Checkers & Rally's rally's promotions september 18th 2017 free cheeseburger day

Went to my local Rally's like I always do got $20 worth of food asked about my free cheeseburger with the promotional code 4111 just like it said to do on the national cheeseburger ad ad I was told that the owner and manager knew nothing about it and Rally's didn't do that was sort of thing I was disappointed I go to the location in Madisonville Ohio quite often I thought it was a great idea to have a free cheeseburger on National cheeseburger day we went ahead and had our dinner with you anyway but I was very surprised that no one there knew anything about this maybe the whole thing was just made up I don't know frustrated

Checkers & Rally's missing bacon on my big daddy "bacon" burgers!

This is a regular restaurant I come to at least once a week due to the close proximity to my house, at least 3 times out of 5 I have problems with my order! Usually its something minor that I catch right away but tonight it was obviously very busy and I waited in the drive thru long enough I just left as quickly as possible! I ordered 2 of the featured Big Daddy Bacon Sandwhiches and when I got home to eat, NO BACON on EITHER sandwhich! I tried calling the store to complain and there was no answer so I turned to you to hopefully get my complaint heard! I have attached a picture of my receipt as well as the sandwich itself. I'm so disappointed as this is the closest restaurant to my home if it wasn't I would NEVER come here again!

Checkers & Rally's the service at a restaurant

I went to the rallys at 38th st and college avenue. The employee at the drive thru told me that he was unable to take and fill my order, during hours of operation, due to the fact that "he was the only one working and he needed to go to the bathroom." I was then told to park in the parking lot for 5 minutes for him to use the restroom and then pull back through. After the 5 minutes, I pulled back through and was informed the "system was down" and that he wouldn't be able to take my order. As I left the drive through I saw all of the computers were on and functioning. I dont appreciate being lied to. I went to your restaurant during the hours of operation listed on the website and wasnt served due to the negligence and laziness of your employees. I used to like rallys, but clearly your company doesnt give a [censor] about your customers if you employ people that will lie to customers and ultimately prevent you from making profit. I suggest you review the restaurant at 38th st and college ave in indianapolis, in. Regardless, I will never return to rallys nor provide them my business. And I will actively do my best to prevent anyone I know from ever patronizing a rallys again. If thats what you consider acceptable customer service, id rather not eat.

Checkers & Rally's food, atmosphere, cleanliness

My wife and I went to the NEWLY opened Rally Burger located in Corona, CA. Off of Main Street.

I asked how long they have been open, it was stated two (2) weeks.

Upon walking in the side door by the drive thru pickup window my shoes started sticking to the floor from the spilt soda.
Walking to the order counter I began to order food. The set up of the center prep station is in my opinion poorly done...as you can watch them take the grilled barely warm burgers out of the plastic holding bins and put them on a toasted bun...then slap a cold slice of cheese on it. (Rally Burger combo was ordered).
Also ordered was a baconator combo...same process was done to this.
I also ordered a chili dog...I watched him (the Franchisee..as I asked him if he was the franchisee) take the cold bun and send it thru the vertical bun toaster...then with his hands take the precooked hotdog and place it on the bun..pour a ladle of chili on it..add a few onion piece and close the boat lid it comes it.
He was also doing different things on the front line..pressing buttons, going in the back..and coming back to the prep line..all without changing his gloves...nor did I see any of his employees working prep change their gloves.
When we got to the table and took it all out of the bag ( why is it in a bag as if it's a to go order when we are dining in?)
My wife open the packaging the dog was in and went to pick it up out of the boat to eat it...fingers on either side of the bun..when she did that the dog and the barley any there chili dropped out the bottom...horrible hotdog..cold bun...hardly any chili.
The Rally burger was a barely warm meat patty..with no moisture to it..and sloppily applied condiments to it
The baconator burger has the same type of patties.. with very fatty bacon...
The whole time I was at the counter I was chatting with the Franchisee and asking how business was..he stated .."not bad if he could better better help"..saying this out loud with his employees right there...that to me show little team building guidance.
There were 3 tables being used while we were there...so 7 people dining..and we were there at least 30 miniutes...for a NEW usually awesome Rally Burger restaurant...and being only open two week you would think it would be slammed (I travel in my job a lot and have eaten at many a Rally burger)...but I can see why this one was empty..the service was lacking with no support from the Franchisee...the food was NOT what I am use to from your brand...(I was just at a Checkers in Lake Charles on Tuesday night, it was awesome... I eat there every time I am there)... the restaurant was filthy...i.e...floors..not a great impression when you walk in the door and your shoes stick to the floor...

His business will only continue to go down in my opinion if the items above continue to be how he represents your brand to the citizens of Corona.

As we ended up leave and going to Burger Basket down the road (no I don't work for them). I am an Architect that worked for a firm that specialized in restaurant design...but I now work for a different Franchiseed QSR company.
I don't say all this to knock your brand..as I love your burgers...I say this because I love the QSR field and hate to see a restaurant give it a bad name...
We are all trying to get away from the "Fast food" stigma the public see us as...

Checkers & Rally's cheese fries

I went to Rally's today to get the loaded cheese fries. I Got all the way home to find they gave me chili cheese fries. So I went back to get loaded cheese fries. No one apologized, they were just like "well do you still have a receipt"I wasn't even crappy at all. Then I pull out of the lot to find they've messed up the order a second time and gave me cheese fries. I wanted loaded cheese fries. You know the ones with bacon cheese and ranch? Not only that but it taste terrible. I feel like they just gave me ones that had been sitting out for while. This is so disappointing. I know it's just fries but I wasted my time money and energy and I'm still hungry because what I was given was awful.

Checkers & Rally's customer service at drive thru

I pulled up this evening at the Rally's on North Verity Blvd, in Middletown, Ohio, 45044.I sat at the speaker for several minutes until a voice came on and said something unintelligible over the speaker. When I asked him to repeat, I got no reply. I continued to sit there for 12 full minutes--from 5:15 to 5:27 pm-not a sound from the speaker. During this time the line wrapped around the building behind me. A couple people blew their horns. During this time I watched four employees enter the back door . I watched the excuse for a manager holler at people walking byfrom the drive thru window. Not one time did he look toward the growing line. Not one time did anyone offer any ezplanation for this extreme delay at the dinner hour. Finally the lady behind me called the store. She was told the "manager" had to "count down and change out the drawer". She was also told this would take 25 MINUTES to complete and there would be no service for that length of time. He was rude to her and when I pulled around to the window to verify this where the little idiot was attempting to count I suppose, he deliberately shut the window in my face and turned his back to finish his business or whatever he was pretending to do. I am or rather was a regular customer to that store. I won't be back if that is going to be the new policy.

Checkers & Rally's disrespectful behavior of employees

At the Checkers on Cleveland Hwy in Dalton Ga . Some employees were observed turning the American flag upside down . They were laughing and high fiving each other. I find this very disrespectful to the flag and our Country. I think they should be punished in some way for this. I for one will never eat at this Checkers again. I am attaching a pic of the upside down flag as proof .

Checkers & Rally's food quality

Went to Checkers on September 13, 2017 on University Blvd in Jacksonville Florida and I ordered the 4 for $3 fish meal and a ice cream cone. I returned to take the ice cream back because it tasted sour. Got back to work and looked at my sandwich, the fish were brown, it looked very old and the lettuce were rotten. I know before the fish and lettuce were put between that bun they saw it's wasn't fit to be serve. The fries were cold. I called the store and complained about my meal, they said they would replace it but I asked for a refund.

The camera doesn't do any justice, the pictures are blurry. But you can see the the brown on the lettuce and how dark the fish is.

Checkers & Rally's opening hours

I am an emt with Cincinnati And attempt to go to the madisonville location in the morning around 1030 before my shift. The answer is always the same, they don't open until 1130 when the hours of operation clearly reads 10am. There is always the strong smell of marajuana as well. On top of all that they are not friendly at all, (quite the opposite) thank u!

Checkers & Rally's rallys on lee road in cleveland

I literally haven't been to a Rally's in YEARS & I had a desire to visit one of your establishments. Once I arrived at the window I asked the drive thru employee to give me one second while I looked over the menu. She began to get very impatient with me as I was trying to place my order. Eventually she got so belligerent I had to leave without receiving my food. I refuse to spend money at an establishment with TERRIBLE customer service!

Checkers & Rally's the amount of staff, and the food

We go to the Rally's located at store #4048 in Columbus, Ohio. Different times of the day mainly in the evening for dinner. Every time it's always just one, or two workers working. On 9/10/17 we ordered 3 Chicken boxes. They had no ranch dressing when the day previous to this they said they just had a order in. The wait in the drive thru is always greater than 10 minutes. A lot of times the order is not fully took. Or messed up. We was even given someone else's order before. A follow up needs to be done to see why this location is having such a rough time, and hardly no workers

I went to your store at 6:51pm and purchased a rally burger with cheese 4/$3. It was full of mustard. My fries were cold and double fried and my apple pie had been over-cooked and pie filling oozed out onto the bag and on my finger when I took it out the bag. My chicken dippers were over cooked.

The employees were talking loud, playing music and acting very unprofessional. The woman at the counter was upset that I asked for a reciept. I needed one, because I ordered for me and another person. I can't believe that they deliberately messed in my food. I feel sick and think they may have done something to my food.

I would like a refund and other coupons or offers for my trouble. I have attached a picture of my apple pie. You can see, it has double the cinnamon and sugar on it. I guess that was meant to mask the burnt crust.

Checkers & Rally's overcharged

I didn't realize until the next day what Checkers had charged me for a Champ with Cheese meal (Large Coke) was $18.53 once I had ate and trashed my bag. I looked at my bank account the next morning and realized it was $18.53. I was like OMG for a Champ with cheese meal. I tried calling the Checkers I went to but could not get thru to anyone. I was placed on hold and then it hung up eventually and I called back and no one would answer. I called [protected] at tHE Leonardtown Road Waldorf MD location. Plus there was a new kid at the window so that could be it as well. I wont be going back to this location due to this and they got my burger wrong as well. AlMOST $20.00 FOR A MEAL UNBELIEVABLE...

Checkers & Rally's racial discrimination

I went to the rally's location on the corner of red bank road and Madison rd in Cincinnati Ohio and was extremely pissed off due to racial discrimination went to the drive thru they came over the speaker and told me they was backed up really bad I needed to park in the parking lot and wait 20 minutes I sat there over the 20 minutes and was the only customer there so I walked up to the walk up window to be told sorry sir we are still backed up it will be another 15 minutes she said so I continued to sit there and watch multiple white people come through the drive thru and all of them continued to get turned away and as I sat there I observed atleast 4 employees out back of the store hugging and waiving at all the customers as they was leaving and as I sat there I observed a African American come thru the drive thru and watched the African American manager serve the African American customer food so I walk back up to the walk up window after the customer left the drive thru and the manager opened up the window and continued to tell me they couldn't serve me that they was still backed up which was completely [censor] cause there wasn't any customers there as I approached the window I smelled the odor of marijuana and heard the employees coughing and watched them passing back and forth not to mention they had a safety railing at the window and when my friend leaned against it the railing came loose from the ground and he fell he didn't get hurt but could of which would of landed a lawsuit against rallys/checkers please if you could please contact me if you have any questions [protected]

Checkers & Rally's complaint on manager

The gm manager was so nasty to the workers and customers on the macon ga pionono .that its sad i feel like team work start with tge manager and if the manager have analtituide then you yell at your workers ..ima make a complaint against her it was saf and rude ..she eas yelling at one of the cashiers its her job to help and maintain place ..you dont like your job find another one i fee like it would ve more better if they get better managers .

Checkers & Rally's drive thru service

I ordered the 3 for 4 with a chicken sandwich, with special instructions. I asked for it to be minus mayo, add pickle and mustard. She says "what was that on the sandwich"? So I reply, "I would like minus mayo..." When she extremely rudely cut me off and literally screams "I HEARD MINUS MAYO WHAT ELSE?!" Then when I finish telling her add pickle and mustard, she Vince again very rudely yells "BUT YOU WANT THE LETTUCE THEN?!". It was extremely difficult not to be rude in return, and if it wasn't for a car behind me I would have gone somewhere else. Then to get my receipt that says no lettuce, even tho she went out of her way to rudely ask. Receipt says her name is Nicole C, and I will never be eating at this rally's again.

Checkers & Rally's drive thru customer service

I went to the rally's on Florence and avalon in Los Angeles. I was rudely greeted by someone on the other end who seemed to be in a rush to get through my order. I then got to the window and was still greeted by bad customer service. I ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken bites both orders were suppose to come with sauce and I got neither one. I also did not get napkins nor any other condiments. I love rally's but the service I received this time around was dissapointing.

It was wed morning 12am i pull in the manager is outside smoking n tlk then then pulled me up to the window to lie to me and tell me the system is down i know its not i can see the register with all the icons up i used to wrk the company last yr i kno what the system looks like down then manager tells me she callin ppl in to work when there is already her n two employees there

Checkers & Rally's rude service/ cold food/ dirty ketchup packs

I am a frequent customer at rallys on Hamilton ave in cincinnati only because my husband likes rallys hot wings. Every time I go there we have an extra long wait even though there is only 1 or 2 cars ahead... they never have the 2nd side opened. Anyway today I waited a good 30 minutes with 2 ahead of me. I ordered wings and the manager charged me 50 cents for ranch dressing, which I thought would come with wings. The ketchup packs had what appeared to be syrup on them and when I handed the nasty ketchup back to the manager with purple hair she was extremely rude and snatched the dirty ketchup packs and said New day New life and slammed window door. From now on I will encourage my husband to eat wings a buffalo wild wings instead. They may cost a little more but never do I get dirty ketchup packs or a rude manager. Watch who you hire especially as a manager. This lady will make you lose customers. She is very unprofessional. I am a nurse who deals with nasty rude people all the time and smile at them with a good attitude. If I was rude to a patient I would lose my job! Think twice

Checkers & Rally's rude manager..

Yesterday I came thru checkers drive thru in California Md and ordered two number eleven (swiss mushroom meals) I asked that my orders be made a certain way with the sauce on the side.. once we got back to work and checked orders they were wrong.. we called the store and spoke to a female asking for the manager she told us he was busy, she took our names down and told us to come back.. we went there today and the male manager said he was working yesterday and didn't know about the incident and was very rude wouldn't help us.. he said if we didn't have receipt we couldn't get a replacement meal.. he wouldn't even check to see if name wad written down.. he slammed window shut and just walked away and left us sitting in car..
This is the first time I hag a problem with this store.. we accidentally threw receipt away with bag.. pleas fix this problem... the meal wasn't cheap and we don't enjoy it
