Cherry Hill Estate Sales review: The property was sold, but the agent hid this information 2

We have signed the contract with Cherry Hill Estate Sales. We worked with the lady agent, who was nice and said that she would prepare all the papers. It seemed that she was professional and hard-working. But when the property was sold, this agent hasn’t contacted us. We found out and immediately called her, but she said that she prepared the check. So, 5 days later we didn’t get the check. We again contacted the lady, who said that she has sent it and we need to wait. Strange situation.
