This company only offered to inspect the TV'S when they were returned to their home base NOT BEFORE WHEN WE WOULD HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THE RESULTS OF THE INSPECTION OF THE TV'S WE RETURNED!"
To clarify the date it was Oct 09 not a year also for your information you did not offer anything to us other than a full refund when both TV'S were returned then lied and denied your responsibility as a retailer should in the circumstances.
The email clearly stated from your female employee that a full refund will be given when the TV'S were returned! Instead as expected you denied us a full refund as we were intituled to but you choose to (ROBBED) us of £60 of the full refund that your company said we would receive!
It’s up to whatever media that we contacted and BBC watch-dog wither they decide to take this up or not.
Believe me if I could afford to take you the whole way I would have and made example of your company and let people know exactly what they are dealing with.
As far as truthful reviews as concerned there seems to be a lot more guests reviews NO NAME witch is even more worrying for the public to make their mind up as its easy for this company to deliberately put on positive reviews on their own defence each time a negative is posted.
I suggest you get over it and move on as I have and accept that from time to time you will be deceiving towards customers as you were with us THAT'S LIFE SO DEAL WITH IT!
As long as there is an opportunity I will continue to post the truthful honest review whether you like or not nothing to do with grudges but letting the public know what they are dealing with.

If the public can possibly see these photos this is an example what we paid £693.97 for!

it seams this company have been up-to there dirty tricks again posting threads on websites posing as members when in fact they were staff members caught out trying to convince people they were
the company to buy from.
Unfortunately for them experienced members caught them out comical as it appears strangely after this company receive negative reviews there are lot of anonymous positive reviews posted around the net BEWARE!

Good for you hope you got your moneys worth although it seams a bit strange that you would post a complement regarding this company on this site witch is designed for complaints.

It would surprise me if this is yet another dirty trick from cheapelectricals posting stupid comments posing as members as the public as when in fact they are staff or (Ray Jobaz) himself as its not the first time they have shot there self’s in the foot as people on these sites are really not that stupid or thick to notice genuine post or threads.

If in fact this is genuine I do hope your transaction was a lot more pleasant than ours and your TV was brand-new stock and not seconds or refurbished as you can Cleary see from the photos witch also by the way are on several sites on the net!

PS forgot there are plenty of websites I have posted this review 5 more to be exact also the photos are plastered all over the net is surprising how word spreads so fast thank god for the internet when people really see and work out the real honest companies and scams that work from home witch is even more scary I do hope this has taught this company a lesson that people don't put up with crap like we have experienced

This photo we have uploaded seams to be this companies head quarters The Electric Incentive Company Ltd, The Friary, Bakers Lane, Black Notley, Braintree, Essex, CM77 8QS.
Its obvious they are trading from home by the looks of it witch is very worrying indeed as one does wonder were the so called brand new products come from.
It’s a far cry from the state of the Ark two Acer warehouses they claim to do business from!
