She even admitted to the other customer that she was not allowed to give out personal information and that she could not afford to lose her job because she has kids.

I have been a customer at CheckIntoCash (checkintocash.com) located at 1721 S 20th Street, Suite 107 Ozark, MO ***) for a few years now. When I first took out my loan, I loved the people that worked there. However, my experience has changed, and I do not like any of them at all. They change my payment date whenever they want, and that's not fair. They are not nice to me, and I would not recommend anyone to go to that store. Maybe other ones I would because I do like the rates, but whoever is having them do things the way they are now doing them is dumb. I just want to pay off my loan and never go back to that store. I would if they didn't change things and talk to me the way they do. I just don't feel welcome at that store. It's like give me the money and get out now. They act like I'm not going to make my payment, and I have always come and made my payment. It's like all the years I have been going there don't matter, like I have no credit with them. Whoever is overseeing that store doesn't know what the hell they are doing but running ones like me away. My mom and sister paid off their loan and will never go back to that store ever. I just wish it didn't have to be this way at that store. Oh yeah, and not long ago, they wanted me to tell a lie on when my paycheck came, and that's not cool. I got mad. I'm not going to lie like that. That's all I have to say for now.

CheckIntoCash is a company that I cannot give any stars to. My husband had a terrible experience with them. On the day that his payment was due, he received harassing phone calls from them. They even wrote in his file that he would not answer his phone when they called. The problem was that they would call him while he was at work. Unfortunately, the company my husband works for does not allow cellphones in the plant. If caught with a cellphone, you are fired on the spot. This is in the contract that you sign to work for the company.

The person who did the application for the loan put down the date that direct deposit comes in, not the date that paper checks are given out. My husband's direct deposit did not start until today. Because my husband did not answer the phone call from CheckIntoCash, they deposited the check at 2 pm. My husband always let them know that he would be in around 5 pm to come in to make payments.

Today, my husband went in to make the payment and was told that because of not having his phone on and his payments always being late, they took the check and deposited it. They also told him that he was under review and it would be August 23, 2015, before we would know if there were going to be any more charges. Remember, my husband was getting a paper check the following Mondays, not on the Thursdays, the date on the check stub. Because the guy put down the date of the direct deposit, which is on Thursdays, not Mondays, that is why the payments were always late. He would not change it no matter what we or anyone that worked for the same company my husband works for told him.

If you can help it, do not go to CheckIntoCash. They will stab you in the back. My husband's experience was terrible, and we do not want anyone else to go through the same thing.

This place is the worst! I went to the store in Greeneville, TN and let me tell you, I wouldn't even give it a 1-star rating. The people there are so rude, it's unbelievable. We went to a bank instead and they treated her with respect and even gave her $150 for opening an account. So, if you want to be treated like a productive member of society, don't go to Check Into Cash. They're a bunch of scam artists!

I recently went to Check Into Cash to cash a money order that was made out to me. The signs on the wall said that their fee would be 5% for a cashier's check and was the maximum fee allowed for all other types of checks cashed. However, when I cashed the money order, the manager, Nikki Barnes, took out 8% instead of 5% and handed me the difference.

I was taken aback by this and told her that the sign said 5% was the amount for cashier's checks and was the most for any type of checks cashed. She came over and looked at the sign and said that it did not say specifically money orders, so they could charge whatever they wanted to.

I felt like this was a bait-and-switch tactic and I wanted my money order back. However, Nikki refused to do this. I told her that I was going to complain to the corporate office.

As I was leaving and walking outside, another employee came out the door and said that they forgot to have me sign the back of the money order and asked me to do this. I refused as they had just ripped me off. Nikki came out and asked me to come back inside. I walked back in and she told me that I had to sign the money order. Again, I refused.

Nikki Barnes called her manager at Check Into Cash and her manager told her to give me my money order back if I would return the money she had just shorted me. I did this and walked out with my money order. Nikki just reversed the transaction after telling me she could not do this.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Check Into Cash. I took the money order to Wells Fargo and they cashed it for free with no hassle. I would advise everyone against cashing your checks at Check Into Cash as I am sure they are breaking the law by posting one fee and then charging a higher fee. They are violating the federal law of the Deceptive Trade Practice Act. This is a rip-off operation for sure!

Also, no one is forcing you to take a loan with them - their interest rate along with total payoff amount is disclosed 5-6 times in big freaking bold text in the paperwork that you complete before getting any money. Don't cry about their rates, they have to make money just like any other business. Banks charge you too, they just do it in sneakier ways that end up costing you a butt-load of cash anyway too.

I'm sure that some people do have legitimate gripes about these guys. This industry is a tough one to be in, and you're dealing with a different sort of client base than traditional banks. Hey, I'm a customer too - and be real, there's usually a reason we can't or don't use real banks... most of us a HORRIBLE with money. Working at this place has to be tough, always hearing sob stories, excuses, reasons for this or that, whatever. That kind of crap makes customer service people grouchy, and sometimes that grouchiness gets taken out on the customer. I'm not saying it's right, but it does happen.

They told me that an ACH check had been cashed from Check into Cash. I immediately contacted their corporate office and spoke to a man named Dean. He told me that the check had not yet posted on their account, but I knew this was a lie. I went to my bank and they confirmed that the check had been processed on the 14th.

I was furious. I had made it clear to Check into Cash that I did not have the money and that I needed to make payment arrangements. They had promised me that they would contact me before sending my file to collections, but they never did. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told that he was gone for the day, even though it was only 12pm.

Overall, my experience with Check into Cash was a nightmare. They ruined my Christmas and I would strongly advise against using their services. If you need a loan, try Advanced Cash instead. They will actually work with you to make payment arrangements before sending your file to collections.

The next day, I went back and she told me that the company she needed to talk to doesn't work on Saturdays and to come back on Monday. I had to walk there on Monday because I ran out of gas. When I got there, Britiney acted very weird and kept suggesting that I try other places and open a bank account. She repeatedly entered my information wrong, including my address, and even had me set up as a new customer when I had been on file with them for two years.

Twice, she said she crashed the system and each time kept trying to get me to go outside and wait, telling me to have a cigarette because it was going to be a while for her to reset the system each time. I eventually did after she finally submitted the check and told me it was going to be 20 minutes for approval. But I watched her through the window because she was so insistent that I leave and was acting so odd. The second she thought I wasn't looking, I saw her reach across to the computer my check was verifying on and do something on the keyboard.

I went right back in and she claimed my check was denied and refused to give me anything in writing stating such when I asked. She refused to give me the information as to why the check was denied or why she had flagged it, claiming no MICR, which wasn't true, and why she had insisted on using my old address instead of my current one on file or making any sense of any of it.

I was so bothered by her that I called Capital One the next day and found out she had actually cashed the check three times. Now I can't cash it at all, and if I had tried to cash it somewhere else, I could have been arrested for it. Britiney went to incredible lengths to do this, from 'crashing' the system to urging me to go outside the whole time. I saw her doing something while she was supposedly helping another customer at a different computer during the time she claimed was just their company verifying the check the second she thought I wasn't looking.

She entered my information multiple times and even scanned the check in repeatedly, claiming the scanner didn't read it. But what she did was convert my check to an electronic substitute three times, then gave me back a worthless piece of paper, then cashed them at my expense on top of making me look like a criminal who was cashing the same check multiple times. She lied about everything and screwed me out of $1000.

I reported her to their corporate office, and it's plain as day I did not leave with one cent when they review their cameras. So I guess we will see what happens. I wonder if this has happened to anyone who did get arrested because of this girl.

Watch out for CheckIntoCash title loans. They don't tell you straight up that you gotta pay back the whole amount you borrowed on the payment date. They got a $50 loan origination fee and a $20 documentation fee for their title loans. And if you don't pay it all back on time, they'll write you another loan and charge you another $50 origination fee and $20 documentation fee. Ain't no monthly payments for this kind of loan, you gotta pay it all back at once. The interest rate might be low, but the $70 in fees ain't no joke.

But here's the kicker - they won't take your gift cards. Even if you have the gift card they say they take, the system will magically go down and you'll be left empty-handed. Thank goodness I had that magic sword, because apparently to get the system back up and running, you need a diamond magic sword. And of course, the manager who has the diamond magic sword was off that day.

So, long story short, don't bother trying to use your gift cards at CheckIntoCash. No matter what you do, they won't pay you for them. But if you're up for a challenge and want to try your luck at obtaining a magic sword, then by all means, give it a shot. Just be prepared for some serious security measures and a quiz about Russian ballet.

Me and my hubby went to one of the locations the other day and the lady checked over all of our paperwork when we first went in to make sure we had all the required proper paperwork to apply for a payday loan. We completed the application and returned it to her and while we were patiently waiting for her to get all of our info put into the computer all we kept hearing from her is "I'm sorry it's taking so long, we have a new system that I'm not used to yet". Finally, she got right there at the end & said oh you don't have all of the required paperwork for me to complete the process, I'll also be needing copies of your tax returns from the last 2 yrs! She completely wasted over 2 hours of our time just to end up giving us the run around! By that time we were mad and irritated and just told her to forget about it we're leaving! If I could give it a ZERO rating I would!

About a year ago I took out a Car Title loan at the branch office located in Emporia Kansas. Shortly after I received the loan,that branch office closed down. I send my monthly payments to the branch in El Dorado Kansas.

I have made several written requests for a financial statement,so I can keep track of payments made and balance due. Every other loan company I dealt with does this automatically. But I never receive a statement from these people.

I get no response at all,and trying to contact them by phone is a futile gesture.

I will never recommend this company.

I had an online payday advance due friday May 20, 2022... the payment of $622 was taken out of my account first thing in the morning as expected. No problem till I went grocery shopping right after work and my card was declined... my account was over drawn because the took the $622 out again later that day! On Monday I called again... it'll be there tomorrow. Tuesday I called multiple times getting the same story and again was transferred to Check Into Cash and disconnected. One rep was very helpful and tried to stay on the line till she could confirm I'd speak to someone and she couldn't get thru. Now it is Wednesday and I still have no money. Cannot buy groceries.. pay my bills and I'm panicking. Because I againtried calling emailing repeatedly only to be disconnected and told Tomorrow.

After at least 3 loans, I came to the same representative (of whom always made sure she was the one handling my business) and paid off a nearly 300 loan. After renewing it, like always, she dished out my funds, which should have been 250. She quickly fanned out one hundred fifty, said thank you, and immediately turned her back to walk away. I spoke up and said "Miss... Umm... I believe you shorted me one hundred dollars on my loan!" She came back to the counter, checked through some paperwork, and exclaimed "Oh, yes, I apologize." After this, I felt like this could have happened before, like I was being "scammed" out of funds I was paying back, with interest. I decided this would be the last time I went to this loan place for my business. Later, the payback was due the 1st of the month. On the previous month on the 28th, she quickly took the entire loan out of my bank account using my given bank info, so I got double-screwed and in bad standing with my bank! I would not reccommend "Summer" representative at this Check into Cash location. Very Bad Business! X(

I purchased one of thos reloadable cards called checkintocash at Idahofalls location...Loaded up with $800 dollars...thinking i can pay my bills...Oh boy was i wrong...It took the bank that this card goes through 72 hours to activate my card so i can use it...So they floated my money for 72 hours investing it into other businesses ...Now how many customers time $800 is out there that been taken by this practices?

I complain at the facility where i bought the card, their answer was we just sell them we dont know nothing about them...Wow so where is customer service to back up their product i wonder?

Then once i got to the funds bank that is sponcoring these cards allowed another company to authorise 6 times charges of $11.95 to my card ...When i questioned their answer was these are pending and are just pre-authorized..and that by july 18th they will fall of the file...

So i was out of funds of total of $66 dollars not able to use it...

Okay today i checked account and 3 of those are gone through...Anyon in a raight mind will know that is fraud...How can company allow 3 times same charges?in one day?

it's a lie, and they E- MAILED me to let me know they checked, and that after they checked they denied me, obviosly because of deragatory information. first they called me and said i was pre- approved for the loan and gave me their web site info to apply.
