To whom it may concern,
I am very disappointed that Cheras Toyota Service Centre sent a lot of SMS to remind me that my car due for service. I received telephone call as well and I told them, I will make an appointment if needed so no need to contact me anymore. Again, they continue to blast out SMSes. I have received 3 SMSes at difference hour on 15/7/2016, once on 1/8/2016, twice on 2/8/2016 and once on 4/8/2016.
I contacted the centre and talked to Ms Mila on 3/8/2016. I advised not to send any SMS anymore and instructed my mobile number to be erased from their system. She replied ‘OK’. Yet, I still receive SMS on 4/8/2016.
Is it the way you do customer service? Your staff does not take any responsibility to investigate the case further and just reply OK. You have the most suck customer service ever.
You are not the only service centre in Malaysia. If your customers are not return, please look into your operation matter and it is not just send SMS. This unpleasant incident is very annoying and irritating.
I do not want to receive your SMS again.
