JPMorgan Chase quickpay

The worst. I have made a quick pay for the first time to our son's college account. Noticed right away that it didn't show up on the college account. Called Chase and explained the situation. I was made aware that the quickpay was cancelled and was instructed to use transfer pay instead. Also I need to wait till the end of that day to see the money back into my account. Next day, I checked my account, there was no money. I called again, just to find out the first person LIED and did no cancel anything. To make the story short. After calling numerous times, I was told my son's phone number matched an account from another bank. He doesn't have another account if we as his parents didn't open one at another bank. That's strange but Chase asked for his oersonal information when I add him as a a new contact for quickpay not just a number. They took a claim, so they can get the money back from wherever. At the end, claim was denied. I called Chase, just to be told it was "valid and that I should try to get it myself". I had that account when it was Washington Mutual for almost 20 years. As for now, I am closing the account and gi somewhere else. Horrible service. The people that they have are clueless, needs training and they are not professionals. So disappointed at Chase. I wasn't given back my money. I guess, if someone has multiple account and money is send to them, Chase will avoid your information that you enter and deposit to whichever account they feel like it.

JPMorgan Chase deposit held for 3 business days being under 900.00 dollars and it's a california state tax check.

I deposited a check into my checking account on September 1st. I was told my check would be on hold. Yet the bank allowed me to do purchases and i contacted the bank to let them know why my account continue to be overdrawn knowing that threes money on hold...? I was told by the customer service person today on September 4. that if I didnt deposit additional money my account was going to encountered overdraft fees. How is this possible if the bank is holding my check? This is insane..my money gets held back and the bank is able to charge me for overdraft fees knowing I did a deposit before my purchases. That is impossible.

JPMorgan Chase fraud

Last month my chase debit card was stolen along with my wallet and cell phone. I waited until the next day to report my stolen cards to the bank just in case it was found in the market I was shopping in. Sadly nothing was found so I call the bank and report them stolen and request to cancel my debit card. While I am calling chase the operator tells you your account balance and I remember I had an exact $3, 862 in my checkings account to later find out I was down $500 from a transaction made at an ATM. Once I speak with the chase representative I quickly point out the missing money from my account and I tell them it was not me and that I will want to make a claim. The claim was made and I was told I would receive a temporary credit of $500 until the back office investigates my claim. Exactly 3 days later I receive my $500 and a letter from chase notifying me my claim has been approved. Great I thought to myself this was a fast process and I was glad to get my money back but things changed on the next week when I make a deposit I find out again I'm down $500 dollars once again so I call the bank to ask what went wrong. The claims department tells me my claim was denied after they tell me it was approved the week before I ask them why and the representative tells me it was because the transaction was made around my geographical area meaning I made a deposit at that bank or a bank near by more then 1 time before. This is ridiculous I request another claim and I tell them to please try to check their cameras at the ATM so they can clearly see it wasn't me who made it. A week goes by and I receive a letter from chase saying my claim was valid and approved once again. Later on I call the bank to follow up but I was told the claim was denied for a second time. This was really ridiculous and a shame that the bank I've been with for so many years can't give you a direct answer this is very unprofessional and I will never bank with them again.

JPMorgan Chase payment not received

My daughter is studying in Chicago for a year. She opened an account at Chase and her grandmother wrote her two checks for a total of $12, 000 so she could pay her tuition. We are expats living in Paris, but the checks were from her Citibank account in New York. Chase cashed the checks but the back office decided that they were suspicious and restricted her account. After two weeks of trying to clear this We were just told that the $12, 000 were going to be kept by Chase for two years and then given to the government?! I am absolutely incredulous with this situation. It is highway robbery! As we live in France it's even more difficult to deal with. My daughter has now been in Chicago for three weeks with out a bank account and no way to get her money back to pay her tuition. I have spent hours on the phone trying to find a solution. How can Chase justify that they are going to keep money they cashed with no problems? Do we need to get a lawyer ? This is humiliating an extremely time consuming.

JPMorgan Chase overdraft fees

I was charged 11 overdraft fees because I wrote 1 check 4 months ago and the school didn't cash it until recently. All the other checks I had written for back to school and all my debit purchases were asssesed fees because of this 1 item. I called their customer service and explained very politely what had occurred and asked for an exception to be made. Ive had a mortgage loan with them, more than 10 people in my family have accts with them and ive had direct deposit for almost 10 years but none of that matters!
I am absolutely disgusted as to how they can be so cold and uncaring. They don't care that you have children and live paycheck to paycheck. If you owe them, they are going to take their money. Period. They don't care.
I will be closing my acct with them tomorrow.
Never bank with this institution - you will regret it!

JPMorgan Chase unethical behavior

I came into the Niles, IL chase branch 8/28/17 around noon.
If I could I would not give them any credit. I came in early in the day with my dog. It was not busy at all. My dog is a puppy husky. Very calm and sat there. A customer looks at him and says 'that dog is scary'. My dog was just sitting there, not growling, not barking. Just sitting. One of your associates, Indian looking guy David I believe comes up to m sister and says Chase only allows service animals and she has to leave. He NEVER asked if it is a service animal. What if it was, would I have to leave? Because I know my rights and you cannot question someone. My sister tells him Chase allows pets and she works for another branch. They allow dogs without a problem. He came at us like we were criminals. No wonder this Chase has terrible reviews. This guy saw us walk in and my dog only barked once. Why didn't he approach me earlier? Where was his "customer service"? Terrible service. Then their teller was making side comments with another customer. This isn't the first time this branch has given terrible service.

This is the 8510 W Golf Rd, Niles, IL 60714 location

RICK REYNOLDS

August 12, 2017
Rick Reynolds
To Whom it may concern:
My name is Rick Reynolds and I was a member of Chase Bank for the past 20 years. I
was brutally accused of a crime in which the defendants in which are employees of the
Chase Bank (Located on Crenshaw & Vernon) Viciously accused me of (Groping an
Employee of that branch) The situation began on August 10, 2017 as I was making a
routine deposit into my bank account using the ATM machine located inside the entry
lobby. I then decided to get some information about starting a second chance account for
one of my friends and colleague based on their need to have a functional bank account
needed before signing up for a modeling agency. I was greeted by one of the bank
personal after signing in at the front of the bank lobby. After going into the cubicle of
this bank employee I began asking general questions about this second chance
opportunity for my friend to start her account. I was given very little information from
this employee in response to my questions so I decided to take matters into my own hands
and call my friend and have her come down to the bank and get her account started. I
politely left the cubicle and began making my call to this person when within a matter of
seconds I was approached by a Bank security guard demanding in a rather loud tone for
me to leave the bank. A bit startled I wasn’t even sure he was speaking to me as I
continued speaking with my friend over the phone. I was then asked again to leave the
bank by that same security guard, then knowing that this message was meant for me. As I
shut down my phone call to my friend I noticed that the Branch manager had
approached me as well Yelling for me to leave the bank. I then became a bit more
defensive in asking what the reasons were for them to confront me to leave the bank. I
was told from both the Security guard as well as the Branch Manager that I was being
accused of touching an employee of their Bank inappropriately. I was not only feeling
very embarrassed buy extremely offended from these accusations. I demanded the
Branch Manager to please review the camera’s and they will indeed see that they were
making a mistake in these accusations and explained that I would not leave this bank until
I was satisfied that this accusation was cleared up either by speaking with their employee
and looking at the bank video or by call the police and allowing them to look at the video.
The Manager replied that he was already going to call the police in which my response
was that I would wait for them to arrive so that I could clear this situation and to prove
my innocence of this situation. As I awaited the arrival from the LAPD the manager
never came to me and acknowledged looking at the bank video. I began wondering if the
Police were ever called due to the time in which I sat around waiting. I waited
approximately 1hr & 30 minutes for the police to arrive finally 2 officers show up with
pen and paper asking me what went on. I responded by giving them the same account
for my being there as is written in this letter. The officers then went over to the Branch
Manager and spoke with him for approximately 10-15 mins. since I was not involved in
that conversation I chose to ask about them looking at the video because that is what I
was told they were called for. The response from the LAPD indicated that they never
took a look at the video but rather gave me an excuse from the Branch Mgr. that his
employee felt uncomfortable speaking with me about mention of a secondary account
conversation and chose not to give me any details about my questions in regards to any
information, therefore telling the Branch manager a complete Lie about her reasonings
for her discomforts. The reasons for me taking this situation a bit further is to expose this
kind of treatment that puts a well meaning customer like myself under this cloud of
disgrace at the hands of a disgruntled employee or employee’s. Making matters even
worse, I called Chase Bank Customer service and asked to be speak to a supervisor who
could listen to this complaint and take notes for a possible investigation. I was connected
to a supervisor who said that she would be definitely taking notes of what had just taken
place within the Bank that afternoon. I was also told that someone from her department
would be getting back to me within the next 24-48 hours regarding this disturbing news.
I was never contacted by anyone for the next few days so I decided to make a follow-up
call back to the Customer service Escalations supervisor and was told that they were still
working on this investigation and that someone would still be in touch with me by phone.
I gave them another 48 hours and then decided that I have had enough and demanded
that someone get back with me so that I could follow up on what I needed to do in order
for some kind of support in settling this matter. After no response I tried using my Debit
card to take an Uber only to find out the response from the (Uber App) told me that my
card was no longer valid, which threw up a RED flag. I then called (Chase online
banking) where I was told that I must call a special number the next morning only to find
out that my account had been suspended and that I had no choice but to wait and receive
my money in 7-10 business days by either a cashiers check or money order from Chase. I
was also told that Chase had no obligation to discuss why this matter even occurred.
After banking with Chase for over 20+ years this is their goodby policy. Not only am I
offended and embarrassed as part of this being the outcome of my situation but I plan on
taking action against Chase for this sort of reckless behavior from their employees,
especially the Branch manager who could have resolved this matter within minutes just by
viewing the video cameras placed all along the inside of the Bank. Shame on J.P. Morgan
Chase
Sincerely,
Rick Reynolds

JPMorgan Chase home loan

This is a real letter from my wife to me, yesterday.
Tom,

I am done with Chase Bank! I started calling 2 days ago and they are nor answering their phones both branches here in Marysville, WA and Mill Creek, WA which tells me that they don't have enough employees working. Last year, they closed their drive ups hoping that everyone will opt to make banking online or through ATMs.

So I submitted an interest to do our refi through Costco's affiliated finance company, First Choice loan. I will see what they can offer us.

Right now, we have 4.375 rate and First Choice ad offer is for 2.99% fixed for 15 years.

I'll discuss this more with you later.

Can't wait to see you!

JPMorgan Chase consumer

I came into your branch at 1480 Forest Avenue 8/21/17 to inquire about opening a Irrevocable Trust Account. The representative I spoke, Mr. Raymond Huminski made it clear by his abrasive tone that he was not willing to help me assist my mother in her quest to open an account. I took his information and left the branch. I spoke with my brother who had come to the bank earlier inquiring for the same account. He shared the same feeling, of disregard .
We agree that your branch does not respect us as patrons and we are looking forward to not only relinquishing our association with your establishment but also sharing with our constituents the concern.
Your company MUST remember we have choices with regard to where our funds are deposited and invested.

JPMorgan Chase unlink an e-mail on a non existing account

Hello, my name is Erika Rodriguez writing to you because I am having the run around trying to get my money transferred to my account. I am no longer in NY. My husband is in the military with the Marine Corps and I have been here since 2013. My sister sent me a payment of $180 in March 2017( that I still have no received) because Chase will not unlock my E-mail that is attached to a closed account that was closed over 6 years ago. My sister has Wells Fargo and she has called her bank numerous times to try to get the money back into her account and they told her that they cannot get the payment. Wells Fargo told her to call Chase because they should show that the payment is there (which is not). So my sister calls Chase to verify her account and she gave them her social, also to verify her address, DOB, everything. Chase told her that me has to go to the bank PHYSICALLY with my passport and ID's, I am located in North Carolina. I had to travel all the way to NY to a Liberty Avenue Chase bank, gave them all of my information, social, military id, regular id, driver license from NY and North Carolina and they could not help me, they gave me the 800 and a 866 to see if I can file a claim or get a check back from them. So they said that they can block the E-mail so no one can use my E-mail in any transaction so I said yes okay no problem. I still cant get my money she sent to me. So, two days ago I called to have them unblock it again because I'm still trying and she said that it would take 24 hours to have it unlocked, I said ok. Yesterday I tried going to Clear Exchange to add and verify my account, they sent me a temporary password to the E-mail that is linked to the Chase account and it kept telling me that they couldn't process it because its still linked...So last night (8/15/17) my mother in law without me knowing sent me $100 for my birthday AGAIN with the same E-mail that is linked to the Chase account. So I told her that I couldn't receive the payment because I am still trying to get my money back from the first payment. So she called Chase and they told her that she cannot get her money back. Today, I called Chase, verified ALL of my personal information and they told me that they cannot unblock my E-mail because someone in my family used this E-mail, which this E-mail is linked to my iPhone. I called Clear Exchange and called the Chase bank on 3 way and they still could not help me. They did not unblock my E-mail. If I would have known I'd had to go through this I would have waited to the money when I see my family members. This is so wrong on Chase behalf, all I am trying to do is get my money transferred to my Navy Federal Credit Union. I really need some assistance on this because this is not right at all. I don't think someone should be treated like this. Hope someone can help me to get my money back. My number is [protected]. Thank you.

JPMorgan Chase Disappointing

I have been a loyal customer for many years and I can prove I never missed payments. But they closed all of my cards without notifying me. It's very unusual to me that I encountered attitude like this. I emailed Chase support being ready to prove I'm quite solvent. But they never replied. All I see is that the bank doesn't care about its clients and prefer just to collect money.

JPMorgan Chase chase won't pursue retailer despite fraudulent charges

On November 26, 2017, I attempted to place an order on the website, www.SuperTweaks.com in the amount of $2, 105.51. Super Tweaks promptly charged my Chase credit card for the total amount but did not send me order shipment details. To date, Super Tweaks will not respond to my email messages, voicemail messages, Facebook message, or phone calls. I have not received any correspondence from Super Tweaks and the merchandise I ordered has not been delivered. I have paid off the total balance on my Chase credit card to avoid finance charges, but now that Chase Bank has their money, they have no incentive to pursue Super Tweaks for the charges they fraudulently charged my Chase credit card.

Unfortunatly only saw this review after being scammed also, an order of more than 600gbp, quick replies on email until I sent them the payment... now they don´t reply. This is the common procedure on companies from Mr. Daniel William Webb and Tal Jhonathan Webb (check them). Those include the former EmotoUK and now SuperTweaks, Tweaked Automotive, Pril250 on Ebay, In Car Nav LTD...

JPMorgan Chase 20040 ventura blvd 91364. chase branch

I went to the bank to withdraw $300 from the ATM. When I wanted to take the money from the ATM machine, the money went back into the machine. I told the branch manager that the ATM machine took my money back and I did not take the cash and the branch manager told me he cant give me the money and all he can do is call the claim department which will take 48 hours to solve the problem. I went to look at my account and the $300 is withdrawn from my checking account even though the machine took back my money. I told them that I need that money for emergency spending and somebody from the claim department named Angela told me "why do you need this money?" I thought it was a stupid question. Please put my money back onto my account that the chase bank stole from my account.

JPMorgan Chase manager refuses to exchange damaged notes that his teller just gave me.

I visited Chase Branch at 128 Brighton Beach Ave, in Brooklyn, NY and ask teller Julia Gazarian to withdraw my money in certain notes and also asked her not to give me damaged notes. She refused and when I asked Branch Manager Max Bendikov to provide replacement he was rude and refuse to provide this basic service. I wasted al ot of time and still have to go to another bank deposit the money I received from Chase to get accpeptable notes.

JPMorgan Chase personal banker customer service

I went in to chase bank today to open a new account. I asked ms. Samantha Acosta how long it would take and u was told thirty minutes. I informed her I had an appointment across town in an hour and she said we would be fine. During our meeting she left the desk twice to assist customers that came in needing her services. Both times she was away more then fifteen minutes. As a new account owner I felt like she didn't value me and my time. The whole situation lasted an hour and a half. I was late for my next appointment that was very important. She never once apologized.

JPMorgan Chase a check I deposited

I received my father's 401K check due to his passing. It was made out to The estate of Timothy Luechau %Andrew Luechau. The amount was $8, 740.78. I went to the Chase Bank Branch at 5931 FM 2920, Spring Tx 77388 on March 28th, 2017. I gave the teller my personal account debit card I had with Chase. She took the deposit and told me there would be a hold of 7-10 days. I waited and went back when the hold should've been released and was told the teller made a mistake and deposited it into my business savings acct for TDS Industrial Services, Inc. acct #[protected] instead of my personal account which I handed the teller my debit card. I do not and never had a debit card for the business savings. I told them that's ok. I will just take the check back then. They said they could not do that without a letter of administration. I called Fidelity who issued the check to have them place a stop payment on it and they said it had been cashed. I went back to the Chase branch and they said it was cashed but they couldn't do anything with the letter of administration. My father lived in Marathon county Wisconsin. I have spoke to courts in both Marathon county and Harris county and both say I do not need a letter of administration due to the amount being under $50, 000. Attorneys have told me this. Probate attorneys are telling me due to the amount it is not necessary to go through probate and it's costly and timely as well. I finally was able to go to Wi last month and went to the Marathon County Courthouse. They gave me what they thought I would need and said again, probate should not be needed or a letter of administration. I brought it back to the chase branch. They said they understand the amount is under $50, 000 and acknowledge probate and letters of administration are not necessary for amounts under $50, 000 but is it Chase Banks policy. AS you can see this has been a nightmare. Chase still has the funds, somewhere, and I am out wore out and exhausted over this whole mess that Chase has caused. I was able to close my fathers checking account ($6000 balance)in Wisconsin after he was deceased with a simple affidavit. I am offering you up to 10 business days to contact me at [protected] and tell me when I can go by the branch and pick up the check in the full amount of $8, 740.78 or you will give me no other option but to give my attorney the go ahead to pursue the lawsuit against Chase Bank for wrongfully depositing and now withholding my funds since 3/28/2017, for all interest earned to Chase and lost to me, neglect of the teller training by Chase Bank, and for causing undue stress, anxiety and financial hardship on me and my family. I look forward to hearing from you very soon in efforts to resolve this issue amicably.

Respectfully,

Andrew Luechau

JPMorgan Chase customer service and treatment of customers

At this point I am so frustrated with Chase Bank that this is just the topper. Just went in there to get a wire and was told by the teller that "all of our bankers are busy and to come back in an hour" What? This is what you say to customers. One that found a moment in her busy work scheduled to run down there? Then he said "sorry ma'am" Really? I dont think you or Chase are sorry at all. All that is sorry is your service to customers. Calling in to your customer support is a joke and will invoke anger even in the calmest person. Ready to throw yourself off a bridge after talking to these incompetent/programmed people you find from under a rock that don't speak English. I walked out in shock that I was turned away and furious. I wonder what Wells Fargo would say? And if you would like to look at my 4 bank accounts to see if I am a good customer, why don't you?
