trying to understand how this happened. Its fraud and its not fair! From $10 charge, i was hacked for $100. This is wrong and again I just want my $100 back.

Chevron 3700 bird rd, miami, fl 33133

Hello, I always go to this gas station to put gas, it's a block away from where I live and I really like the fact that I can pay with Samsung pay, I went to the store to buy something and tried to pay with my Samsung pay as I always do, this Guy who was in the Night shift his name is Carlos, told me the code was 123, my Samsung pay was getting declined because he was obviously giving me the wrong instructions. I brought that up to him and told him there must be something wrong with what you are telling me it doesn't make any sense and he started to get incredible rude, I told him to stop arguing with me because I was a customer and should be screaming or arguing with me he responded "I scream and I argue with customers if they do it with me, hurry up swipe your card and leave, Hurry up! Swipe and then leave!" I was not screaming at him I was just trying to make him see he was giving me the wrong instructions, he clearly took advantage if the fact that I am a woman, he even said " You haven't even come here before I am sure" I just can't believe how he just told me those things and they don't even care, I felt that I was not safe there, he felt like he could do or say whatever to me and get away with it, that employee is dangerous he can get violent with any other customer specially with woman, I don't think he deserves to we working there. I never file complaints of a employee or a business, I understand people can have bad days but this was something over the top. Please provided proper training for phone pay systems and customer service to Carlos from the night shift for 3700 Bird Rd,
Miami, FL 33133 location.

Chevron gasoline pumps

I visit the Chevron Food Mart located at 14120 S. Post Oak, Houston, Texas 77085 to purchase gas. I have complained to the owners of the store with no results. The gasoline pumps are extremely dirty. When the store first opened they would have someone clean them often. The store is very un-keep and I would think not up to standard for your brand name. However the pumps does not even appear to be safe. I no longer purchase gasoline from them even though they are cheaper. I do realize in today's climate companies are only interested in making money. I pray that there are still some companies that care about there customers. I am sending this e-mail, however I am writing a formal letter to state my complaint to Chevron/Chevron customer service complaint department.

Chevron chevron in jackson ga 2781 ga-16

Horrible store and service went in to buy drink and snack and had cell phone in my pocket and got asked what's in my pocket, when they could clearly see it was a cell phone, and after they see that it is my phone and got me upset, wants to come up yelling and cursing at me and tell me they are calling authorites, for what for accusing someone of something and figuring out you were totally wrong, and getting mad about it, if very rude store clerk wouldn't have told us to leave we would have waited to see if authorites did arrive and let them know exactly what happened and how rude person was I did not mind showing that it was my phone in pocket but clerk thought it was funny and caught rude attitude after figuring out it was just my phone, and then guy that works in store as well walks up cursing, so I said you know what I will not buy anything else from yall ever again, you know how rude and embarrassing it is to get accused of stealing something when in fact it's just your phone, and instead of apologizeing they laugh and get mad because there wrong, it's okay though there are plenty of surveillance cams in all stores they will see that they were in the wrong, and don't have to worry about me or any of my family or friends ever coming to that store again, my wife even tried to walk in to buy the drink and all and was nice and clerk tried to pull a gun on a unarmed civilian, that did nothing wrong, so this store really gives Chevron a bad look,
I just wanted to make sure that Chevron Corporate knows how bad that one store is and does something about, Thanks & have a blessed day

Chevron cashier

Reporting 665339 Heather Chowchilla, CA.

I went to Chevron for a Car wash and it malfuntion on me it left the soap on my car because the water didn't work. The machine came to a stop so I got out the station and proceeded to the store for my refund. I told Heather my car had soap and she said it didnt have soap she was being very rude with no Class. She did not care at all. I will no longer go to that Chevron or any of my Family members or Friends.

Chevron gas station chevron on pacific ave location 10421

Went to chevron bout 10:30am on 10/24/18 to get $22.00 in gas went to the register the worker was rudely talking to a friend instead of taking care of customers there was nobody in line but me so I waited patiently finally after bout 2 minutes he says what, I said. may I get gas please I paid went out to car to pump and I can see him staring at me threw the window. gas was done so I started to wash my windows there was nobody at the gas station at this time I was maybe out there doing my windows for 3-5 minutes tops he comes out yelling on the top of his lungs saying you been here for two hours get the hell out of here and don't come back I felt like he had a problem the whole time staring at me well his friend came out with him and they talking bout me being there and my skin color being black I should not be there and he started yelling again at me so I took a picture of him I have never been treated so badly in my life he needs to learn customer service for sure. I think people like that should not be working where you need good customer service.

I went inside and I get tea like I do every day I get coffee or tea well I put hot water in my cup and then put tea bag in my cup and the tea bag was so old it busted in my cup it was hard as a rock well I didn't want that who wood so I was fixing the situation I went to dump it and get coffee instead and I was going to let the worker know about there tea bags when I go up to pay well as I was fixing the situation I could hear the worker was on the phone talking to someone and he was mad telling someone on the phone, so I have to do it again he was very mad about his phone conversation, well I'm taking care of my business and he gets off the phone and he looks over at me and says, what are you doing your taking to long just leave the cup and leave just leave now, I was stunned I kept my cool and I respected him still and did as he asked and I started to walk out and he still running his mouth yelling at this point he saying leave just leave [censored] I turned and looked at him and said what [censored] and after that I was being called a [censored] over and over multiple times I was just so floored on the way I was being treated so early in the morning it was bout 6:45-7:00am I come to this chevron a lot and never been treated that bad but how dare him go around calling people [censored] that in my eyes is uncalled for and he needs to learn some customer service or maybe not work at a place where you need to put a smile on your face be nice and have good customer service no matter how your day is going...

Chevron clerk

On Monday Oct. 22 I stopped in at the Chevron at 113 Sunset Center Suisun City, CA for a car wash. Some how, the car wash did not complete washing or drying my car. I had extremely dirty windshield and they were still dirty when the wash ended. I noticed that the wash was very short and never did the washing of the windshield with the wands. I brought this to the clerks attention and she proceeded to argue with me that the carwash was working find. All she had to do was come outside and look at my windshield and she would see that it did not wash my car as usual. I've been to this station hundreds of times for gas and a wash and never had that experience before. I think her attitude was very rude and all I wanted was a clean windshield. I didn't think she exhibited good customer service so I will not be going there again. All for $7.95

Chevron late fee scam & customer service

I want to bring attention to who are Chevron Gas Card holder. They do cheat the late fee. I just found that charge me late fee and my payment history is showing I pay on time. I called them, the first person Victor gave me a case number, asked me to call back next day, because 10/23/2018 is the statement closing day; customer service cannot see the detail. I was wondering why, because I received email notice on 10/23/2018, and I found there is "late fee charged." However, I called next day, you won't believe it, she, Evelyn said "I don't know why you gave me case number, I don't have your name on the account. I cannot talk to you." As you know you need to verify many detailed information to access the account, how come from the first place she didn't say so. This is Corporate card, I am the president, and initially I applied card and paying the bill for years. How can they "delete" my name and bill me for so many years. I asked to speak with her manager, she said nobody will talk to you because your name is not on the account. I asked her full name, she refused to provide her last name. Well, they may turn around telling me "we don't have this person" or " we have many Evelyn, we don't know what you are talking about." I want every one knows this fact of SCAM and how they don't care about the customers. Furthermore, now I found that no any person's name under my Corporate Card, so no one can make any change! If any my corporate card lost, we cannot even ask to stop the card. Can you believe it? They have been billing me for at least 13 - 14 years!

Chevron employee at gas station

Hello, I had a problem with an employee at a chevron gas station located at 2301 N Aviation Blvd
Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
The employee name is Tanyesha and was working on Tuesday Oct. 23rd at 1:50 pm.
This lady was rude, argumentative about a mistake she made regarding lotto tickets. She clearly didn't listen to what I said and instead of saying it was a mistake she wanted to argue about it instead of just fixing the mistake and moving on. When I told her I was going to make a complaint to the manager she said " I don't care I'm the assistant manager".
This is an attitude I wouldn't think would be acceptable within your company. She should not be allowed to treat customers that way.
Thank you for your time and looking forward to hearing a response.

Chevron customer service

One of the cashier's her name is Ashlee and she is located at the store 3713 highway 95 or store #132. She was so rude to me over selling me some lottery tickets. She loudly reminded me that she had sold me a ticket prior to my visit and was very meanly explaining to me how the ticket was still valid when I olnly wanted to purchase another ticket. I shouldn't be afraid d to ask an employee from your company for help I'm an older woman who is obviously slower then the normal customer but I shouldn't be afraid to ask for a lottery ticket I'm gonna purchase.

Chevron rude behaviour and racist

Recently had a worst experience by stopping by at chevron to buy some gas along with some energy drink
As driving long i was tired so i stopped by at chevron at 3154 lawrenceville suwanee 30024
As i was tired i bought redbull but unintentionally one of the can i dropped so i told the cashier i wanted to replace the can but he said you cant repalce and you need to buy that can only. There were only minor dent on the can he said so rudely that we need to buy that only
The cashire named RAY
he was so rude and racist and he was treating everyone diffrently.

Most of Chevron Philippines T&O personnel who operate the Depots and Terminal has unprofessional behaviors. Most of them. Aside from being incompetent, they make these Near Loss reports to scare contractors. I dont know if their higher Chevron Corporation — rude behaviour and racist knows this issue because most of the contractors see the same way.

Chevron tainted fuel

On 10/16/18 I filled my 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland with 87 fuel at Rafaat Luga CA Arcadia: 500 N. Santa Anita Ave., Arcadia, CA [protected]. 10 to 15 minutes after just getting on the freeway my car sputtered and stalled (could have been killed). Had my car removed from freeway by highway patrol and then had it towed directly to my dealership in Glendale CA. Got a call today from my garage and they confirmed my SUV got contaminated fuel and now I am on the hook for a large repair bill that will be due this coming Tuesday when the car is repaired along with car rental fees. I called the owner at the station I want to and he was very rude, unhelpful, could barely speak English and could care less. He stated that I should call Chevron because he does not produce the gas. I asked him if there were any other complaints. Hes said no (highly doubtful). I used my chevron card for the purchase so I have a record of the purchase and I have saved calls on my cell phone showing the time line for this event. Chevron needs to make good on this for my massive inconvenience and expense otherwise there will be litigation. All written proof from dealership and full costs will be available Tuesday 10/23/18.
