Everytime I come here I get treated with so much anger. They very upset that they have take your order. I'm in line now and I just asked the young lady in drive was she ok because she literally talking to me as if I was getting on her nerves. I understand that most of staff working here are coming from urban areas but they are really bringing that street mentality to work. Last week I went inside to avoid the drive thru attitude and profanity that was used was horrible and the one doing most of the cursing was the supervisor. Some one needs to really surprise the location with a visit and u will see what goes on.
Brenda and Shanon u r right. I should go somewhere else. It's sad that nothing will be done. For example I work for the state and they clearly have complaint line and will come to investigate. But I will go some where else.
I will NEVER go there again! And there food isn't that great on top of it!

On August 5th 2018. At 8:56pm. Located at 6101 East Main St. Columbus Ohio 43213.
As my children and myself proceed to place our order. A woman who was taking our order rudely interrupted me and said "I can't take any more orders, I'm here by myself working alone and I'm about to shut down: getting ready to leave. She then turned off the lights that lite up the menu in the drive threw. And also the big Rally's display sign." I just couldn't believe my eyes. Their suppose to close at 2:00am. We ended up going to pizza hut and spending an unnecessary $30!
My complaint is for a Checkers in Lindenhurst, NY, on sunrise highway. Ive gone to this location several times durring lunch and everytime I order the man on the speaker phone cuts me off in the middle of what Im saying, doesnt seem like hes paying attention to anything I say, and rushes me to finish my order. Then when I get my food its not even right, I tried going back a few times and I always get the same thing, but they always give me the wrong order. And when I tell them that its not right, they rush me out of line and argue untill I throw my sandwitch in the garbage and dont eat. I will never go back to this Checkers ever again.
I know its sad but in this day and age unfortunately making a complaint only does so much if you only make it to a manager and an establishment like that is probably privately owned with a lease on the name.

Why do you keep going if they keep treating you this way ? You clearly state in your complaint you go there often so it cant be that bad or you are glutton for punishment.
This is easily solved. DONT GO THERE.
File complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the State Attorney Generals office, and with the company headquarters.
If these people are this nasty to the customers, theres no telling what they do to peoples food! I definatly would NOT be eating there.
