TomTop Group surveillance cameras

Hi
I ordered 2 surveillance cameras from you, I have tried everything to get them to work.
I thought I would try the second camera and that didn’t work, but what happened was it connected
To someones camera in another country somewhere.
This is really out of control, what can we do about this, I bought some drones from you as well

TomTop Group batteries received don't work

Hello,
We received all the items of the order an17d22q5841-5tw6zg (Original dji phantom 4 fpv rc quadcopter with 4k hd camera fly more combo with two extra) but we have a problem with the two extra batteries: they seems to be damaged - like they had been over-discharged - and now it's impossible to charge them, all the lights remain off.

We would like to have them replacement.
According to the company return policy, we contacted the company several time at two different email address ([protected]@tomtop.com and [protected]@tomtop.com), but we didn't received any answers.

We hope to be contacted from the company in order to resolve the issue.

TomTop Group 7 inch 1080 touch screen. sku. number k-3156-1

My name is George harcarik my address is 121 judywood ln. Essex .maryland 21221 i order a 1080. Touch screen sku. Number k-3156-1 it came fine but there is no SIM card with .it will not give any info without it .it was supposed to be included with the order it was not. This is the third and last time i will send a complaint. If I don't get it by Monday the15 of may or a refund back to my credit card i will turn it over to my attorney. i said i will not do this anymore i am calling my lawyer if you do not give me a better answer you have until monday to give me a credit or send my sim card. you know who i am and what i bought so dont keep playing this game.

TomTop Group item not received, now 3 month over and no response from tomtop on this

I wrote many times and also explained in online chat with tomtop customer help-desk but no one is there to care about my issue.

I ordered one item (my first item) from tomtop, below is the details -

Issue 1 : item came to my address but I was not there so courier service (dhl) returned it back. I called them and confirmed that item is returned.

Issue 2 : I chat online at tomtop website to check the status of item, but I got the feedback that the item is not received back to tomtop. but in the dhl tracking history it says it received to someone "different person present".

Issue 3 : I was expecting at least tomtop will refund the money back to me because I have not received the item, and as per the tracking status its clear that its returned back to you.

No responce at all from tomtop, where is my order now 3 month over. I did not receive any refund also.

TomTop Group purchased item not delivered

I placed this order well over a month ago, and have not received the item. Seems you're quick to take payment, but very very slow to come through with the goods. Lots of unhappy customers can do a lot of damage to your business through social media.
Where is my item ? Very disappointingly poor service.

i am sorry to say though i have sent many emails for my non receipt of item, i have not received response from you.

If i do not get reply in seven days i will first report it to paypal and inform them about your bad treatment to the clients.

I have given my conscent for resending the item but till date i have not received any message about redespatch of the item.

TomTop Group drone/ drone does not work right and my emails are being ignored

I ordered this drone and paid for faster shipping. It took longer than the free shipping would have and I did not receive a refund for the shipping I paid for. Then when I got the machine I noticed it was made cheap. I tried to fly it and it does not respond to the controls. Instead it does what it wants to. I have sent them 4 emails and have yet to hear back. I just want my money back.

TomTop Group android tv boxes

I ordered 10 tv hoxes and only received 8 and contacted Tom top amd they said to take a video of the product working. WTF does that have to do with my two boxes im missing from my shipment? Now they have stop responding to my emails. Ill never use them again.
The website doesnt even have a contact us section so i had to google to get their email and some type of phone number even though they never answernor xall u back after u leave a voicemail

TomTop Group delivery issues

TomTop is the worst site ever! I made an order and received a confirmation message where is was also said that delivery would take no longer than 14 days. Two weeks passed but order did not show up and later I received another message stating that delivery will take longer. In early April I contacted TomTop and tried to get my order cancelled my they said that it was already too late because my item was shipped. I asked about the delivery date and they said max 2 more weeks, which already passed and I haven't received anything yet. Recently I sent another message but they didn't reply.
I hope I'll get my item. I do not recommend TomTop, they are highly unprofessional!

Yes, Viabox is certainly the best shipping company in the world. Shipping my Tv from Florida to SA was a quick service compared to other providers. One day freight delivery.

TomTop Group 2 words to describe: disappointed, unprofessional

Dear all,

My choice of words to describe their service is illustrated with the following problems I have encountered on my first time using tomtop. harsh as it may seem, this would be a very fair review on my part.

Problem 1: item delivery
I purchased a zhiyun gimbal (order number an17d14f3544-2glaz8) on 14 april 2017, and was promised that the item would arrive in 4-10 days (expedite shipping which is meant to be faster).
On purchasing the item, the website stated too that the dispatch date would be 17 april 2017.
Till this date as I am typing to you on the 25 april 2017, the item is still not dispatched. keeping in mind that at this point, no one has informed me at all on why my product is not being dispatched - leaving me ill informed.

Problem 2: very unprofessional customer service
There were four occasions which I contacted the customer service and 3 out of 4 times, they said, sorry I am unable to help you, I will direct your case to another department which handles such cases.
guess what? no reply on all occasions.
On the 1 out of 4 times the customer service entertained me, his reply to me was “so what do you want to?” => as if it is my own problem to solve something which they caused.
To describe this: rude as well as no motivation to go beyond for their customers. (please feel free to look into all your correspondence records if you don’t believe.)
The other people who left a negative review on this same problem 2 (elias g./jean s./fotis k./g62267/iptv box) => I totally understand how you feel.

Problem 3: invalid $5 usd coupon vouchers on signing up with newsletter
Trivial but unacceptable. the product which I wanted to buy had no discount applied on it therefore I had wanted to use the coupons provided after signing up with tomtop’s newsletter.
I tried so many of the $5usd coupon vouchers only to find out that the codes are invalid. unsure why because my item was not on promotion.

Having worked in an e-commerce company before, I am taken aback by the fact that their processes are not yet streamlined given that it has been around since 2004. basic interface is key to fundamental customer interaction for a pleasant checkout.
Whilst e-commerce is meant to break down middle cost from having a true middlemen & facilitating convenient delivery, i’d dare to say that the experience has been extremely isolating in this case whereby the customer suffers. sure enough the middlemen has been taken away, but has been planted with plenty of unreliable customer service.
I do believe in company slogans and yours being “no regular, no business”. I can’t say for the rest of your customers but you can count on me for not being a regular.

Unfortunately, if the voices of your customers can’t even be heard by your customer service, they should be heard by the public.

How is this helpful? I enquired about how to replace a broken camera which came with the drone I purchased . After several emails all except one was rejected and this is the response I get. Angie is obviously not proficient in English, she is incapable of understanding a basic complaint let alone addressing it! The after sales support option provides only an email address which automatically rejects. Fortunately there is no such difficulties with ordering goods!

TomTop Group hoverboardre: order no:an16j16s1612-j7vskp

Good morning

I purchased one of your hoverboards in October last year as a Xmas present. This has only been used a handful of times. I have an issue with the board not charging so it is not working. The charger is fine but as soon as it is plugged in to the board the lights go out on the charger. I have tried to charge a on three occasions but it still is not working. Please advise.

TomTop Group bad experience

I made my order more than two months ago and when my order did not arrive I contacted TomTop and they said that they had some difficulties with delivery. Unfortunately they were not able to tell the exact delivery date or at least approximately how much time did they need.
I asked them to cancel my order and they said that fist they need to get in touch with their management. I asked how long will it take for them to make a decision and they said no less than two weeks! Are you kidding me? After that they stopped replying.
I would not recommend TomTop to anyone, they are not to be trusted and it's better to avoid doing business with them.

I order a Poseidon drone from Tomtop April 2018 and never received my order it cost me almost $1000 US. They keep on promising me that they will refund me but they don't . order no was AN18D19J5755-PPISPP. everytime I email they said I must wait another 72hrs. now they ignoring my emails after all there promises. Tomtop stole my money.

I have ordered 190 Euro cell phone, instead they have sent me a 70 Euro (chinese brand one) claiming it's "the same type of phone". No compensation. Don't buy from them.

They have some ready phrases like "I hope you understand", "please be patient" which they copy/paste when you contact their "support". The answer is always delayed about a day.

TomTop Group please beware!

I bought a smartphone from www.tomtop.com a long time ago, back in October 2016 and when I received it phone was broken and smashed.
I took pictures of it and contacted www.tomtop.com and they promised me a full refund. 6 months already passed and I did not receive my money. One day Tomtop simply stopped replying. I was dealing with this problem for a long time and I'm already tired of that. I even contacted the police and spoke to my lawyer, but these scammers are hiding somewhere in China and it impossible to reach them!
Recently I received a message stating that my case was closed!
I gave up and I understand that there is nothing I can do. Please beware and don't allow Tomtop to scam you!

Why was the money taken out in your name when I ordered from CAFAGO CO. $93.93 NOW CAFAGO is having a problem. And im out the money, please advise its in your name ... bank and pay pal on advise... i have sent a photo of bank statement .3/8/2017 now CAFAGO wants a picture of my credit card (not going to Happen) There are alot of red flags going on here..

TomTop Group I am complaining about the jjrc drone

I receive the JJRC selfie Drone Thursday but I did not have the time to take it out. Because I was busy with work so today I finally take it out to try it but it wouldn't not work on any of my phones, and both of my phones or Samsung galaxy and none of the apps for the drone works on both of my phone. The battery was in properly so I decided to turn it around, and I see in the drone one of the wires is loose. So you guys send me a drone with loose wires. So I would like my money back or a new drone back. My job as a shopping vlogger on YouTube with 2000 subscribers people look to me to find the best deals and great quality. And this is my first time shopping by you guys, and so far It haven't been a great experience at all.
