On Feb. 4, 2017, I ordered quantity (2) of the 45W for Asus ADP-45BW B AC Adapter Charger. What I received was model number Asus ADP-45AW A. The "A" model would not work with the laptops. I began communication on this issue on Feb. 23, 2017. When I notified the company they asked me to send pictures. I sent a picture of the model information they sent me and the model number of what I needed. Then they asked me what size the adapter was (1mm, 1.3mm, etc.) I responded with this info. Now they say I purchased the wrong item and I need to ship it back and they will refund me minus shipping charges. I did not order the wrong item; they shipped the wrong item but are refusing to pay for shipping it back to them even though it was their mistake. See the pictures below of the invoice email showing what I ordered and then a picture of what I received which shows the wrong model number. I want a prepaid shipping label to send the wrong items back and a full refund of my purchase price.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ten minutes after I ordered this item I called to cancel it. Got a busy signal so I sent an E Mail. THREE DAYS LATER, I received an E Mail asking why I wanted to cancel. As I has stated in my original E Mail, I had fixed the one I had and don't need it anymore. At this point the item hadn't been sent. The next day I received an E Mail that they had shipped the item anyways. In order to return the item I would have to pay for shipping to CHINA. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Paid for a Charger with these people on 10 Aug 2017, and received nothing. I keep asking for the item, now asking for a refund. I have received nothing, but broken promises. Steer clear, they will not supply you what you pay for. Terrible people.
DId same exact thing to me. orded 5 Lenovo adapters for $280 US. Completely different from picture and voltage way to low. Was able to prove they were counterfeit but even PayPal refused to back me up!
