Charlie Leather / Merchandise never delivered!
We saw Charlie Leather at a trade show, and ordered some merchandise for our store - several different types of leather wrist-bands.
After a long, long delay our order finally arrived. Half the items were correct, but half were totally wrong – wrong size, wrong color, etc.
It took a long series of faxes, emails and calls not being returned to get some guidance on how they wanted to handle it. We were instructed to send back the incorrect items, and they would ship out the proper replacements.
So I shipped them. Tracking confirms that they were received safely.
Weeks went by and no replacements arrived. Again I began the tedious process of faxing, emailing, and calling… and getting no response. Once I did catch someone there, and I was assured the replacements were being shipped.
Repeat. Several times.
By now, of course, enough time had elapsed that my credit card company would not accept a dispute of the charge.
Finally I requested that they simply credit me back for the cost of the merchandise. They agreed, but the credit was never issued.
More faxes, emails and phone calls proved fruitless.
I am only asking that I be refunded for the merchandise I ordered and paid for, but they never delivered.
