Stay away if possible.

I booked a hotel about 2 months in advance. They charged my credit card immediately when I booked. When the day came, I turn up at my hotel but was told it's overbooked and there's no room for me. The hotel put us in another hotel of a lower standard. When I got back from my holiday tried getting a refund. Difficult to telephone as I'm always cut off and always get blame for a bad line and the people are very rude. My emails are never responded to. In the end, they agreed to refund (only a small amount but I've gone through so much trouble so I just agreed to it) which will be reversed from my credit card. It's been a month and no refunds yet. I chase them and yet another month and nothing...

    I had made booking through the site
    to Dorsett Hotel at Kuala Lumpur, Malayzia, and they charged
    my credit card immidiately for us$ 1463 and it was deducted
    from my bank account since 07 July 08.

    I had canceled the booking within the policy of terms and
    conditions and I had received e-mail from them saying they will refund the deducted amount and now it been over two monthes and still not refunded and no one answering my e-mails or FAX sent to them.

    how can I get my money back?
