JPMorgan Chase review: harassment 10

Don't ever take out a mortgage with Chase they are horrible and not professional at all. Yes we are one payment behind and they send tons of letters and I put return to send and I put on loud music with their constant calls or sometimes I blow a police whistle. lol

I have 2 mortgages with Chase on rent houses. I had an agreement on paying extra to catch up. My renters have had letters to me arrive that threaten forclosure, inspectors arriving telling them the house is going to be foreclosed on and notices taped on their door..2
I recieve constant mail and had quit opening them because I physically can not handle the stress of reading each letter.. I have lost many good tenents due to the harrassment.. I called them to make a payment last night and they in formed me I was six payments behind.. I said "no way" We went through the payments and discoverd that the last 2 payments I sent were mailed back to me because I was a few days late on the agreement.. I had sent in extra on each one to catch up..

I have been going through hell like the person above. I have given them several cease and desist letters but the calls continue.
I even send payments return receipt requested but still get the calls, letters and threats. I have several small rental homes that I am considering letting Chase have back. I pay all my payments but the harassment has even gone on to the point a renter says why pay a payment when you are loosing the home. I got a new UPS letter on one today. Enough. There has to be an attorney who will represent a mass of complaints against Chase. My daughter and grand daughter have Bank of America and it is almost as bad.

I dont even have a F*king mortgage with them, never heard of them, yet they keep calling me asking for a woman named "Helen". That isn't harrassment?

It is harassment when they have mis-keyed your payments, which is what they have done to me and are sending people out. I have proof of my payments and they promise they are fixing the bank errors and 3 months down the road nothing is fixed. They outsource their CSRs to foreign countries and those people, though many are cordial don't understand you and you can't understand them. I want to speak to someone in a higher position. I can't even call the closest Chase an hour from me without being sent to outsourced customer service reps who have no authority. They apologize, say they can't modify fees, and that I have to speak to someone else but never get me to the right someone. Two, total strangers got hit with my house payments due to miskeyed acct number. So am I a ### for expecting the bank to reverse all fees for miskeying my payments. I wired the last one and it still hasn't hit. Tell me who is the ### now...Chase was not even the mortgage company I went with. It was WAMU. I had a perfect credit history with them and these people have screwed me every way from Sunday. An attorney will be getting involved. I plan to pull every single person together to file a class action law suit against this bank. This has cost me an insane amount of money for, not one, but 3 bank errors that no one is correcting. They aren't removing negatives against me and have raised my payment due to their errors. They also violated the Privacy Act by divulging the two other account numbers they hit.

He's not just a ### he is a piece of ### that seems to put his energy into writing poor me ### than doing his useless job at Chase. No wonder nothing is happening there, you can't put a boy with a sixth grade education into job he can't do. The world will be a better place when he pulls his lip over his face and swallows.

They even took over other lenders loan in their name without notifying the clients and charge over the agreed apr. I have proof. Goldstine.
