Charlotte Walsh SANTO DAIME Ayahuasca Defense Fund / her santo daime church involved in mocking court witness as mentally sick and deranged, disgusting abuse, death threats, legalization problems

1 United Kingdom Review updated:

Charlotte Walsh of the Santo Daime Netherlands Church brands herself as a member of the ADF steering committee. The Ayahuasca Defense Fund is a fund that has the objective of helping people out of criminal trouble when the authorities make arrests for the importation of Ayahuasca, or in some cases Santo Daime.

Her own Church in the Netherlands ran into some serious legalization troubles.

It was in part due to a group of people from her Netherlands Church that believed threatening police witnesses with murder, or mocking them as sick and evil, or threatening to finish them off, or to malign them is of an evil mind, was wise. The position of the Ayahuasca Defense Fund was that the one threatened with murder was undermining the sanctity of the Ayahuasca movement in Portugal. However, it had none to start with.

Brothers and sisters of the Santo Daime Church that Charlotte Walsh was a member of decided to migrate to Portugal and then to deal in substances, including LSD and marijuana. The troubles began when the police raided the home of four people from the Netherlands running Ayahuasca ceremonies in Portugal.

Personal use of marijuana is tolerated in Portugal, but Santo Daime Church members opening Ayahuasca centres and growing many kilos of it, whilst dealing in LSD and other substances, and then making fun of the witness to Criminal Court, is not.

But the history of the Santo Daime Church is riddled with stories of victim-hood and persecution, playing the poor me when caught with substances, on one hand, trafficking in substances and flouting the law with apparent contempt, and on the other hand 'crying' about how badly they are being dealt with by the authorities on the other,

In what will probably go down as the biggest disaster in the Santo Daime Church since the inception of the movement in Brazil, the Santo Daime in Portugal, assisted by Santo Daime people in the Netherlands decided to blame the Spiritual Guru for the police raid and proceeded to make threats to murder, with others lending support.

The support for threats of violence against the Spiritual Guru was extensive and involved numerous retreat centres as well as importers of the Santo Daime Church. Representatives of the Santo Daime Church claimed he was a rapist, an arsonist, a child abuser, a pedophile evil, sick, twisted and the like.

Others in the Church decided to say that the (censor) was a (censor) and a (censor), and was a homosexual (censor) and a (censor) and would be killed, finished off, (censor) and (censored). The one threatened with murder offered peace terms, as well as suggestions to spare their practice from prohibition, but was sneered at, (censored) at, called a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor)-bag as well as a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor) and told that he would be murdered, crippled or (censored) or labelled as a (censor) of (censor).

The Santo Daime Church were worried about the one falsely blamed as an informant mentioning Santo Daime, because he was a Church member.

He made statements only after being threatened with murder by representatives of The Santo Daime Church on police bail for trafficking crimes, and threats to murder.

He was not interested anyway about the affairs of the Santo Daime, and only got involved when he was falsely accussed of being a police snitch or an informant. But he was not a snitch, the person got raided with the cannabis farm because he was afraid of being caught and complained about remote controlled police drones.

The police took the cannabis away and posted on their website about the police raid. Representatives of the Santo Daime Church tried to lie and malign the one threatened with murder as a sick and evil liar, threatening to smear him online if he talked to Court as a witness.

He was threatened with serious injury, violence and murder.

The Tribunal made an Injunction against those responsible for the witness harassment, process number of the Criminal Tribunal is 1544.18.3T9 GMR Tribunal Oliveira do Hospital, Portugal.

The police also got involved and filed complaints with the Prosecution and the Tribunal for witness harassment conducted by members of the Santo Daime Church headed by Adrian Freedman.

Adrian Freedman was served with Particulars of Claim for criminal harassment, a cease and desist order prohibiting further incitement of violence or mockery, as well as prohibiting circulation of private data and was told never to return to Portugal.

He thought that finding people to mock a witness as a peodophile was funny, but life taught him a lesson, by way of the State banning his Santo Daime and renewing their efforts to outlaw the activities of The Santo Daime Church.

The history of the Santo Daime is riddled with stories of victim-hood and persecution, playing the poor me when caught with substances, on one hand, trafficking in substances and flouting the law with apparent contempt, and on the other hand 'crying' about how badly they are being dealt with by the authorities.

The ADF showed no interest in correcting statements that implied a police witness was undermining the sanctity of the Ayahuasca movement in Portugal, which encouraged people to post disgusting abuse.

As a result the one threatened with murder and violence explained the problems to the Public Prosecutors in the Netherlands.

The Criminal Court of Appeal in early 2018 in a landmark ruling after 21 years of tolerance, ruled AGAINST the Santo Daime after the Church pre-emptively started a war with the Netherlands State in 2016, which they lost also.

The main decision from the Amsterdam Court of Appeal is that the import, possession, and use of Ayahuasca leads to an unacceptable danger to public health.

This means that, from [protected], Santo Daime works in the Netherlands are illegal and that their practice was CRIMINALIZED.

Several outcomes manifested for the Santo Daime Church after a Spiritual Guru was falsely accused of being a police informant and subjected to ridicule by various members of the Santo Daime Church headed by Adrian Freedman.

The Guru was also subjected to threats of physical harm and violence, it was because they dispised him, his work, his prophecies and his spiritual message to the ethically responsible in the conducting of Ayahuasca and Santo Daime ceremonies.

He was not the informant on a bust of a major cannabis trafficking operation run by some individuals of the Santo Daime who advertised Ayahuasca ceremonies online themselves as well as with family members.

However, they, Adrian Freedman, the Church and its representatives thought he was and turned on him, invoking karma, suffering and bad luck for the Santo Daime.

The debacle told the authorities that when given the chance, amateurs involved in the Santo Daime Church who are given lots of Santo Daime and Ayahuasca, and encouraged to set up their own centres without proper accreditation, skills or training, are apt and prone to behave irresponsibly and recklessly, setting the precedent for the authorities to clamp down on uncontrollable Ayahuasca activities.

Adrian Freedman was told on many occasions to make his people behave himself but he was not interested.

In response to demanding an apology, his representatives decided to say that the (censor) was a (censor) and a (censor), and was a homosexual (censor) and a (censor) and would be killed, finished off, (censor) and (censored). The one threatened with murder offered peace terms, as well as suggestions to spare their practice from prohibition, but was sneered at, (censored) at, called a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor)-bag as well as a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor) and told that he would be murdered, crippled or (censored).

Friends of Adrian Freedman spouted hatred at the Guru and said he was a (censor) and (censor) and a (censor), others said he would be sent to hospital, put in a wheelchair or be murdered.

The Santo Daime Catastrophe refers to a karmic disaster caused by threatening to kill the Guru, an action supported by the Eternal Heart group headed by Adrian Freedman with Nancy Swinnen and Noriko Moonbird Takahashi in support.

In 2017 Adrian Freedman's Daime group thought he was a police informant on a raid on a Santo Daime cannabis plantation and as they did not like his spiritual message to be ethically and morally responsible for one's life, decided to single him out for abuse and mockery, claiming he would be crippled, murdered, (censor), (censor) and looked like a (censor) and was a homosexual peodophile and a (censor) of (censor).

He was not the police informant but foresaw the raid, and the subsequent fires that were the karma of threatening to murder him, an action supported by friends of the Eternal Heart, and indeed Adrian Freedman himself. The Guru wrote to Adrian Freedman in 2017 several times and told him to cease the distribution of the Santo Daime and the ceremonies, as he foresaw many calamities.

Adrian's friends in the Santo Daime joined in the mockery, making a bad mistake of blaming the wrong person. That same year, the Guru had visions of fires destroying retreat centres in the Santo Daime, the group claimed he was making up prophecies to make fear, and was sick, evil, twisted, deranged, a (censor), a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor).

He flew into Portugal on October 15th 2017 and the very same day a freak firestorm destroyed or damaged all the centres involved in mocking the Guru, all his friends involved in claiming the Guru was a sick and evil liar or would be murdered had their retreat centres and homes destroyed by prophesied fires.

He was told not to come but he stuck his fingers up at the Guru and found associates to impersonate a private investigator who claimed to be watching him, tracking bank accounts, making secret files and the like. Adrian Freedman's friends in the Daime claimed a Guru was an arsonist and a pedophile whilst others threatened to murder him, poking fun at him, saying he was evil and sick, mental and a loser. They claimed he was making prophecies of fire to make fear but the fires came and destroyed their homes and retreat centres, killing 100 people in the process.

Adrian Freedman was spoiled by his own darkness and hubris, reinforced by long standing 'Totnes hubris', it causes people in Totnes to be in their egos and snobbish toward non-Totnes people, a problem that if not nipped in the bud, causes bigger problems later.

It is because a snobby ego and the Santo Daime do not mix, when combined with marijuana and even alcohol, it makes people deranged and unsuited to partake in Santo Daime ceremonies. His freedom for the Santo Daime has become a farce, a travesty, a perversion of all that the original doctrine of Santo Daime stood for.

He drank too much Santo Daime and smoked too much marijuana, everyone else followed him, became contemptuous druggies, undermining the sanctity of the Ayahuasca movement in Portugal, and ultimately, bringing a renewed curse of prohibition and intolerance for Santo Daime.

The Eternal Heart Music label founded by Adrian Freedman is a loose collective of singers and musicians that are in truth druggies and traffickers in substances that believe mocking Spiritual Teachers as (censor), peodophiles, or lending support to those to threaten to murder them or make trouble for their families is representative of eternal love.

He warned people to respect the medicine, but instead, some threatened to kill him, others labelled him sick and twisted, those organizing the retreats ignored the warnings, and some of Adrian Freedman's friends labelled him a homosexual peodophile and an arsonist.

That invoked Acts of God that burnt down many retreat centres involved in Santo Daime.

Some of them have a history of police raids, drug busts, Court cases for importation of substances and there is proof they also organize events illegally. There is also evidence that friends of the Eternal Heart Band were involved in witness intimidation, mockery of Court witnesses, and importing substances across borders illegally. When they are caught, they play the victim story.

The truth is that Adrian Freedman uses other people to do his 'dirty work' namely trafficking in the substance and growing marijuana for events, and has other people that can make trouble for people that defend themselves against threats of violence and murder. Because he got it wrong, his people got it wrong too, culminating in a police raid on a centre he denied founding, but he founded it, with his blessing, and provided the Santo Daime.

The Santo Daime in Portugal thought it was the fault of someone who foretold the troubles, Adrian Freedman's associates and friends got involved in behaviour which constitutes witness harassment for which there is no legal excuse, it also was conducted by many people and consitututed 'cultural intimidation' against the witness by the Santo Daime who was not an informant on the police raid.

But Adrian Freedman's people thought he was, labelling him sick, evil, mentally deranged and other obscenities and several times threats to murder were made, as well as attempts to make him not go to the Tribunal as a witness to threats of murder and criminal defamation.

People in the Santo Daime threatened the life of a police witness that only got involved after he was threatened with violence and murder, and defamed as sick and evil.

They wanted to blame someone for the raid and they thought persecution of a Court Witness was the way, but it proved to be their undoing.

The Eternal Heart Centre was served with Particulars of Claim and a Cease and Desist Order, it then filed for dissolution facing investigations by police, HMRC and other bodies for shady activities involving substances, substances and children, and financial irregularities to do with taking black money, not declared for tax in Portugal.

Adrian Freedman's behaviour brought shame to the Santo Daime, his support for mockery of Court witnesses blew up in his face, destroying his Santo Daime and invoking prohibition by the authorities. His friends thought a police witness was a loser and would be murdered, but the Santo Daime are the losers as God intervened and made the Dutch Courts rule against the Mother Church.

Adrian Freedman's life work to free the Santo Daime ended in humiliating defeat, disgrace, dishonour and losses, as everything about his Santo Daime was destroyed, culminating in a landmark ruling in Holland against the Santo Daime after 21 years of tolerance.

His behaviour brought shame to the Santo Daime, his support for mockery of Court witnesses blew up in his face, destroying his Santo Daime and invoking prohibition by the authorities.

His friends thought a police witness was a loser and would be murdered, retreat centres hosting him claimed he was a gay (censor) and a (censor) and poked fun at him claiming he was making prophecies of fire to make fear.

The Santo Daime people threatened a Court Witness with murder and violence because they thought he was a police snitch, a Criminal Court handed down an injunction on the offenders.

The Santo Daime Church claimed to be able to murder the witness to Court, threatened with murder to be quiet to the police and the authorities, and to Criminal Court, other members of the Church in question decided to pick on the Guru, poking fun and laughing at him, saying he would be murdered, making peurile jokes and claiming he was making prophecies of fire to make fear, but then the fires came and destroyed their homes and retreat centres.

Weeks or months later, they did burn down, and they were not insured, and their Santo Daime works were stopped, the retreat centres of those involved reduced to blackened ruins or piles of ash.

From an Ayahuasca website, it was stated in 2016 that Céu da Santa Maria has the most full schedule of Daime rituals in the Netherland, more than once a week. Santa Maria is another word for cannabis.

In January 2017, members of the Amsterdam-based Daime church Céu da Santa Maria filed a pre-emptive lawsuit seeking a court order preventing authorities from seizing their Daime after suffering from repeated seizures of their Daime by Dutch customs.

Some of that substance was destined for Portugal, that is also why the death threats were made, they were afraid of prohibition. The Church were worried about the one falsely blamed as an informant mentioning Santo Daime, because he was a Church member. They used the threat of violence and death to make him be quiet. That is why the whole Santo Daime in Portugal insulted and threatened him, and (censor) him, saying he was a (censor) and a (censor) to try and make him be quiet because they thought he might blab.

He made statements only after being threatened with murder by representatives of The Santo Daime Church on police bail for trafficking crimes, and threats to murder.

He was not interested anyway about the affairs of the Santo Daime, and only got involved when he was falsely accussed of being a police snitch or an informant.

The court ruled against the Santo Daime them on February 7, 2017, holding that the ban on Ayahuasca and seizure of Daime not unreasonable. The court argued that, in this case, it is not up to a civil court to preemptively exclude the presumption of guilt and limit the prerogatives of the Public Ministry to seize Ayahuasca, as enshrined in national criminal law.

It was bad luck because when they filed the lawsuit in January 2017, members of the same Church falsely accused a Guru of being a police informant, so the karma went back to their homelands and resulted in criminalization of the Ayahuasca and Santo Daime in Netherlands.

The Ceu da Santa Maria had to take down their website and countless ceremonies were cancelled. Ceremonies in Portugal were cancelled too as the Ministry of Justice were disturbed about the fact that Santo Daime people in Portugal advertise retreats and traffick in substances at their centres.

It was partly because those involved claimed that they could threaten people with murder, or vilify police witnesses operating for the safety of their families, with impunity and contempt for law and moral behaviour.

So their actions resulted in bad press for the Santo Daime in Portugal and elsewhere.

The main decision from the Amsterdam Court of Appeal is that the import, possession, and use of Ayahuasca leads to an unacceptable danger to public health. This means that, from 28-2-2018, Santo Daime works in the Netherlands are illegal.

The Court lent toward the side of public safety and implied public safety supersedes any freedom of religion.

Thus the Santo Daime Church practice was criminalized in 2018 as foretold with extreme and unfortunate ramifications for Santo Daime throughout Europe.

They did not believe the Ayahuasca could be made illegal but in 2017 it was foretold. The response from the Church in Portugal and in the UK was to mock the one that told them to tidy up their act in terms of respectable behaviour was to imply it was justified to threaten someone with murder for the Santo Daime.

The result, was that their practice was CRIMINALIZED in the Netherlands

    and

In 2016 and 2017 he foresaw many fires and made recommendations, but the group turned on the wiser brother and prophet amongst them, in essence, turning on God's Love, spitting at it, abusing and mocking it, claiming he was a (redacted), a (redacted), a (redacted), a (redacted), a (redacted) and a (redacted) amongst other obscenities. The prophet had drank 1, 000 times and was experienced in Santo Daime and was an instrument of love and healing for the human race.

Each time they turned against him he had visions of fires destroying retreat centres in the Ayahuasca scene in Portugal. Several brothers and sisters tried to defame the prophet as a criminal, as an evil-doer, a (redacted), a (redacted), a (redacted), a (redacted) and a (redacted) and claimed he was making up prophecies of fire, but six centres were lost in 2017 as foreseen.

The Eternal Heart Group and representatives of the Santo Daime Church headed by one senior called Adrian Freedman, turned on the Guru labelling him sick, evil, (censor), a peodophile, a (censor), a (censor), a (censor) and would be killed, murdered, hurt, sent to hospital and was threatened with being finished off.

Suffice to say, the fires that came again and again, were the Acts from God, finishing off the mockers and giving them the karmic lessons that come from criminal hubris.

The Santo Daime Centres appear to burn down as a karmic reaction in response to Guru's grounded in the astral power, being threatened with murder, violence and death.

Witness intimidation is when an attempt is made to threaten or persuade a witness not to give evidence to the police or courts, or to give evidence in a way that is favourable to the defendant. In most cases, the offender will be the defendant or the defendants family or friends.

A further form of intimidation may be thought of as 'cultural intimidation'. This occurs where family or friends of the victim or witness try to dissuade him or her from assisting in an investigation or an inquiry. There may be a variety of reasons for this including bringing shame on the victim's family.

In addition, there may be norms of behaviour within a culture for dealing with criminal matters that do not involve the formal agencies of the criminal justice system.

Section 51 Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 United Kingdom creates two offences:

s.51(1) creates an offence directed at acts against a person assisting in the investigation of an offence or is a witness or potential witness or juror or potential juror whilst an investigation or trial is in progress; and

s.51(2) creates an offence directed at acts against a person who assisted in an investigation of an offence or who was a witness or juror after an investigation or trial has been concluded.

The offences are triable either way. In the magistrates' court, the maximum penalty is six months' imprisonment and/or a fine to the statutory maximum. In the Crown Court, the maximum penalty is five years' imprisonment and/or a fine.

Such offences go to the heart of the administration of justice. If there is sufficient evidence of witness intimidation the public interest requires that normally such cases should be prosecuted.

Criminal and civil proceedings can be taken against the intimidators who could then face jail

Witness intimidation is a serious offence and a conviction for the offence will, unless the offence is fleeting and in the heat of the moment, there is a high likelihood that any convicted defendant will end up with a sentence of imprisonment.

In cases where there are threats of violence to witnesses and/or their families or deliberately seeking out witnesses the case will always go to the Crown Court.

The law in relation to witness intimidation is set out in s51(1) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. It states that a person commits an offence if he ‘does an act which intimidates, and is intended to intimidate another person and he does the act knowing or believing that the victim is assisting in the investigation of an offence or is a witness or potential witness or a juror or potential juror in proceedings for an offence and he does it intending thereby to cause the investigation or the course of justice to be obstructed, perverted or interfered with.’

There is no specific ‘defence’ e.g. reasonable excuse to witness intimidation.

When tried in the Crown Court the maximum penalty for witness intimidation is 5 years imprisonment.

A strike off application was been made by Adrian Freedman, the partner of Noriko Moonbird Takahashi, to dissolve his religious organization known as the Eternal Heart Centre Ltd from the Companies House register in the United Kingdom. Registered Company 06258193.

Eternal Heart was a cover name to pretend to the authorities the organization was about love, but it was a mask for a psuedo-criminal substance trafficking operation, organizing substance retreats illegally, in multiple countries. The role of the organization was to organize and import Santo Daime in multiple countries, often without legal permission.

As per Charlotte Walsh's ADF website, which admits to the absence of permission

The UDV attempted to gain recognition as a Religious Collective in Portugal but was denied 3 times by the Portuguese Religious Liberty Commission (CLR). In 2014, a branch of Santo Daime in Portugal, the Céu do Cruzeiro de Luz, created the association Comunidade Daimista de Portugal (CDP). This association, in addition to its ecological objectives, aims for recognition as a formal religious institution in Portugal, however the Portuguese government has denied the CDP a few times, including in 2012.

    Santo Daime

A branch of the Santo Daime, Céu de Cruzeiro de Luz, has been fighting for recognition as a formal religious institution in Portugal for many years. In 2004, the church applied for recognition in the RNPC National Registry of Collective – Religious, Non-Catholic Persons. After years of waiting, it gained the status of a civil association – though not an official religion. In 2011, the church applied for recognition as a religion as well as for authorization to use its sacrament in its ceremonies, but was denied.

The case that the Santo Daime was refused permission is beyond dispute and thus they were operating illegally in Portugal, despite the fact that the leader was investigated in the UK by the Serious Crimes police for importing substances and fraudulently evading duty on imported Santo Daime.

Once members of the Santo Daime threatened the witness with murder and the Data Commissioner forced them to turn over the data, they filed for dissolution. They had to close down their operations.

Eternal Heart implies Eternal Love which in spiritual terms equates to God's Love, the foundation of all reality.

They claimed to be of love but the truth is that defiled God's Love in many ways, stuck their fingers up at the Holy Doctrine of Mestre Irineu, they labelled a Spiritual Guru, sick, evil, twisted and a peodophile, were involved in threatening to murder him, and by so doing, debased their own Santo Daime practice.

All those who cursed him and spouted ill at him experienced separation and heartache in their relationships, because they hated God's love. Their hearts were filled with hatred and bad thoughts, they thought God's Love was evil and sick, so they invoked terrible suffering in their lives.

According to some sources in CEFLURIS, the Brazilan Santo Daime Church, Adrian's practice was an abomination of the sacred doctrine. Some that did not want to be named, explained that within the Church there is a lot of abuse of various kinds, viciousness, maliciousness and many other instances of people abusing the sacred sacrament.

Others confirmed that the use of cannabis, or santa maria, is strictly not allowed in the spiritual works, some explained that when cannabis was allowed in works some people because deranged and unstable.

The Santo Daime claim freedom of religion but the founder of the Church specifically forbade people to use cannabis in the works, its very own website states as suc.

This explains why the Santo Daime in Portugal, and indeed Adrian Freedman, treated the Guru as deranged and incited threats to murder, because he reflected back to them their own mental derangement caused by abuse of substances including cannabis.

But in this case they manifested a curse of prohibition for the Santo Daime, a lesson in healing their egos, humbled by circumstance, in the experience of loss and suffering, maybe then can find healing and atonement for hubris, for arrogance, hatred, evil, maliciousness and plain bad respect.

The one threatened with murder by a representative of the Santo Daime Church was always in favour of freedom of religion and indeed freedom for the Santo Daime, when balanced with moral responsibility.

He was a key advocate for legalization of the responsible use of Ayahuasca and Santo Daime. but then they turned on him, did not heed the prophecies and manifested the karma of misfortune and prohibition that his prophecies were designed to avoid.

They, the Santo Daime people in Portugal and representatives of the Church in the Netherlands, also made serious mistakes in conduct, in public, for the authorities, police and the Courts to see, including threatening to murder police witnesses, trafficking in illegal substances at publically advertised retreat centres, disrespect to society, malicious abuse, irresponsible behaviour, blaming others, dishonesty, hubris and a lack of integrity, and the debacle will no doubt bring very bad luck to the Santo Daime.

Recommendations were made to AVOID the scandal, the response from one of the key members of the Santo Daime Church was that he would be murdered, killed or sent to hospital. Others in the Santo Daime Church decided to say that he was a (censor) and a (censor), and was a homosexual (censor) and a (censor) and would be killed, finished off, (censor) and (censored).

When given an opportunity to sign an undertaking agreeing not to commit further acts of violence against the witness, one of the key supervisors of the Santo Daime Church in Europe claimed he would be murdered and the police would not be able to do anything about it.

Others in the Church before several Court hearings tried to threaten him to not speak to the Court under threat of being defamed as sick and evil. In fact, it was implied that many in the Church would make blogs claiming the witness was sick and evil.

In ancient Greek, Hubris referred to actions that shamed and humiliated the victim for the pleasure or gratification of the abuser.

In this case people in the Santo Daime poked fun at a Spiritual Mentor claiming he would be murdered, killed, was a (censor), should fear for his life, was mentally deranged, sick, evil and the like. Even operators of spiritual retreat centres got involved, helping people to spout abuse at him, or giving the silent approval for people to poke fun at him, saying he was a (censor), a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor) and would flounder in hell for eternity, and murdered before the police could help.

It was a very bad mistake that was compounded again and again until God intervened and sent the fires.

They derived pleasure from abuse and mockery of the Spiritual Guru grounded in the astral power, the karmic reactions were devastating. It was a manifestation of nemesis that follows from hubris.

In ancient Greek religion, Nemesis was the goddess who enacted retribution against those who succumb to hubris (arrogance before the gods).

100 people were killed in the fires and many homes and retreat centres burnt to the ground, as prophecized. The families brought dishonour and disgrace to all within the Santo Daime, they invoked a karmic curse of prohibition for the Santo Daime.

They disgraced themselves in front of the world and are a manifestation of all that is bad in the Santo Daime.

They wanted fame and fortune for Ayahuasca, but the act of threatening to kill the Guru, and a police witness threatened with murder as well, and then labelling him sick and evil, goes beyond any notion of comprehensibility.

They called him stupid, a plank-head, an idiot, a (censor) and a (censor) but made a series of mistakes that defy common sense.

They also made those mistakes in public, they showed the authorities that a public Ayahuasca centre has no qualms about mocking Court witnesses, or threatening to kill people, and then lying about it or slurring them as sick and evil to deflect away their own moral rottenness.

They are in essence making a statement saying we can do what we like, break the laws of the country, threaten to murder people and blame other people for our problems. This shows spiritual immaturity and ignorance, for all to see, and it bodes bad for the Santo Daime.

They offended the prophet and God sent punishment.

The complaint from various representatives of the Santo Daime Church is that they have been disadvantaged and had their Ayahuasca practice debased and as a result, believe a Spiritual Guru should be murdered or put in a wheelchair.

Many people in Portugal lent assistance to the behaviour and there is much proof, many of them ran spiritual retreat centres touting themselves as being of high integrity and wisdom, or vessels of pure honesty and truth, then the fires of 2017 taught them lessons in humility and put a stop to their work.

Clearly all this is most unfortunate for the Santo Daime Church.

The truth is that all the appalling behaviour from the Santo Daime brothers and sisters in Portugal and the Netherlands is clear for all the authorities to see and they are all the architects of their own downfall and demise, and not I, they are disadvantaged by their own karma and contempt for the laws of Portugal.

Many people gave blessing and support to those who threatened to murder him it was because too much Ayahuasca and cannabis destroyed their awareness and moral sensitivities, and made them behave irresponsibly.

Documented members of the Santo Daime Church made threats to murder whilst on bail for trafficking substances, they were helped by many others also of the Santo Daime which explains why the Santo Daime Church is filled with the karma of black stones, and the karma of renewed prohibition for its work in multiple countries.

In 2011, the church applied for recognition as a religion as well as for authorization to use its sacrament in its ceremonies, but was DENIED

They were still DENIED as of October 3rd 2017, a representative of the Santo Daime Church in Cascais made these statements in an email to someone threatened with MURDER by another representative of the Santo Daime Church:-

Looking at this Picture, you look more like a homossexual pedophile

We informed ourselves and the police that this church in Lisbon Cascais have an open process for legalization of their practices.

The name of the individual was Miguel Abreu, a buddy of Adrian Freedman and one of the leaders of the Céu de Cruzeiro de Luz operating illegally in Portugal. Miguel Abreu runs Monte Mariposa in the Algarve, running Santo Daime retreats without permission. His role was to incite his office workers to mock the witness as mentally deranged, sick, evil and deranged.

One office worker apologized in a letter for using the F word and claiming the Guru was an arsonist.

They also claimed to have a lawyer ready to start working, implying the one threatened with murder was possessed by an evil spirit, implied he was involved in raping underage boys, was involved in serious crimes, and implied he was involved in acts of arson in the June 2017 Pedrogao Grande fires that killed 66 people.

The same Santo Daime Church claimed to be working as a private investigator, implying that the one threatened with murder would be watched, denounced to the police as a peodophile, would have secret files made about him, was having his bank account tracked, claimed it could be closed and then made allegations of arson.

On SIX separate counts Miguel Abreu of Monte Mariposa in Santa Catarina do Bispo in the Algarve made nasty allegations that implied the Guru was setting fire to peoples retreat centres and lands.

Then what happened was a deranged individual in 2018 tried SIX times to burn down Monte Mariposa Retreat Centre.

The Judiciary Police (PJ) announced on Saturday the arrest of a 25 year old man suspected to ignite at least four forest fires in Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo, Tavira.

In a statement, PJ said that the first of these fires occurred on 04 August, at about 00:35, six points ignition distinct from each other, having consumed a hunting area, pasture and trees, carob and olive trees.

According to officials, at a later date, always in Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo, allegedly in a drunken state and under the influence of psychotropic substances, using lighter, the suspect held new ignitions that just have not reached large given proportions the rapid intervention of firefighters and air assets.

The arrest occurred in the context of an investigation supervised by the public prosecutor of Tavira.

In 2018 the Ministry of Justice interviewed the one threatened with murder by the Santo Daime Church and queried the nature of the substance use.

They asked about how it was sold and distributed in Portugal, and started the processes to formally ban.

Portuguese law states that those caught with Ayahuasca or the Santo Daime are substance addicts in need of help and therapy, but distributing or selling the substance comes under trafficking.

In Portugal trafficking in substances attracts a 4-12 year prison sentence.

As a result any chance that the Céu de Cruzeiro de Luz had to legalize their substance use in Portugal, was certainly lost as a result of the behaviour.

Céu de Cruzeiro de Luz had close connections with Adrian Freedman in the United Kingdom, he tried to pretend he was not associated with them but the ICO forced him to turn over information that proved there was a connection. He used their people to host ceremonies and in some cases, to import the sacrament.

The police became interested in the matter when it transpired the Church started importing the substance without the water, a concentrated DMT preparation.

In Brazil the water is removed leaving a sludgy liquid. It is shipped in medical pouches, perhaps declared as medical goods for customs, then the water is added before use.

The result is it makes a substance that has a much greater measurable DMT content, it is no longer a natural brew in that state, and it is imported in ways to avoid police and customs detection.

It is the latter that the Church were most worried about and tried to discourage the witness from testifying, but in Portuguese law, one must testify if called. One has no choice.

The Church caused the problems by wrongly accusing someone of being a police snitch and making threats to murder. There were also witnesses to the death threats, the Tribunal took safety measures when taking the testimony about what happened.

The Eternal Heart Centre wishes to issue these public apologies to the complainant Free Spirit.

The Eternal Heart Centre unreservedly apologizes and condemns the disturbing nature of the complaints including abuse, mockery and threats to kill. On no level do we condone or support such behaviour and we can confirm the behaviours are not ones we sanction.

    Dear Free Spirit,

On behalf of the Santo Daime Church, I unreservedly and sincerely apologize for the distress caused to you and your partner because of the death threats made by someone in our movement connected with an ongoing police investigation, who was arrested with a large amount of cannabis and other illegal substances.

We must now accept some moral responsibility for the matter, because Johannes Maasland and Daniela Markert were members of our Church, who participated in our retreats often, and through us, was introduced to the Path of the Santo Daime.

Their behaviours are not ones we bless, condone or support.

He has shown himself to be reckless, morally irresponsible and respect-less for the law of the land and he is clearly unsuited to the work.

We have examined the death threats made which implies you could be killed before the police can do anything about it.

Because these threats were made by one within our wider community we are deeply hurt and shocked by what has happened.

We confirm our movement condemns such despicable behaviour, and we encourage people in our wider communities to respect the laws of the land and to respect life.

Johannes behaviour brings shame and dishonour to us all, and reflects badly on us as a whole and we do not condone the illegal cultivation of cannabis.

This matter has shown is the importance of ethical awareness and moral integrity in what we do, as you have pointed out, and we acknowledge over the years that there has been weaknesses in those areas, and now, strive to learn from this experience.

We also acknowledge there are other lessons that this matter has presented to us, and we now know that we must take them seriously in all the work that we do, so that this never happens again.

We have decided to make a priority, the development of ethical and moral awareness, in all who attend our gatherings, so that we can promote good and respectable behaviour, respect for law and respect for other people.

We accept that these ethical, moral and spiritual lessons have been presented to us, at great cost, danger and risk to yourself and your partner – and that your role in our movement, has clearly been to reflect back big lessons at the risk of serious injury, or even death, a matter that is deeply troubling for us.

I also unreservedly and sincerely apologize for the distress caused to you and your partner because of the other abuses posted online by him and ‘friends’ of The Sanctuary 1860. Some of those postings labelled you mentally ill as well as suggesting you should feel fear in your trousers, or be killed before the police can help.

His postings were insulting, degrading, disgusting and not representative of how we expect any of our followers to behave in their daily lives. We must now accept some moral responsibility for the matter, because Johannes Maasland was a member of our Church, who participated in our retreats often, and through us, was introduced to the Path of the Santo Daime, and who indirectly, with the help of Daniela Markert (Dani Mar), founded The Sanctuary 1860.

The Sanctuary 1860 was founded by members of our Santo Daime Church, who have clearly lost their moral way in their quest to be number one in Portugal for Ayahuasca.

This whole sorry tale has been a wake-up call for us in the importance of ethical practice as you say, and in the light of this we will endeavour to do all we can to bring more clarity and grounding to every aspect of our practice, both in and out of the workshops.

We condemn all the abuses that you have witnessed at the hands of Johannes Maasland and The Sanctuary 1860, as well as at the hands of their friends and families and we encourage all those in our movement to take responsibility for their mistakes.

We do not condone the illegal cultivation of cannabis in our movement.

We are appalled by some of the behaviours that have occurred, and are deeply ashamed about what has happened and it reflects badly on all of us.

We expect all who attend our gatherings to respect the laws of the land and to behave themselves responsibly in their lives and will remind our followers, in future events, to do so.

In addition to the other apologies presented, I also want to wholeheartedly and unreservedly apologize for the insults you received from someone in the Cascais Santo Daime Church group.

The individual who did not name themselves, but implied they were from the Cascais Church - labelled you a homosexual peodophile (which implies that you like gay sex with underage boys) and this insult was clearly done to offend

Obviously, for someone in our movement to make such an offensive insult, without any justification other than from a place of pure hatred, is totally appalling, and I, as a Senior of the Santo Daime Church, am totally ashamed of this.

In addition to the other apologies presented, I also want to wholeheartedly and unreservedly apologize for not taking the matters presented seriously before. When brothers and sisters of my Church mocked and insulted you, claiming you were a (censor), would be killed, was an arsonist, mentally deranged and a homosexual peodophile, I did not want to take ethical responsibility and condemn my associates and friends responsible.

This was because I chose loyalty to those who lost their ethical way, rather than to the ethical authority of the (censor), expert in matters of metaphysics and astral matters.

I did not respect you or your wisdom and now we are all suffering for that mistake, because of our ethical shortcomings and our collective failings in being able to take responsibility for our mistakes, our hubris, our hatred and our unresolved issues.

When someone in our group threatened to kill you before the police could help, I did not intervene then and condemn the behaviour outright that would have saved so much trouble for me and my aides.

You warned me of fires and to stop the works, but I did not and the fires came.

We take back claims from members of our Santo Daime Church that you are full of (censor), that you are mentally sick, evil, a (censor), a peodophile, a (censor), a (censor) and and were involved in acts of arson.

Some of them mocked you, and they paid for the mistake with life-changing losses, as you foresaw.

I assure you that we will learn from these matters and as a leader, I take full responsibility for all the abuse and mockery, it reflects bad on me and on the Daime family, I now know that I must foster better morals and standards in our groups.

I am totally ashamed of myself and everything that has happened in this matter.

Thank you for being such a beacon of uncompromising integrity, hopefully others may learn from your example.

However, sadly, and with all the best intentions in the world we cannot control the thoughts, words and actions of others. In the meantime, i take this experience as a lesson and a teaching and will do my best to take advantage of the opportunity to be a better person and a better group leader.

I feel so sorry for the distress and disturbance you have suffered as a result of stupid and irresponsible behaviour, and the way it reflects badly on all of us. By the way, I look back on our long association and i appreciate your luminous presence in all the spiritual works we shared.

Wishing peace, good health and love for you.

    Adrian Freedman

It is the truth that Charlotte Walsh of the Ayahuasca Defence Fund was given many opportunities during 2018 to correct the statement that implied a witness to the Courts was undermining the sanctity of the Ayahuasca movement in Portugal.

It is the truth also no interest was ever shown in correcting the statement, that was posted to encourage other people to scapegoat an innocent individual for being a police informant, to label him sick, evil and mental.

She as the leader of ICEERS policy could have done, but did not.

A Criminal Court injuncted 4 people from Charlotte Walsh's plant medicine community with a history of trafficking in substances, witness mockery and making death threats.

It was explained to Charlotte Walsh that the one blamed as an informant was not an informant on the cannabis in the picture. In February 2018 her Ayahuasca Defence Fund, steered under her leadership as an advisor, posted statements that implied the witness was discrediting a sacred cause.

That apparently sacred cause involved law flouting, drug trafficking, witness harassment, threats of violence, abuse and a whole host of other troubles.

In August 2018, just six months later poetic justice dealt Charlotte Walsh a tough lesson, her partner was arrested in the United States of America selling 6K worth of marijuana to undercover law enforcement after being tipped off by informants. So she wanted to go along with the story that someone should be wrongly maligned and mistreated as a police informant, and a police informanr caused her partner to be busted in the USA, then going 'on the lam'

Teton Country Sheriffs Office have a warrant out for his arrest, name Casey Hardison, also with a history in the United Kingdom. He was jailed for 9 years for running a massive LSD factory in Brighton, after 9 years of a 20 year sentence he was deported to the USA.

Just six months after Charlotte Walsh showed no interest in condemning the behaviour of labelling the wrong person sick and evil to blame them for a cannabis raid, a police informant in the United States caused law enforcement to go under cover and bust a cannabis transaction done by her partner, valued at $6, 000.

Casey escaped, a wanted fugitive, bond posted at $500, 000, wanted for aggravated assault, marijuana dealing, the sheriffs note mentions a dangerous weapon also, no other details supplied.

The Portuguese Judiciary Police (PJ) snatched two members of the Santo Daime Church in hiding from the Courts, one from an unlicensed Iboga centre in Portugal called Tabula Rasa Ibogaine Therapy Centre. It is run by Alvaro de Ferranti.

His role was to hide convicted substance traffickers and then encouraging them to blame a police witness for the raid. He lied on many counts to try and hide them from the police, going as far as to changing names, telling porkies, proclaiming victim-hood and encouraging those hiding to be nasty, for which there is much proof.

ICEERS role was to encourage him to go along with the story the witness was a sick liar, but Alvaro de Ferranti and other posted pictures on social media of the fugitives whilst behind the scenes green lighting nasty threats which included telling a witness to Court to get his pants ready, or he should (censor) his pants, or would be murdered.

Alvaro de Ferranti was reported to the authorities and the police for hiding fugitives and for operating an Iboga centre in Portugal without an official license. He was nasty to a witness and rude in December 2018 calling him a (censor) and a (censor) and then arranging for one of the criminals to claim he was a (censor) and a (censor) and should be afraid, and get a change of pants ready.

After his attempt to lure a witness into remote country to presumably beat him up or persuade him to be quiet under threat of nasties failed, Alvaro de Ferranti turned nasty with the support of ICEERS.

But he was hiding convicted substance traffickers from the authorities, a criminal offence in Portugal. He was silly on social media and posted pictures of them with horses or with rainbows in the background, claiming the Gods were shining on him. In his foolishness he revealed the address of Tabula Rasa in a picture of a wanted criminal.

The ones hiding got overconfident and thought they would never be taken, instead proclaiming the witness was a sick liar, mentally deranged, a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor). Some used the internet to be nasty, revealing their IP addresses causing the Portuguese Criminal Police to do a snap-raid, taking the two fugitives from Tabula Rasa.

185 police reports were filed about the criminal harassment from the Santo Daime Church and the plant medicine community in Portugal that Charlotte Walsh thought was sacred and of good integrity.

ICEERS claimed for a long time that no-one they have ever assisted has gone to prison but in a first they got it wrong and got it wrong very badly indeed. In 2017 and 2018 the Courts ruled against Ayahuasca on many fronts in many countries, humbling ICEERS and teaching them a lesson in helping people to be nasty or to break laws with imagined impunity.

The website for the ADF is a farce that proclaims to not help nasty people, but behind the scenes, they will help nasty people to be nasty, in this case showing up as people in the Santo Daime going to prison, and the criminalization of the Ayahuasca sacrament.

They tried to help people portray a reality where a witness was a sick liar, but the one maligned as such was vindicated when a Court injuncted members of the Santo Daime Church and making findings of malicious defamation.

The people they helped are now in PRISON.

Two individuals who operated Earth Connection Portugal were convicted by a Criminal Court in Portugal are now in PRISON for trafficking in cannabis and LSD, also taking into account threats to murder, malicious defamation, mockery of the witness and inciting acts of threatened violence.

They were operating online Ayahuasca centres and trafficking in Santo Daime as well as DMT concentrates, LSD, and other substances.

Other people face police investigations and the possibility of criminal charges for assisting offenders to hide from Criminal Court and to incite acts of threatened violence against those called to give evidence.

    Their Ayahuasca works are CLOSED.

Here is the evidence to substantiate the allegations made in two related reports

    https://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/alvaro-de-ferranti-ibogaine-iboga-tabula-rasa-retreat-supporting-death-threats-and-disgusting-mockery-toward-police-witnesses-ibogaine-therapy-portugal-c1085831.html

    and

    https://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/andi-bock-tabula-rasa-ibogaine-retreat-centre-portugal-treatment-coordinator-involvement-in-death-threats-and-mockery-of-police-witnesses-associating-with-criminals-bad-integrity-c1031035.html

Andi Bock is also a member of the Santo Daime Church, she is now known to the police for her role in helping offenders to hide from the authorities. She is a friend of Adrian Freedman, who was also behind supporting some of the behaviour which resulted in him having to close down his Eternal Heart Centre after it was exposed for operating illegally.

Charlotte Walsh's role at ADF was to steer the direction of the response to legal incidents regarding arrests in the Ayahuasca scene.

In this case she got it wrong and by attempting to discredit a witness invoked very bad luck for her cause of Ayahuasca, all those she helped got overconfident, make stupid mistakes, gave themselves away and now some people in the Santo Daime are in prison.

Not only that there are 185 police reports in the hands of the prosecutors with a mission to criminalize Ayahuasca once and for all in the Netherlands, each report contains damning evidence against the plant medicine community, ringing the death knell for freedom for Santo Daime.

As a result of the problems, the Courts ruled against Ayahuasca in FIVE separate countries, saying no, no, no, no and no to Santo Daime in each case overruling against Article 9 arguments claiming freedom of religion.

The Courts erred on the side of public safety, no doubt also swayed by the reports that some people threatened the witness to remove under threat of being murdered.

When Courts see Ayahuasca Churches threaten police witnesses with violence and murder whilst dealing in egegrious amounts of drugs, it spells the end for freedom for Santo Daime.

Elsewhere in Portugal during 2018 the Criminal Police began special investigations into the production of DMT and the making of Ayahuasca. The ADF thought the witness was talking (censor) about police raids and the authorities clamping down on raids, instead portraying Portugal as a destination for Ayahuasca tourism.

The police made extensive inquiries into Ayahuasca, partly because the plant medicine community thought the police were behind on intelligence and had no priorities to look for Ayahuasca. They, and the ADF, were wrong.

The police had success in June 2018 arresting a man with 70 LITRES of Ayahuasca as well as 240 doses of cannabis.

The arrest occurred in the course of an investigation that aimed to combat the illicit production and
    marketing of drugs.

Arrested in flagrante delicto, the suspect, no criminal record, was approached by members of the Judicial Police at the site of artisanal production of narcotics. They have found large amounts of "ayahuasca" for the extraction / purification of DMT (dimethyltryptamine), a substance with strong prohibited hallucinogenic properties similar to LSD advances PJ.

According to information given to newsrooms, this was the first action of this kind held to date in Portugal, operation which resulted in the seizure of 240 cannabis doses, a remarkable amount of "ayahuasca", more than 70 liters and various objects and chemicals used in the processing, packing and weighing of drugs.

The dismantling of drug production unit was developed in collaboration with the Scientific Police Laboratory, which did move elements to the site.

To date the detainee was subjected to daily presentations to the authorities,

Just 24 hours after the plant medicine community that Charlotte Walsh is the legal defence for stuck their fingers up at the chance of forgiveness and admitting their mistakes in order to get forgiveness in the Courts for Santo Daime, the Portuguese Criminal Police (PJ) took all the files on the plant medicine people in Portugal.

That was presumably with the intent to start making a series of arrests for Ayahuasca, the PJ report into one raid confirmed Ayahuasca was a banned substance in Portugal. Many of the files were on the people in the Santo Daime.

They took 8 GB of data including names, addresses, social media pictures, 185 police reports, the death threats, vicious nasties and a huge database on drug dealing criminals in Portugal claiming victim-hood with the help of ICEERS. A lot of the data implicated many people in defying the law with the help of ICEERS.

That is because ICEERS claim each and every one of the people persecuted, to use their words, is a victim of State sponsored persecution, victimization, harassment or similar. They portrayed a reality where the people arrested were portrayed as drug dealings and drug traffickers, which is exactly what they are.

Victimhood never leads to freedom or wisdom, those who call themselves victims are often drug addicts, drug dealers, mentally deranged Ayahuasca users, pot heads, LSD dealers playing poor me in the face of heavy duty investigation by police and the State. Charlotte Walsh could not even spare her ow partner from trouble, the bail posted being far in excess of the resources of her Ayahuasca Defence Fund.

She also thought God's Love was evil and sick, and that a Shaman should be blamed as being an informant on a cannabis raid, so her partner for busted for dealing in weed, forced to run to avoid incarceration and her cause for Ayahuasca Defence discredited as a farce and a front for claiming victim-hood on behalf of drug dealers involved in criminality and very serious nasties.

ICEERS are a front for a very large network of substance traffickers, sticking their fingers up at the law, defying the rulings of Courts, encouraging others to defy the law and claim victim-hood and then running through Article 9 objections to persecution, for which the authorities and the Courts struck out on many counts.

ICEERS showed no interest in condemning threats of violence, threats of murder, witness harassment and disgusting mockery, because their interests are with criminality and blaming other people for their problems.

Now their problems are very big, namely that the Ayahuasca has been CRIMINALIZED.

Regardless of the sentiments of Charlotte Walsh, Andrea Langlois and the Ayahuasca Defence Fund, a Criminal Court came down heavily on the offenders involved in drug dealing and vicious nasties.

The judge made findings of sustained and serious witness harassment, some of it was done with the moral support of ICEERS that imply they 'have peoples backs' so they can forget about the law and do their sessions (with illegal drugs).

Court Reference Number is 1544.18.3T9 GMR Tribunal Oliveira do Hospital.
