chartwells olds college / poor treatment of customers
Simply put, the students at olds college are treated by Gaby, floor manager, and the other management lady in the office in the cafeteria more like prison inmates than customers. Gaby seems to have a problem with everything and is not afraid to talk down to any of her customers. The lady in the office who works alongside Marcus, has torn into us over forgetting to take a tray offf the table and other small, harmless things. I think that for five hundred and fifty dollars a month, not being treated like animals would be the least we could expect. It would not surprise me if other complaints have been filed. On a lighter note, the manager Marcus is an extremely friendly man and seems to actually care about service to customers. I also feel i should comment on the friendliness of the servers, who are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Especially Tom. Tom deserves a lot of recognition for his general courtesy and seems to enjoy his job. In my opinion, he should trade job positions with Gaby, as he has common manners and respect for human beings. This would definitely make everyone's experience a better one.
