Charlotte Russe jeans did not hold their shape

On September 3, 2017 at 3:04Pm store 834 transaction number 11607 in Coralville Iowa Mall I purchased over $100 worth of jeans. I was super excited because every single pair seemed to fit me perfectly. I got home and I washed them right away because I like to wash new clothes to get the store smell out of them. They said not to dry them so I did them on a gentle cycle and hung them up on a clothes rack. I let them dry for about a day and went to re try them back on to make sure they didn't lose their shape. To my disappointment, they are now about 4 sizes too big and I could probably fit another me inside of them. That's ridiculous, after only one wash they are completely ruined. I can't even keep them up with a belt. I would like to request a refund, and I can definitely send them all back to you considering I can't wear them anyways.

Charlotte Russe customer service

I never received a package and then wasnt given a refund or a redelivery. I filler out a form for stolen items and was essentially told "too bad" Customer service's suggestion was to reorder the items for a higher amount than i orginally paid. Not even going to give me the same sale deal. I feel taken advantage of. I had never had a problem beforehand. I guess if I did not receive it, it did not matter because they already had my money.

You store overworks employees with little pay. The employee discount is a joke. I spent more money purchasing clothes I found on the SALE rack with my employee discount than purchasing them without my employee discount (which isn't an option). Managers are biased and choose favorites, which limits the amount of hours a person can work. If you didn't provide the employee discount (which doesn't help in any way) you could maybe afford to pay your employees more. Your system is broken and I will reach out to those necessary in order to justify these issues. It's completely unfair and disheartinging. I've been working for two weeks and after recieving my first pay check, I am in the process of searching for another job and will tell people not to apply to your store because of the issues I have laid out above. Charlotte Russe employee

My sister and I, Asian people of dark complexion received very poor service from an Caucasian female employee with long hair that works at the Charlotte Russe that is located at 7260 NW 86th Pl, Ste C21, Kansas City, MO 64153. (zona rosa shopping center) Thier customer service was horrible. We asked if we could use the dressing room and the employee spoke to us rudely and said "ITS OPEN", and when we checked out she looked at us rudely and we told her to have a nice day and she just looked at us and said nothing back. She was overly kind to the Caucasians that were next in line though.

Charlotte Russe items on sale

Hello, I am from clarksville tn and I had a huge deal today with charlotterusse located in governors square mall on Wilma rudolf. The sale in the store stated dresses an de shoes buy one get one 12.50 MIX AND MATCH I spent an hour in the store deciding on what I wanted to buy. Eventually I found what I loved and was ready to cash out and the lady upfront who by the way had a dress short enough that her behind was shinning. She told me that it couldn't count because all shoes were on sale for 30 dollars. I was upset and just told her I wasn't going to take it anymore. It's false advertisement. They could have been upfront and inform everyone that it's not " Mix and Match " as the sign states that way no one would be wasting time.

Charlotte Russe i'm still waiting for my order

When I contacted Charlotte Russe and told them that I didn't receive my order they replied rudely and refused to help. Their rep said that I need to be patient, but when I asked him about the delivery date he simply ignored my question. Another two weeks passed and there was no sign of my order so I contacted them again and received nothing but rudeness.
Delivery was taking too long and that was obvious that I was nervous! I didn't had a tracking number and they did not give me any updates regarding my order status.
Please don't deal with this terrible company, they are horrible and customer unfriendly. I'm still waiting for my order.

I received small size shoes and sent them back for a replacement. Charlotte Russe representative was kind, he immediately offered me help.
When my replacement finally arrived shoes were incorrect!
They promised to fix their mistake but made another one.
Last time when I contacted them, they said they'll fix everything but they need more time and after that they simply stopped replying.
This was my first experience with Charlotte Russe and to be honest that was the worst online shopping experience I ever had!

Charlotte Russe says 4-digit pin code is wrong on gift card, and id.

As much as we all have problems with charlotte russe, this is pretty ridiculous. So I wanted to buy my girlfriend a nice Romper for her birthday, and I drove to a local charlotte russe store to buy a gift card in store and put it towards an online order, easy right? I guess not. Last week I bought the card and now wanted to redeem it for an order. So after multiple times of trying to get it to redeem it says the pin number is invalid, a 4 digit number, and of course I went over and looked for mistakes that I made and did it correctly for a solid half hour. I also checked the ID number multiple times as well. And the pin number is invalid somehow. Great, and of course it's going to come to the worst case scenario and buying another gift card and spending 40 dollars instead of 20 just cause I wanted to be nice. I'm 16, money doesn't grow on trees. And how do you print a 4 number pin wrong? You're either blind or charlotte russe, the number is on the card for God's sake and it's wrong, how I ask, how?

Charlotte Russe very disappointed

I have purchased two pairs of shoes from Charlotte Russe and received only one pair. They said that they did not have my size in stock so they didn't ship the second pair. They said that I'll get a refund for the second pair and I'm still waiting. First of all I'm absolutely appalled with the fact that there was nowhere said on their website that my size was not available. And of course I'm worried about my money, because quite a lot of time passed and still no money!
I will never buy anything from them again!

Charlotte Russe the manager at york galleria for charolette russe

I went to the mall today to look for an outfit and was overwhelmed. As soon as my friend & i walked in, i felt like we were being stalked. The manager Nickie, made it very uncomfortable for us. She followed us by acting like she was "tiding up". I made a complaint to two employees and also told them i felt uncomfortable shopping in here. I also overheard another employee saying in her mic which girls you talking about. We went to shop, not steal! Not everybody steals! And because of that i will no longer shop at that branch as long as she works there. That was very rude of her.

Every single time I go it gets worse and worse! The area of the mall doesn't get reception so when I try to pull up my coupon on my phone the cashier gets annoyed and tells me to get out of line and go outside til I pull up coupon. So I ask is there a coupon handy for me to use like other stores do our something else I could do and quickly they answer. ..No! One time nobody was in line behind me so I trues to get reception thru other websites for coupon and no words were said but the guy cashier was showing he was annoyed and for me to hurry. I was pushing a stroller right before and I had a big box of boots and pants I was trying to juggle to carry thru the store and the guy employee was walking my way and didn't even offer to help or bring merchandise to the counter. Charlotte Russe attitude towards returns!

So this is the reason why I shop online, to not deal with rudeness and attitude from asscocitaes that cannot provide good customer service. We as the consumer make their sales goals for them to get payed working there. On December the 14th I went with my husband to do a online return, unfortunelty I forgot to take the tags. I usually never return anything I buy, but this new knit sweaters are quite awful. Anyways, they made a big buzz for not having the tags, they knee that was the sweater showing on my invoice and they kept making me feel really upset while there was a line behind me. They did a one time exception because I was spending more at the store. Today I emailed customer service about an item I bought that day which the tag felt off during my purchase and I didn't want to go through the same process again. This brand really needs to work on adding SKU #'s that way we as customers don't have to get attitude during returns. I work for a well known brand and we accept any returns as long as u have ur receipt that's the main focus as well as making the customer happy. Charlotte Russe customer service across stores are not so great. Unfortunely they just lost a loyal customer!

Charlotte Russe unprofessional company

I have ordered from CharlotteRusse in the past and was really satisfied with my purchase, so recently I've decided to order something again. I've purchased a lovely dress from them and received it in a timely manner. The one I received was incorrect, it was a completely different dress. I immediately contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement. When I received it I was very frustrated because it was an incorrect dress again! Wanted to get another exchange but they refused and said that they can't do that anymore. Well, it was not mistake! I'm very disappointed with CharlotteRusse, very unprofessional!

Charlotte Russe absolutely unacceptable rudeness!!!

I ordered some items from Charlotterusse website and received only partial order. Stuff was great, I loved everything I received and was super happy about my purchase. Since it was a big order I thought that maybe it was sent like two different orders or something, so I decided to contact their customer service and ask them what was going on. I spoke to one of their reps which was super rude and impolite. I tried to calm down the person, but nothing helped and I was told many rude things! This is absolutely unacceptable!

Charlotte Russe wrong size

I made an order and bought a pair of shoes and gorgeous skinny pants from CharlotteRusse. When I received my items I really loved the shoes, they fit perfectly and looked super cute! But my new pants were a huge disappointment. They were supposed to be size S, but then ones I got were extremely huge! I did not contact them, because there was no point in doing that so I used the sewing machine and fixed the problem myself. I do not recommend this site.

Charlotte Russe disappointed

When I signed up they gave a discount for my birthday. I was so excited and bought several thing from Charlotterusse. But when they charged my card I realized they charged me the full price and there was no discount as they promised. I contacted customer support and asked what was going on. They apologized and promised to return my money. But it was too good to be true and they never gave my money back. I don't know when it will be resolved because suddenly they shopped responding to my emails. I'm very disappointed and I guess I wont be shopping here again.

Charlotte Russe return policy is terrible!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from CharlotteRusse and just got them few weeks ago.
I tried on all two pairs and none of them fit, they're all too small and narrow. They were way too small from me at least 2 sizes smaller that the size I ordered. I contacted customer service and they said that I have to send them back and then they will send me the correct ones.
So basically I had to pay to ship them back to return them and that cost me over $50! Too bad I did not look at the return policy before I made an order! I did receive the correct size shoes but wasted extra $50. Very disappointed.

Charlotte Russe customer service

My shopping experience itself in the Charlotte Russe store in Folsom CA was not an issue. Problems began when I attempted to check out. The representative did not even greet me, make direct eye contact with me and when Spoke to her directly she just acted like I wasn't even talking. She was steadily removing sensors off the items I was purchasing and kind of throwing things around.She proceeded to ring up an item that I had found on the clearance rack for $10 and I had told her it was missing a tag. She proceeds to radio one of the girls on the floor and had them pull a full price item and just rung it up full price like she didn't care and wasn't listening.I was extremely frustrated at that point and told her this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced buying anything and that she was hella rude. I proceeded to tell her that there were multiple pairs of the same pants on the clearance rack where these were located and I would go grab them for her since it was an inconvenience for her to do so. So I went over to the rack and pulled the items and she finally speaks and responds these aren't the same identical pants rather than tell me that they were possibly miss placed and their reps hadnt been able to put them in the correct spot with an actual tag. So at that point I told her to remove them from my purchase. She then mentioned after the fact that she had already changed the price to $10 but didn't tell me that as she could have avoided the entire confrontation that occurred but I honestly believe she enjoyed it. It's beyond me that they can hire these type of employees to work in their stores if their job is to irritate their customers who are buying product for them. Ultimately these type of people represent their company and they don't need to be working in this type of establishment. I will never shop in that store again I will pass along to everyone I know my personal experience there.There are so many people who don't have jobs and would be very appreciative to work in a store like and actually appreciate having a job like this one but they hire individuals who clearly go through no customer service training whatsoever. I reached out to customer service via Facebook and all they can tell me is they apologize. Personally I believe this girl should be fired. One last thing her name is Jessica and I have her customer ID number as well. She Rolled her eyes Several time while I was present and when I left the register for a moment some of the others In line were actually friends of mine and she proceeded to talk crap about me to other customers not knowing that they were actually with me.

Charlotte Russe order cancelled multiple times

I made a purchase during their black friday sale and was so excited but then I received an email that weekend saying that my order was cancelled. I finally got a hold of someone the following Monday and they told me that my order was cancelled because my address had changed. However, my contact information was exactly the same so they could have called to confirm that the address was correct and that the purchase was in fact done by me but they took the lazy route and just cancelled my order. Then I asked to have my purchase reordered and they said they would but that 6 of the 10 items I picked out were no longer available. Later I went online and saw 2 of the 6 that were "sold out" on the website marked as in stock. And now I just received an email saying that two of the four items that were "available" are actually unavailable and my second attempt to order them has been cancelled. I contacted customer service AGAIN and they said that they would price match similar items of equal or lesser value for me. Excuse me? I picked out items that I liked, 1 why would I want items that are only similar to the ones that I like, and 2 why would you price match items that are already of equal value or even worse of lesser value. If I wanted a similar item I would order it in the first place and I certainly would not want to pay a higher price for it. I have shopped with this company for years, I've moved a few times during these years but never has my order been cancelled because of my change of address. I've also never had my order cancelled because the items I ordered weren't actually in stock. I'm not sure what has happened to make this company so incompetent lately but I will not be shopping with them anymore because of it. If an item is sold out, don't make it so that customers can order it just to later get disappointed and if someone has a different address contact them before you just cancel their order. I am so angry at all of the wasted time spent trying to purchase the products that I wanted when I could have been shopping with a company that actually has their stuff together and would get me the products that I paid for.

Charlotte Russe poor customer service

On November 19th I placed an online order to be delivered to Burlington, Ontario. Received an email the very next day 20th November with a tracking number. Clicked on tracking number -history said package left IL in transit. Been checking the tracking history to this date it has not been updated still says 20th November package left IL. Placed a call to Customer Service on Tuesday 1st December- had to wait on the line forever before call is picked up -a gentleman finally answers. He is confused as to why the shipping history has not been updated & has to pass it on to a Supervisor. I received an email on Tuesday stating that 2 of my items are no longer available & a credit will be issued to the credit card. How can 2 of my items be unavailable NOW when my package was supposed to have left IL since the 20th November & also the amount to be credited is WAY LESS than what I have paid. Charlotte Russe you have got to be kidding me. I would like the entire order cancelled & the full amount credited due to your Exceptionally Poor Service.
