Chesaning Nursing and Rehabilitation Center / prior authorization

I attempted to receive a prior auth on a Friday after noon. The technician going by the name of Girle answered the auth. The auth had the wrong information documented. Rather than help she was a very nasty technician and rather than help fix the problem she threatened to send the document to review of a physician. We tried to ask for her manager and she stated that's fine you can call back at this number and ask for one. Very rude. I am so tired of the insurance company dictating patient care. Finally I said, your right I'm wrong we will do whatever you want. Wow I can not explain how saddened I am regarding her performance. Please listen to the recording.
